【0037】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a printed resin film printed on a decorative board and a decorative board laminated with the printed resin film, and in particular, an alkaline wrinkle removing agent is attached to remove surface generated wrinkles such as a unit bath. However, the present invention relates to a printing resin film excellent in alkali resistance that does not cause cracking or peeling off in the resin film, a decorative board laminated with the printing resin film, and a unit bath using the decorative board.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a decorative board obtained by laminating a resin film on a substrate such as a metal plate has been widely used in various furniture and building interior materials. Among the resin film laminated decorative boards for architectural interior materials, decorative sheets for unit baths used in hot and humid bathrooms are required to have water resistance in addition to the appearance of the surface as a general interior material. It is done.
In such a decorative plate, if the adhesion between the resin film and the underlying substrate is poor, water or water vapor enters from that portion, and the underlying substrate is corroded and laminated for a long period of time. The film peels off.
In addition, from the viewpoint of giving a beautiful appearance to the decorative board, the resin film is embossed to form a certain depth of embossed pattern to give the resin film a three-dimensional effect, and thus has excellent embossability. It is also required.
[0003]
From the above viewpoint, a decorative board as shown below is used as an interior material. Ie
(1) A decorative film in which a resin layer serving as a base material is printed using a normal method, and a coating layer such as an acrylic resin or a polyester resin is provided to protect the surface of the printed layer,
(2) A decorative film in which a transparent biaxially stretched polyester film is laminated via an adhesive layer after printing on a resin layer serving as a substrate;
(3) A decorative film in which a transparent polyvinyl chloride film or a biaxially stretched polyester film is laminated after printing on a polyvinyl chloride film using a normal method,
Such a film is laminated on a substrate such as a galvanized steel sheet via an adhesive.
[0004]
However, since the decorative plate laminated with the decorative film of (1) has insufficient strength of the decorative film, the decorative film is easily cracked during processing, or the ink in the bent portion is easily peeled off. This is not suitable for applications such as bending. In addition, the decorative board laminated with the decorative film (2) has excellent surface properties such as stain resistance and solvent resistance, but the surface film is poor in flexibility and has a high softening temperature, so that it is embossed. If you do, embossing is difficult to enter. Furthermore, since the decorative board laminated with the decorative film of (3) uses a polyvinyl chloride film, the surface physical properties such as contamination resistance and solvent resistance are inferior, and when incinerated and disposed of, There are problems such as the generation of toxic gas such as hydrogen chloride gas and harmful substances resulting from it, which may pollute the environment and damage the incinerator during incineration.
In addition, soot is prone to occur in hot and humid bathrooms, and particularly in places where water droplets adhere and remain without evaporating for a long time, such as on the side walls and ceilings of unit baths, soot removal occurs in these areas. It has been practiced to attach soot by spraying or the like and remove wrinkles. However, this wrinkle removal agent is often an alkaline aqueous solution. Especially, when the wrinkle removal agent adheres to the part of the decorative plate that has been bent, the water resistance of the resin deteriorates and the resin film peels off over time. Or when the substrate is a metal plate, the metal plate is likely to corrode.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]

Furthermore, in the printing resin film for decorative board lamination of the present invention, The biaxially stretched polyester resin film may be laminated so as to be in contact with the lower resin layer via an adhesive, or The printed layer may be laminated so as to be in contact with the base resin layer via an adhesive.
[0009]
Moreover, according to this invention, the decorative board which laminated | stacked one of said printing resin films on the at least single side | surface of a board | substrate, especially a metal substrate is provided.
The substrate and the decorative resin laminate printing resin film can be laminated with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween. Moreover, in this decorative board, it is preferable that the transparent biaxially stretched polyester resin film as the outermost layer of the printed resin film after being laminated on the substrate has a refractive index in the thickness direction of 1.480 to 1.495. .
Furthermore, according to the present invention, a unit bath using any one of the decorative panels described above is provided.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The inventors of the present invention are a decorative board in which a printed resin film having excellent processability and design properties such as a conventional polyvinyl chloride resin film and a polyolefin resin film is laminated on a substrate, and particularly wrinkles are likely to occur at high temperature and high humidity. As a result of intensive investigations on a decorative board used for a unit bath that requires alkali resistance in addition to water deterioration resistance in which an alkaline wrinkle removal agent is used, the refractive index in the thickness direction is 1.480-1 as the outermost layer. By using a transparent biaxially stretched polyester resin film in the range of .495, the degree of amorphous orientation of the resin film becomes an optimum range in which both workability and alkali resistance can be combined. Also found that an excellent decorative board could be obtained.
