Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bathroom heater / dryer capable of heating or drying a bathroom or a dressing room (hereinafter referred to as a bathroom) by blowing in four directions.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The temperature of a bathroom in a general house does not change much from the outside air temperature when nobody has bathed yet, so for people with reduced environmental adaptability, such as the elderly, sudden temperature changes in winter May cause a large heat shock, causing sudden blood pressure fluctuations and fatalities.
[0003]
On the other hand, due to changes in housing conditions in recent years, there is a case where ventilation of a bathroom or the like cannot be performed sufficiently, and mold is easily generated on the wall or ceiling of the bathroom, and a means for drying the bathroom is desired.
[0004]
Furthermore, due to changes in housing conditions, it is often difficult to secure a clothes drying place for drying laundry, and it has been proposed to use a bathroom or the like as a clothes drying place.
[0005]
In response to such a demand, for example, a bathroom heating dryer as in JP-A-9-66199 has been proposed.
[0006]
As shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the bathroom heater / dryer 10 according to the above publication circulates the heat exchanger 12 through which the hot water from the heat source unit 11 circulates and the air in the bathroom through the heat exchanger 12. A crossflow fan 13, a ventilation fan 14 for ventilating air in a bathroom, and the like, a power supply block 18 for supplying power to the crossflow fan 13 and the ventilation fan 14, and the like are provided.
[0007]
And the said bathroom heating dryer 10 is installed in the opening provided in ceilings, such as a bathroom, and becomes the structure by which the hot water piping 16 and the exhaust duct 15 were connected by the ceiling back.
[0008]
Installation and maintenance of the bathroom heater / dryer 10, hot water piping 16 and exhaust duct 15 and the like are carried out by reaching the back of the ceiling from the inspection port 17 provided adjacent to the opening and sometimes entering the back of the ceiling. To do.
[0009]
Note that a general room, not limited to a bathroom or the like, has a ceiling formed by a decorative board supported by a field edge 106 or the like, and a ceiling provided on the ceiling (for example, a floor on the second floor). And the space between them forms the back of the ceiling. Therefore, in this specification, the ceiling affixed with the decorative board is described as a bathroom ceiling, and the ceiling above the ceiling is described as a main ceiling.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the bathroom heater / dryer 10 according to the above configuration has a problem in that since the warm air is blown out by the cross flow fan 13, the blowing direction is one-way blowing and a large temperature distribution is generated in the bathroom or the like.
[0011]
FIG. 20 shows the result of simulating the temperature distribution in the bathroom in the case of such one-way blowing. As can be seen from the figure, if the main space such as a bathroom is set around body temperature (36 degrees), the temperature in the vicinity of the outlet must be 40 degrees or more.
[0012]
This can prevent heat shock due to low bath temperature, but there is a danger of falling down due to hot flash.
[0013]
In addition, since the warm air does not directly hit the walls of the bathroom, etc., the temperature of the walls does not rise and the bather feels cold by touching the walls of the bathroom, or when the bathroom is dried, the drying efficiency is high. There is a problem that gets worse.
[0014]
Furthermore, the bathrooms and the like of houses constructed in recent years have many standard dimensions (for example, 1 tsubos type), and the decorative panels used for bathroom ceilings and the like have many standard dimensions. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to provide the bathroom heater / dryer 10 and the inspection port 17 in an optimal place.
[0015]
In other words, bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs, doors, windows, etc., and the temperature distribution depends on them, so when determining the location of the bathroom heating dryer, these positions and It is necessary to provide the optimal position in consideration of the size and the like.
[0016]
Such determination of the optimal position requires construction with the assumption of actual temperature distribution, and therefore, installation and construction work is essential for operators with such knowledge and experience. However, there is a problem that the construction cost increases.
[0017]
In addition, even if the optimum position is determined, if the optimum position is a corner of the bathroom ceiling or does not coincide with the position of the joint (medium) of the decorative board, it becomes unnatural (the design becomes worse). There is a problem that you have to choose between taking a picture or taking a form.
[0018]
On the other hand, in the installation work of the bathroom heater / dryer 10, an operator enters the back of the ceiling through the inspection port 17, the bathroom heater / dryer 10 is aligned with the opening, and the bathroom heater / dryer is preliminarily installed on the hanging tool installed on the main ceiling. There is a problem that workability is not good because it is performed by fixing the machine 10.
