Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique of adding a dish and a lid having a function of squeezing and drying the ingredients in addition to the function of the pot as a pot, and a technique of squeezing the ingredients as a dish and draining them back to the pot.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Earthenware pots have excellent heat retention properties, and hot pot dishes are very useful in cold weather, but there is a problem that the sauce becomes gradually thinner when used continuously.
In the past, it was necessary to replace with a new sauce at a certain interval, or squeeze it on a separate plate from the pan and continue using it.
However, changing to a new sauce is bothersome and unpleasant. On the other hand, even if you squeeze it on another plate, the plate immediately becomes immersed in water, and the utensils cool down. It is troublesome in various ways.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Even if you want to eat hot pot food and stick to the ingredients of the hot pot, if you keep the sauce as it is, you can not deny the feeling of one hand falling, but it is a bit extreme, but this is one of the whole hot pot dishes that you get with sauce It can be said that it is a drawback.
The present invention has been made to solve this drawback.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
When using the pan continuously, either the pan (1) or the lid (7) for squeezing and drying the ingredients, either using the handle itself or the edge between the handles, pan It is provided in the center part.
The lid (7) may be called a weight that pushes the ingredients in the dish from the top rather than the lid, and moves up and down and left and right to assist in squeezing.
At this time, there are a method of molding as a unit with the pan and a method of making only the squeezing and drying dish (1) part to match the shape of the existing pan.
The squeezing and drying dish (1) and the lid (7) are convex (3) and concave (4), and there is a hole (2) near the lowest point, so that the squeezed soup is again in the pan. It is supposed to go home.
The present invention is a “pan with squeezed drying dish with a lid” having the above-described configuration.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
The squeezing and drying dish (1) and the lid (7) are convex (3) and concave (4), and there is a hole (2) near the lowest point, so that the squeezed soup is again in the pan. It is supposed to go home.
There are a method of forming the squeezed and dried dish (1) and the lid (7) as a unit with the pot, and a method of making only the squeezed dish part to match the shape of the existing pot.
[0006]
The squeezing and drying pan (1) and the lid (7) need not be the same as the pan, and may be made of metal, for example, or the pan and the lid may be made of different materials.
For example, the squeezing and drying dish (1) may be made of the same material as the pot that is easy to warm, and the lid (7) may be made of wood or glass that is difficult to change temperature.
In the first place, it is the same for the pan itself, and anything such as an earthen pan, an iron pan, an aluminum pan, an enamel pan may be used.
[0007]
Here, when squeezing the drying pan (1) and the lid (7) only to fit the shape of the existing pan, it is very similar to the shelf on which the frying pans of commercial frying pans are arranged. Become.
However, there are shelves where fried foods are temporarily placed, and this is a dish that squeezes and dries, so even if you use the same wire, each shape will be somewhat different .
[0008]
In addition, although the figure showed the example which equips the inside and the outside of the squeezing and drying dish (1), these may be combined and made inside and outside, and the shape of the pot does not need to be a perfect circle in the first place. For example, an oval shape or a gourd shape consisting of two circles may be used.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
By using the present invention, you can always keep the squeezed ingredients warm when you cook in a pot, and even if you prefer to mix a little soup, keep the sauce concentration at the desired intensity. In many cases, it is not necessary to change the sauce, and at the same time, the squeezed soup can be returned to the pan and reused.
This is a little idea, but it is also a plan for two birds with one stone, leading to a reduction in food waste.
[0010]
In addition, although the example where the squeezing and drying pan (1) and the lid (7) are uneven has been described here, there may be a case in which both are flat without being uneven and only bent as such.