[0011]
In addition, it has a design pattern with high definition and design that replaces the polyvinyl chloride resin film, which may pollute the environment due to the generation of toxic gases and harmful substances during incineration. As a result of intensive studies on a printable resin film to be laminated on a decorative board having excellent surface properties such as property and solvent resistance, a polyester resin film as a laminated adhesive resin layer and a base resin layer, particularly an acid as an adhesive resin layer A film of an ethylene terephthalate / ethylene isophthalate copolymer resin obtained by substituting a part of the component terephthalic acid with isophthalic acid, and a polybutylene terephthalate having a resin intrinsic viscosity of 1.0 to 2.0 as a base resin layer Using a film, a pattern printing layer or a solid printing layer, or a pattern printing layer and a solid printing layer are formed thereon, and the above-mentioned The outermost layer made of bright biaxially oriented polyester resin film by sequentially laminating from the bottom, it was found that the resin film to be laminated to the decorative plate satisfying the above required characteristics can be obtained.
Moreover, after embossing is performed on the base resin layer to form an embossed recess, a wiping print layer in which ink is filled into the embossed recess using a wiping method may be provided.
And, these printed resin films for laminating decorative plates are laminated with metal plates or the like so that the refractive index in the thickness direction of the transparent biaxially stretched polyester resin film of the outermost layer after lamination is 1.480 to 1.495. It has been found that a decorative board excellent in water resistance and alkali resistance can be obtained by laminating on a substrate.

That is, as a soft segment for forming a resin, polyoxyalkylene glycol such as polyethylene glycol and polytetramethylene glycol, or HOOC-R-COOH (such as polyε-caprolactone, azelaic acid, sebacic acid, dodecanedioic acid, dimer acid) In the formula, aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having a molecular structure of R is an alkylene group and an aliphatic polyester composed of an aliphatic and / or alicyclic diol is preferably used.
The hard segments constituting the resin include aromatics such as ethylene terephthalate, butylene terephthalate, cyclohexane dimethylene terephthalate, cyclohexane dimethylene cyclohexane dicarboxylate, butylene-2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate, and / or Alternatively, it is preferably composed of at least one selected from alicyclic ester units.
[0018]
Further, it is preferable that the alcohol component contains 1,4 butanediol residue from the viewpoint of solvent resistance, and 40 mol% of 1,4 butanediol residue occupies in all the alcohol components forming the copolymer polyester. As mentioned above, it is preferable that it is 65 mol% or less.
[0019]
The biaxially stretched polyester resin film used in the present invention should be used as a material of a part where water droplets adhere and remains without evaporating for a long time, such as side walls and ceilings of a high-temperature and high-humidity unit bath, where wrinkles are likely to occur Is particularly useful, however, in these applications, a soot removing agent, which is an alkaline aqueous solution, is attached to the soot generating portion by spraying or the like to remove soot. If the wrinkle removing agent, which is an alkaline aqueous solution, adheres to the part of the decorative board that has been subjected to the bending process, the water resistance of the resin deteriorates and the resin film peels off, or the substrate is a metal plate. In such a case, the metal plate is likely to corrode.
Therefore, it is indispensable that the biaxially stretched polyester resin film used in the present invention has sufficient alkali resistance in addition to processability even after being laminated on the substrate. For that purpose, it is indispensable that the degree of amorphous orientation of the biaxially stretched polyester resin film is in an optimum range where both workability and alkali resistance can be obtained even after being laminated on the substrate.
The degree of biaxial orientation of the resin film is the refractive index in the plane direction (arithmetic average of the refractive index in the vertical direction and the refractive index in the horizontal direction) and the refractive index in the thickness direction, measured using an Abbe refractometer. The biaxial orientation degree is a value having a correlation with the orientation degree of both the crystalline part and the amorphous part of the resin film. In a biaxially stretched polyester resin film, the refractive index in the planar direction of the resin film is likely to change due to heating in the lamination with other resin layers or the lamination with the substrate, so it can be laminated with other resin layers to form a multilayer film. When the obtained multilayer film is laminated on a substrate, it is difficult to manage because the variation is too large to define the preferred range of the degree of amorphous orientation by the value of the degree of biaxial orientation.