[0019]
Accordingly, the present invention provides a bathroom heater / dryer that enables four-way blowing to efficiently heat and dry a bathroom or the like, and that can be easily installed and maintained without using an inspection port. The purpose is to provide.
[0020]

And a hanging member for fixing the main body case to the Neda fixing tool by screwing with the female screw.
[0021]
The invention according to claim 2 is formed in the four corners of the bottom plate of the dish-shaped box, and is formed in the alignment hole indicating the correct horizontal position of the female screw and the side plate of the dish-shaped box, and is provided in the bathroom or dressing room. [0022]
The invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that an operation hole is formed in the bottom surface of the alignment member, and the alignment operation can be performed by inserting a hand into the back of the ceiling when aligning the female screw.
[0023]

[0024]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a bathroom heater / dryer according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view thereof, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the main body of the bathroom heater / dryer, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a side view of the bathroom heater / dryer installed on the bathroom ceiling.
[0025]
The bathroom heater / dryer 100 includes a main body 101 that heats the air in the bathroom and the like by exchanging heat with warm water and ventilates the bathroom and the like, and a grill that is installed on the front surface of the main body 101 (side of the bathroom). 102, and an installation device 103 for installing the main body 101 on the ceiling.
[0026]
The installation device 103 includes a neda fixing tool 105 fixed to the neda 104 and the like, a hanging member including a bolt 110 and a washer 111 for hanging the main body 101 on the neda fixing tool 105 and fixing the main body 101. ing.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 6, the neda fastener 105 is formed of an upper member 302 provided with a plurality of screw holes 301 and a lower member 304 provided with a plurality of elongated holes 303. An upper end of the upper member 302 is bent at a substantially right angle, and a through hole 305 is formed which is used when the upper member 302 is screwed to the neck 104. Further, the lower end of the lower member 304 is also bent at a substantially right angle, and the female screw 314 is fixed.
[0028]
6A is a front view of the neda fastener 105, FIG. 6B is a side view, and FIG. 6C is a top view.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 7, the bolt 110 has a front end threaded portion 112 formed at the front end and a rear end threaded portion 113 formed at the rear end. It is appropriately smaller than the diameter formed by the thread valley of the rear end screw portion 113.
[0030]
On the other hand, the washer 111 has a cut 116 formed up to the central hole 115. The dimension D1 of the central hole 115 is appropriately larger than the diameter D2 of the intermediate region 114 of the bolt 110 and smaller than the diameter D3 formed by the head of the bolt 110.
[0031]
It should be noted that when fixing the Neda fixing tool 105 to the Neda 104, it is of course possible to assume the fixing position of the main body 101, but it is very difficult to align precisely. Therefore, in the present invention, cardboard or the like used when packing the bathroom heating dryer is used as the alignment member 306.
[0032]
FIG. 8 shows a developed view of an alignment member 306 using such a packing member, and FIG. 9 shows an assembly drawing thereof. The positioning member 306 is provided with side plates 308 and 309 around the bottom plate 307, a paste margin 310 is provided on the side plate 309, and a field placed on the field edge 106 adjacent to the paste margin 310. An edge contact portion 311 is provided.
[0033]
In addition, work holes 312 are provided in the bottom plate 307 and alignment holes 313 are provided at four corners around the work holes 312. The alignment holes 313 are formed at positions corresponding to suspension holes 177 provided at four corners of the main body 101 to be described later.
[0034]
As described above, the neda fixing tool 105 has a very simple structure, and the positioning member 306 is also made of cardboard such as a packing box or a spacer which becomes garbage after the installation of the bathroom heater / dryer. In addition, the installation work can be easily performed.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 10, the grill 102 is provided with first to fourth louvers 244 to 247 so as to open and close the first to fourth outlets 240 to 243 at four peripheral portions. The louver 244 to 247 sets the blowing direction of the warm air.
[0036]
In addition, a grille opening 215 whose periphery is formed in a step is provided at the center of the grille 102 so that the grille opening 215 is fitted with an intake panel 117 on which a filter is mounted.
