Claims (4)

[Claims] 1. A heat exchanger for exchanging heat between hot water supplied from a heat source unit and air, a circulating device for circulating air in a bathroom or a dressing room through the heat exchanger, and a heat exchanger and a circulating device. Hanging holes are formed in the four corners while the device is housed, and a main body case that is installed behind the ceiling from an installation opening formed in the ceiling of the bathroom or the dressing room, and the top end is fixed to a thread on the main ceiling. A screw member fixed to the upper member and a lower member having a female screw fixed to the lowermost end thereof; and a threaded engagement with the female screw inserted through the hanging hole. And a hanging member for fixing the main body case to the slender fixing device. 2. A bottom plate of the dish-shaped box is formed at four corners to indicate a correct horizontal position of the female screw, and a side plate of the dish-shaped box is formed so that a ceiling of a bathroom or a dressing room is formed. A bevel abutting portion that abuts against a supporting bezel to make the height of the alignment hole indicate the correct height position of the female screw; 2.