In the biaxially stretched polyester resin film of the printing resin film of the present invention, the refractive index in the thickness direction of the resin film is generally said to have an inverse correlation with the degree of orientation of the amorphous part, and lamination with other resin layers We focused only on the refractive index in the thickness direction of the resin film, which is less likely to change due to heating in the lamination with the substrate and, therefore, the fluctuation range is small and easy to manage.
According to the measurement of the refractive index in the thickness direction, it was found that suitable workability and alkali resistance can be obtained when the refractive index in the thickness direction is in the range of 1.480 to 1.495. When the refractive index in the thickness direction is less than 1.480, the processability of the resin film is poor, and the process tends to cause peeling between other resin layers. The degree of crystal orientation is insufficient, and good alkali resistance is not exhibited.

In addition, when heated at a temperature lower than the heat setting temperature, crystallization proceeds, and the refractive index in the thickness direction may be slightly lower than before lamination. This effect is particularly effective in applications where strict alkali resistance is required, but heating for a long time should coarsen the crystals and make the film brittle, so heating for longer than necessary should be avoided.
Furthermore, when the heat setting temperature of the biaxially stretched polyester resin film is low and the refractive index in the thickness direction is easily increased by heating, the adhesive layer 12 is placed between the biaxially stretched polyester resin film and the lower resin layer. Thus, by heating and bonding at a low temperature, an increase in the refractive index in the thickness direction is suppressed, and lamination adhesion can be performed without changing the refractive index in the thickness direction before and after lamination on the substrate.

A two-layer film composed of PBT having a thickness of 60 μm and PETI 15 having a thickness of 20 μm was formed by coextrusion from a die. Next, 10 mg / m of polyester adhesive is applied to the PBT surface of the two-layer film. 2 The coating amount was applied and dried.
[0040]
On the other hand, six types of biaxially stretched films (PET12) composed of an ethylene terephthalate / ethylene isophthalate copolymer resin (ethylene isophthalate: 12 mol%) and having a refractive index in the thickness direction shown in Table 2 are 30 μm. ) (The heat setting temperature after the stretching process: 190 ° C.) The pattern printing layer and the solid printing layer were printed inline by a gravure rotary press.
[0041]
Then, the adhesive-coated surface of the above two-layer film is overlaid on the surface on which these six kinds of PETI12 printing layers are formed, and sandwiched by using a pair of pressure rolls. Adhesion pressure: 1.5 MPa, heating Temperature: Pressurized and bonded while heating under the condition of 180 ° C. Subsequently, the PETI12 surface of these multilayer films was coated with a two-component curable urethane-based gloss adjusting coating with a gravure roll having a plate depth of 30 μm, and printing resin films of Examples 4 to 8 and Comparative Example 3 were prepared.
[0042]
Next, a zinc-5% aluminum alloy plated steel sheet having a thickness of 0.5 mm as a substrate (plating amount: 180 g / m 2 , 40mg / m of Cr as chemical conversion treatment 2 Are attached to one surface of each of the printed resin films of Examples 4 to 8 and Comparative Example 3 above, and are sandwiched by using a pair of pressure rolls. : 1.5 MPa, heating temperature of zinc-aluminum alloy-plated steel sheet: Pressurizing while heating under the condition of 180 ° C., to obtain decorative plates of Examples 4 to 8 and Comparative Example 3.
[0043]
(Examples 9 to 12)
PBT having a base resin layer IV value of 1.5 and containing an ionomer in the content shown in Table 1 was melted by heating and extruded from a T die to form a single-layer film of PBT having a thickness of 60 μm. did. Next, a solid printing layer or a pattern printing layer was printed on one side of the PBT in-line with a gravure rotary press.
[0044]
On the other hand, four types of thickness: 30 μm biaxially stretched polyethylene naphthalate film (PEN) (heat setting temperature after stretching: 190 ° C.) having refractive indexes in the thickness direction shown in Table 1 were prepared. The above PBT is superposed on four types of PEN, sandwiched between a pair of pressure rolls, and pressed while heating under the conditions of adhesive pressure: 1.5 MPa, heating temperature: 180 ° C. Examples 9 to 12 A printing resin film was prepared.