[0037]
FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing an internal configuration of the main body 101. The main body 101 sucks air from a bathroom or the like, turns it into warm air, and then blows the air again into the bathroom or the like. The air guide part 161 for guiding the warm air to the four first to fourth outlets 240 to 243, the ventilation part 130 for ventilating the air etc. in the bathroom, the control part 131 for driving and controlling the heating part 128 and the ventilation part 130, etc. These are housed in the main body case 132.
[0038]
The main body case 132 is partitioned into a heating chamber in which the heating unit 128 and the like are accommodated by a partition plate 133 and a control room in which the ventilation unit 130 and the control unit 131 are accommodated. High humidity air is prevented from entering.
[0039]
As a result, it is possible to improve the reliability of the bathroom heater / dryer 100 by suppressing the occurrence of a situation in which the electrical components in the control unit 131 have a reduced life due to moisture or the circuit is short-circuited due to dust or the like. Yes.
[0040]
As shown in FIG. 12, the heating unit 128 is formed in an approximately “U” shape having three sides, and exchanges heat in the bathroom or the like with hot water circulated from the heat source unit 136 via the hot water pipe 137. The heat exchanger 138 includes a circulation fan 139 that discharges air from the bathroom and circulates it through the heat exchanger 138.
[0041]
The heat exchanger 138 is disposed along the side wall of the main body case 132, and is fixed to the main body case 132 by a fixing member 141 via a heat exchanger seal material 140. Further, the water supply / drainage part 230 of the heat exchanger 138 extends to the control room side and is fixed to the side wall of the main body case 132.
[0042]
On the other hand, the circulation fan 139 includes a centrifugal fan 151 provided with a plurality of impellers, a circulation motor 152 that rotates the centrifugal fan 151, and a ventilation port that cools the circulation motor 152 by the intake air. The circulation motor cover 154 is provided on the top and bottom of the circulation motor 152 and is detachably provided on the main body case 132. By engaging the circulation motor cover 154 with the main body case 132, the circulation motor cover 154 is provided. A circulating motor support member 155 and the like that support the elastic member 152 with elastic force.
[0043]
Then, when the centrifugal fan 151 rotates, air in the bathroom or the like is sucked from the central portion of the centrifugal fan 151 and discharged to the outer periphery of the fan. At this time, since the discharge direction has no directivity, air is discharged isotropically.
[0044]
However, when air is discharged also to the control room side without the heat exchanger 138, the air hits the partition plate 133, changes the flow path, and flows into the heat exchanger 138. For this reason, noise caused by wind noise when air hits the partition plate 133 or turbulent flow generated when the flow path is changed becomes noise.
[0045]
Therefore, in the present invention, the shape of the part of the partition plate 133 facing the centrifugal fan 151 is formed in an arc shape according to the curvature of the centrifugal fan 151, and is arranged so as to partially surround the centrifugal fan 151. Has been established. As a result, air is not blown out from the part, so that the noise is reduced and the dead space of the heating chamber is reduced.
[0046]
In addition, since the dimension of the bathroom heating dryer 100 concerning this invention is set according to building standards, such as a bathroom, it is contrary to this meaning to make it small more than necessary. Therefore, the dead space of the heating chamber omitted by the partition plate 133 is not directly reflected in the downsizing of the apparatus, but is used for securing the peripheral space of the control unit 131.
[0047]
Since the peripheral space acts as a cooling space for the control unit 131, it is possible to efficiently cool it, and a work space for maintenance and inspection can be used, so that work efficiency can be increased.
[0048]
As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the air guide portion 161 includes a heating chamber cover 126 provided with first to third blowing windows 162 to 164 to cover the heating chamber, and a fourth outlet 243. The fourth blowout window 165 is provided so as to match the position of the control chamber cover 127 that covers the control chamber, and the heating chamber and the control chamber are not communicated with each other, and the fourth blowout window 165 is communicated with the heating chamber. The wind guide 166 is configured.
[0049]
13 is a top view of the heating chamber cover 126, and FIG. 14 is a perspective view including the control chamber cover 127.
