The present invention relates to a ceiling-suspended air conditioner that is installed suspended from an indoor ceiling.

In the air conditioner, a suction grill for taking in air in a room to be conditioned and an outlet for blowing out the conditioned air are provided.
For example, in a ceiling-suspended air conditioner configured to be suspended from an indoor ceiling using a suspension bolt (see, for example, Patent Document 1), the bottom surface of the air conditioner main body (the floor surface of the building) A suction grill is provided on the facing surface), and a blow-out port is provided on the front side of the air conditioner main body.
JP-A-9-275251

By the way, the conventional air conditioner usually circulates indoor air and does not have a function of ventilation.
On the other hand, in recent years, sick house syndrome has become a big social problem. According to the Building Standard Law, the living room of a house can always be operated for 24 hours, and the ventilation rate is 0.5 times / h or more (2 hours It was obliged to install ventilation equipment with the ability to change the volume (volume).
However, providing ventilation equipment in addition to the air conditioner in the room increases equipment costs, requires an installation area, and impairs the aesthetics of the room.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner that can be operated over a long period of time while easily introducing outside air during operation of the air conditioner and preventing condensation in the air conditioner accompanying the introduction of outside air. It is in.

A grille is disposed, and an electrical box is attached to the rear panel defining the chamber of the air conditioner main body, and outside air is placed in the electrical box facing the fan constituting the blower. An outside air inlet is provided so that it does not directly hit .
According to the above configuration, the outside air can be easily introduced during operation of the air conditioner by connecting an air supply duct to the outside air introduction port, and the introduced outside air does not directly hit the electrical component. Since the outside air inlet is provided in the air conditioner, it is possible to prevent dew condensation in the air conditioner accompanying the introduction of the outside air.

In this case, the outside air inlet may be configured as a detachable knockout panel.
Further, the outside air introduction port may be provided so that outside air does not directly hit a blower motor constituting the blower.
Still further, the outside air introduction port is an opening in which the mixing ratio of the indoor air circulated through the suction grille and the introduced outside air becomes a predetermined ratio according to the blowing capacity of the fan constituting the blower. You may make it have an area.

In this case, the outside air introduction port 62 is a position where the introduced outside air does not directly hit the electrical component including at least one of the electrical equipment box 11, the motor 25 constituting the blower 13, and the electrical connector used for these. And it is provided in a position that does not interfere with the installation of the piping.
Here, the outside air introduction port 62 is arranged at a position where the introduced outside air does not directly hit the electrical component including at least one of the electrical equipment box 11, the motor 25 constituting the blower 13, and the electrical connector used for these. The reason for this is to prevent the outside air from coming into contact with these components to cause dew condensation and the like, leading to deterioration of the components. In this case, parts such as the electrical equipment box 11, the motor 25, and the electrical connector are sealed except for portions that require opening such as exhaust holes.
As the position on the rear panel 60 that satisfies these conditions, the region indicated by the width direction range A1 and the width direction range A2 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 can be considered, but in the embodiment, it is indicated by the width direction range A2. An outside air inlet 62 is provided in the region.

In addition to this, in the embodiment, the outside air introduction port 62 is provided at a position where outside air is directly guided to the blower units (fans) 21 and 22 constituting the blower 13. As a result, it is possible to reliably introduce outside air, mix it with circulating air, and send it out.
Further, the outside air introduction port 62 has a predetermined mixing ratio between the indoor air circulated through the suction grille 37 and the introduced outside air according to the blowing capacity of the blower units (fans) 21 and 22 constituting the blower 13. The opening area is set so that the ratio is The predetermined ratio is set so that the mixing ratio of outside air to circulating air is about 10 to 20% (usually about 15%).
According to the present embodiment, outside air can be easily introduced and reliably ventilated during operation of the air conditioner, and condensation in the air conditioner accompanying the introduction of outside air can be prevented, and the operation of the air conditioner can be performed over a long period of time. Is possible.

In the above description, the case where one outside air inlet is provided has been described, but it is also possible to provide a plurality of locations depending on the size of the air conditioner body. More specifically, for example, an outside air inlet may be provided in each of the region indicated by the width direction range A1 and the region indicated by the width direction range A2 shown in FIGS.
In the above description, the case where the outside air introduction port is configured as a knock-out panel is described. However, the outside air introduction port is opened in the rear panel 60 in advance, and the blindfold is attached using the duct attachment screw hole 63. It is also possible to configure so as to keep them.
Furthermore, in the above description, the shape of the outside air introduction port is a circular shape, but may be an arbitrary shape such as an elliptical shape or a polygonal shape.

Further, in the above description, the case where the suction grille is a fixed type has been described. However, the suction grille is supported on the air conditioner body via four hanging straps, and these hanging straps are fed out or unwound. Therefore, the present invention can also be applied to an air conditioner equipped with a suction grill lifting device in which a filter placed on the suction grill is removable at a position where the suction grill is lowered within a predetermined range.
In this case, when the suction grill lifting device is configured to be accommodated in the side cover, the space provided with the outside air inlet is preferably a rear panel, and thus is suitable as an application target of the present embodiment.
In the above description, the case where the outside air introduction port is provided on the rear panel has been described. However, the outside air introduction port may be provided on the side cover side.