[0045]
Next, the substrate is superposed on one surface of a stainless steel plate (SUS430) having a thickness of 0.5 mm as a substrate so as to be in contact with the base resin layer of each of the printing resin films of Examples 9 to 12, and a pair of pressures are applied. The decorative plates of Examples 9 to 12 were formed by being sandwiched using a roll and pressurized while being heated under the conditions of an adhesive pressure of 1.5 MPa and a heating temperature of the stainless steel plate of 180 ° C.

(Sample characteristic evaluation)
The decorative board created in Examples 1-12 and Comparative Examples 1-3 was evaluated about the following characteristic.
[Refractive index in the thickness direction of biaxially stretched polyester resin film]
About the biaxially stretched polyester resin film used for each decorative board, the refractive index in the thickness direction was measured before and after lamination on the substrate. The refractive index was measured by a reflection method using an abbe refractometer (Abbago refractometer 4T type manufactured by Atago Co., Ltd.). The light source was a D-line monochromatic (wavelength input = 589 nm) sodium light source and measured at an ambient temperature of 25 ° C. Further, methylene iodide was used as an intermediate solution in order to bring the sample and the main prism as the measurement stage into close contact with each other. The refractive index in the thickness direction of the film was measured by changing the film installation direction and the direction of the deflecting plate. Regarding the measurement of the refractive index after lamination of Examples 4 to 8 and Comparative Example 3, an unpainted portion was provided when applying the gloss adjusting paint after the multilayer film was formed, and the gloss adjusting paint was laminated on the substrate. The refractive index was measured for the portion where no coating was applied. The results are shown in Table 2.
[0049]
[Machinability]

In the above ratings, ◎ and ○ are not problematic in use. In addition, this test was implemented about ten test pieces.
These evaluation results are shown in Table 2.
[0052]
[Table 3]
[0053]
As shown in Table 3, the printing resin film of the present invention exhibits characteristics excellent in processability, water aging resistance, and alkali resistance.
[0054]
【The invention's effect】
The printing resin film of the present invention is configured as described above. In particular, as the outermost layer, a biaxially stretched polyester having a refractive index in the thickness direction of the film before and after being laminated on the substrate is 1.480 to 1.495. A resin film is used, and a decorative board excellent in alkali resistance in addition to processability and water resistance can be obtained.
Further, an adhesive resin layer to be laminated, and a polyester resin film as a base resin layer, particularly an ethylene terephthalate / ethylene isophthalate copolymer resin obtained by substituting part of terephthalic acid as an acid component with isophthalic acid as an adhesive resin layer In addition, a polybutylene terephthalate film having a resin intrinsic viscosity of 1.0 to 2.0 is used as a base resin layer, and a pattern printing layer or a biaxially stretched polyester resin film as the outermost layer and the base resin layer A solid print layer, or a layer that is formed by laminating a pattern print layer and a solid print layer, and is a polyvinyl chloride resin film that may contaminate the environment due to the generation of toxic gases and harmful substances during incineration. Instead, it has a design pattern with excellent sharpness and design, and excellent surface properties such as contamination resistance and solvent resistance. Printable resin film to be laminated to 粧板 is obtained. Moreover, after embossing is performed on the base resin layer to form an embossed recess, a wiping print layer in which ink is filled into the embossed recess using a wiping method may be provided.
And, the refractive index in the thickness direction of the film before and after laminating these printed resin films on the substrate of the transparent biaxially stretched polyester resin film of the outermost layer after laminating is 1.480 to 1.495, Since the degree of amorphous orientation is in an optimum range in which both workability and alkali resistance can be obtained, a decorative board excellent in water resistance and alkali resistance can be obtained.
Furthermore, when incinerated, there is no generation of toxic gases such as hydrogen chloride gas, so there is no worry of polluting the environment and it is excellent in environmental conservation. And exterior plates for refrigerator doors, curtain rails, wash units, washing machines, system kitchens, partitions, wall panels, indoor doors, indoor storage, fluorescent light reflectors, audio visual equipment skins, microwave oven skins It can be suitably applied to an outer plate of an oven, an outer plate of a fan heater, an outer plate of a stove, an outer plate of an air conditioner, and the like.