[0050]
Between the control chamber cover 127 and the partition plate 133, a partition plate sealing material 167 such as sponge or rubber which is not air permeable and can be elastically deformed is disposed, and the high humidity air in the heating chamber is supplied to the control chamber. It is designed not to invade.
[0051]
As shown in FIG. 14, the control chamber cover 127 is provided with a fourth blowout window 165 so that the position coincides with the fourth blowout port 243, and a hot air guide 166 is provided on the back surface of the control chamber cover 127. Is fixed.
[0052]
The hot air guide 166 is a box body in which one of the side walls is opened to form the hot air introduction port 176 and the upper surface is opened, and is fixed to the back surface of the control chamber cover 127 where the fourth blowing window 165 is located, Hot air introduced from the hot air inlet 176 is blown out from the fourth outlet 243 through the opening on the upper surface.
[0053]
Next, the installation procedure and the maintenance inspection procedure of the bathroom heating dryer 100 having the above-described configuration are installed in the bathroom and the dressing room shown in FIG. 4, and the hot water from the heat source 136 is used for drying the bathroom heating in the dressing room. The case where it is supplied to the machine 100 will be described as an example.
[0054]
The installation of the bathroom heater / dryer 100 will be described in the case where the bathroom heating / drying machine 100 is installed in an existing house, and the distance between the edge 106 of the bathroom ceiling and the dressing room ceiling is about 60 cm. However, it is obvious that the present invention is not limited to these and may be installed in a new house.
[0055]
The installation procedure and the maintenance / inspection procedure will be described based on such premise, but the installation procedure and the like common to the bathroom heating dryer 100 in the bathroom and the dressing room will be described without distinguishing between them.
[0056]
First, the installation opening 212 for installing the bathroom heating dryer 100 is provided in the bathroom ceiling or the like. The size of the main body case 132 of the bathroom heater / dryer 100 is, for example, 53 cm, and the installation opening 212 is, for example, a 55 cm square. The size of the grill 102 is wider than the installation opening 212, for example, 61 cm.
[0057]
Since the minimum width between the field edges 106 in the standard house is 60 cm, any standard house can be installed if the above-mentioned dimensions are set, The cost associated with it becomes unnecessary.
[0058]
The hot water pipe 137 from the heat source machine 136 is piped to the bathroom heating dryer 100 in the dressing room. At this time, the hot water pipe 137 is appropriately long for the reason described later. Further, the ventilation duct 216 is disposed up to the vicinity of the installation opening 212. Further, a control line 213 is wired.
[0059]
Next, the Neda fixture 105 is screwed to the Neda 104. At this time, the height of the back of the ceiling (distance between the neda 104 and the field edge 106) differs depending on the house, or the fixing position when the neda fixing tool 105 is fixed to the neda 104 coincides with the position of the installation opening 212. In some cases, it is necessary to adjust the height position of the female screw 314 in the neda fastener 105.
[0060]
Therefore, the height and horizontal position of the female screw 314 are adjusted using the positioning member 306. FIG. 15 is a schematic diagram showing a state when the position of the female screw 314 is adjusted using the positioning member 306. The alignment member 306 is once inserted into the ceiling from the installation opening 212, and the rear side plates 308 and 309 are inserted along the installation opening 212 or the adjacent field edge 106 until the field edge abutting portion 311 contacts the field edge 106. To wear.
[0061]
At this time, by inserting the side plates 308 and 309 along the installation opening 212 or the field edge 106, the horizontal position of the alignment member 306 is defined, and the field edge abutting portion 311 contacts the field edge 106. The height position of the positioning member 306 is defined.
[0062]
After the alignment member 306 is inserted in this way, the female screw 314 in the neda fastener 105 is aligned so as to be aligned with the alignment hole 313 provided in the alignment member 306.
[0063]
In this alignment, the height position is adjusted by adjusting the screwing position between the upper member 302 and the lower member 304 of the neda fixture 105, and the horizontal position is adjusted for linearity between the upper member 302 and the lower member 304. By doing.
[0064]
That is, the upper member 302 and the lower member 304 are formed of plate-like members, and a long hole 303 is formed in the lower member 304 so as to be screwed to the upper member 302. If the width of the elongated hole 303 is the same as the diameter of the screw to be screwed, it is difficult to insert the screw, and therefore, the slot 303 is formed so as to be able to play moderately within the range of ordinary techniques.
