対向するようにグリル庫の両内側壁に備えられた下火バ
ーナーと、該下火バーナーを覆うように側壁から突出し
て取付けられた上下一対のバーナーカバーと、下火バー
ナーの上方で被調理物を保持する焼き網の下方に位置し
てグリル庫の底部に収納されるグリル皿とを備えたグリ
ルにおいて、 焼き網からの距離が長くなるように、グリル皿の中央部
からグリル庫の両側壁方向に向かって傾斜してグリル皿
の底板を形成することで、該グリル皿の両側部に、被調
理物の調理時に発生する焼汁を収容する焼汁溜部を、グ
リル庫の側壁に沿って延在させて形成するとともに、グ
リル庫への収容時、該焼汁溜部がバーナーカバーの下側
に位置することを特徴とするグリル。
