Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a propulsion method for laying a fluid transportation pipe used for water supply, gas, sewerage, etc. in a non-open-cut manner and an earthquake-proof propulsion pipe joint.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an embedded pipe construction method for a ductile cast iron pipe or the like, an open-cut method in which the ground is cut and installed is generally used. However, in recent years, traffic has increased not only on main roads but also on general roads, so it has become difficult to block traffic due to the open-cut method. For this reason, a propulsion method is widely adopted in which only the start shaft and the reaching shaft are excavated, and the ductile cast iron pipe is sequentially propelled into the ground from the start shaft side to the arrival shaft side.
[0003]
As a seismic joint used for the above-mentioned propulsion method, there is a so-called US type joint for propulsion method as shown in FIG. This US type joint includes an

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present invention is a propulsion method for laying a pipe for transporting fluid used for water supply, gas, sewerage, etc. without opening, and can embed a pipe in a state having a sufficient amount of expansion and contraction when an earthquake occurs. It is also an object to provide a pipe joint that is rich in earthquake resistance.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following configuration. That is, the propulsion method according to the present invention is a propulsion method for embedding underground while connecting pipes, and is capable of transmitting a propulsive force between the insertion port and the receiving port of the tube, and can be crushed after embedding. If, interposed a plurality of rods for transmitting the estimated Susumuryoku from color to the socket, while promoting while transmitting a driving force to the receptacle of the preceding tube through the collar and the rod body, propulsion ends Thereafter, the collar is crushed so that the insertion port and the receiving port can be contracted.
[0008]
The pipe joint according to the present invention includes a rubber ring that seals a gap between the inner peripheral surface of the receiving port of the pipe and the outer peripheral surface of the insertion port, a push ring that pushes the rubber ring into the receiving port via a split ring, and the push ring. In a pipe joint provided with bolts and nuts to be tightened on the receiving side, a locking ring is engaged with the inner peripheral surface of the receiving port, and a locking ring is engaged with the locking ring at the distal end of the insertion port to prevent the insertion port from deviating. a protrusion provided with respectively, a pair of flanges on the insert port peripheral portion, between said flanges, interposed color for frangible driving force transmitted to the rear propulsion completion, rear end to one flange A propulsive force transmission rod body that abuts and a front end portion abuts on the receiving end portion is provided .
[0009]
As the color for transmitting the propulsive force, for example, a lime-based material mainly composed of calcium oxide (CaO) that expands by a hydration reaction at an appropriate position of a concrete annular body, or 3CaO.3Al 2 O 3 .CaSO 4 , One in which a static crushing agent containing a calcium / sulfo / aluminate (CSA) compound containing CaSO 4 and CaO as main components is embedded is considered.
[0010]
According to the present invention, the propulsive force can be transmitted to the preceding pipe through the propulsive force transmitting collar and the rod during the propulsion work. Even if a push ring that pushes a rubber ring on the end face is attached with a bolt and nut, a propulsive force can be transmitted so as not to interfere with the push ring and the bolt and nut. In addition, after the propulsion is completed, by crushing the collar for transmitting the propulsive force, the fitting portion between the insertion port and the receiving port can be afforded to shrink by the amount of the collar, and as a seismic joint It has sufficient functions.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically based on the embodiments of the present invention shown in the drawings.

Lime-based CaO generates fine colloidal calcium hydroxide Ca (OH) 2 by a hydration reaction. Since this Ca (OH) 2 grows into a long anisotropic hexagonal plate-like crystal with the passage of time, mutual growth occurs due to the growth of the crystals that are generated along with the hydration reaction even under restrained conditions. The crystal pressure is pressed against each other, and an expansion pressure is generated on the constraining wall. Also, in the case of CSA system, it grows into needle-like crystals called ettringite by the general hydration reaction as shown below, so that expansion pressure to the constraining wall is generated like lime system. . These expansion pressures act on the filling hole, and compressive stress is generated in the peripheral portion around the hole, whereby tensile stress is generated in a direction perpendicular to this.
[0019]
[Chemical 1]
[0020]
Cracks occur when the tensile stress exceeds the tensile strength of the propulsion force transmission collar, and the cracks propagate due to the continued expansion of the static crushing agent. For this reason, many cracks enter both the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the collar for propulsive force transmission, and crushing is performed. As described above, since the two main components have the effect of crushing the propulsion force transmission collar in both the lime-based and CSA-based materials, either component may be used. Moreover, as long as the objective of this invention is achieved, you may be components other than these two types. Fragments resulting from this crushing fall off from between the
[0021]
The above-mentioned hydration reaction for crushing the color for propulsion force propulsion without reacting with water, for example, a method of stirring the static crushing agent and water and filling the static crushing agent insertion hole before propulsion work It can be realized later by a method of reacting with moisture contained in the soil of the natural ground around the pipe. In particular, when rushing, water may be poured into this part with a pipe or the like. The said static crushing agent is a component similar to the expansion agent generally used for expansive concrete, and crushing concrete etc. is promoted by containing this expansive agent excessively. In addition, this static crushing agent is generally used for crushing rocks and concrete accompanying construction work, and can crush concrete etc. without generating vibration, noise, stepping stones, etc. Moreover, since no harmful components are contained, there is no possibility of adverse effects on the tube.
[0022]
The insertion shape of the static crushing agent may be other than the illustrated example as long as it can achieve the purpose of crushing the propulsion force transmission collar and securing the amount of expansion and contraction of the joint. Further, as shown in the illustrated example, the method is not limited to the method of filling the hole drilled in the

【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the propulsive force transmission collar that can transmit the propulsive force to the pipe joint used in the propulsion method and is crushed and removed from the joint after the completion of the propulsion is provided. Since it was installed, a sufficient amount of expansion and contraction was secured after embedment, making it extremely effective as a seismic joint. In addition, since the propulsive force of the propulsion force transmission collar is transmitted to the receiving end through a plurality of rods (pins), there are a push wheel, a bolt, a nut, or the like between the collar and the receiving end. Even in a joint with a structure, not only can the propulsive force be transmitted to the receiving port without exerting a pushing force on the insertion port, but also the propulsion can be carried out without impairing the water stop performance in the case of the S-shaped joint. I can do it now. Furthermore, since the mechanism for ensuring the amount of expansion and contraction of the joint is provided on the outer surface side of the pipe, even a pipe having a diameter of less than 800 mm, for example, which cannot enter the pipe, can be used as a seismic joint for the propulsion method. In addition, since the function is not added to the water contact portion on the inner surface of the pipe, the function of the current pipe joint is not impaired.