[0065]
Accordingly, the lower member 304 can be tilted in the plate width direction with respect to the upper member 302 in correspondence with the play generated in the elongated hole 303. When the lower member 304 needs to be greatly inclined, the length of the lower member 304 is effectively used by screwing the upper member 302 using the elongated hole 303 on the upper end side of the lower member 304. It is possible. On the other hand, alignment of the neda fastener 105 in the thickness direction is performed by appropriately bending the upper member 302 and the lower member 304.
[0066]
Such alignment work is performed by inserting a hand into the back of the ceiling from the operation hole 312 formed in the center portion of the bottom plate 307 in the alignment member 306.
[0067]
After positioning the female screw 314 in this way, the positioning member 306 is removed, and the screw thread 112 is screwed into the female screw 314 so that the bolt 110 is removed from the installation opening 212. Make it hung.
[0068]
Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, the main body 101 of the bathroom heater / dryer 100 is lifted, and the bolts 110 are passed through the suspension holes 177 provided at the four corners of the periphery of the main body 101. The hanging hole 177 is appropriately larger than the head of the bolt 110 and smaller than the washer 111.
[0069]
Then, the washer 111 is inserted into the bolt 110 through the notch 116, and the main body 101 is lowered by bringing the washer 111 into contact with the head of the bolt 110. Since the suspension hole 177 is smaller than the washer 111, the main body 101 comes into contact with the washer 111 and is in a suspended state.
[0070]
After the bathroom heater / dryer 100 in the bathroom and the dressing room is in such a suspended state, the hot water pipe 137 and the control line 213 are connected.
[0071]
Since the hot water pipe 137 is made of a moderately flexible resin pipe or the like and is long, the end of the hot water pipe 137 is drawn out to the bathroom side and connected to the water supply / drainage section 230.
[0072]
Thereby, the connection of the hot water pipe 137 and the control line 213 is completed, and then the main body 101 is fixed at a predetermined position. The main body 101 is fixed by rotating the front end threaded portion 112 of the bolt 110 until it exceeds the female thread 314 so that the female thread 314 is positioned in the intermediate region 114. Therefore, the main body 101 and the bolt 110 are pushed up, and the rear end screw portion 113 and the female screw 314 are screwed together.
[0073]
Then, the grill 102 is screwed to the main body 101, and the angle of the four first to fourth louvers 244 to 247 is adjusted so that the hot air is blown in a desired direction as appropriate, thereby installing the bathroom heating dryer 100. Is completed.
[0074]
Depending on the state of the installation device 103, the formation state of the installation opening 212, the fixed state of the decorative ceiling panel, etc., the main body 101 may not be parallel to the media of the decorative ceiling panel. At this time, since the end of the main body case 132 and the medium are close to each other, they are conspicuous even in a slightly non-parallel state, and fine adjustment is necessary.
[0075]
However, since the size of the grill 102 according to the present invention is set to be larger than that of the decorative ceiling plate, the medium of the decorative ceiling plate is hidden so that it can be made inconspicuous even in some non-parallel state. ing.
[0076]
When the maintenance check of the bathroom heater / dryer 100 installed in this way is performed, it is possible to go back to the installation procedure described above.
[0077]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the upper end of the upper member is fixed to the ceiling top and the upper member is screwed to the upper member, and the female screw is fixed to the lower end. Since the neda fixing tool is formed by the lower member, the bathroom heating dryer can be installed easily and inexpensively without providing an inspection port.
[0078]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the position of the female screw is aligned by the alignment member 306, the alignment can be easily performed even if the fixing position of the Neda fixing tool is slightly displaced. It becomes like this.
[0079]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the work hole is formed in the bottom surface of the alignment member 306 so that the alignment work can be performed by inserting a hand into the back of the ceiling when aligning the female screw. Even if the fixing position or the like of the fixing tool is slightly displaced, the positioning can be easily performed.
[0080]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the positioning member 306 is used as a packaging box that is housed when the body case is transported or a cardboard that is housed in the packaging box and holds or protects the body case. It is possible to install a bathroom heater / dryer inexpensively and easily.
