BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner, and in particular, an operation part connected to the other end of a suction hose having one end connected to a suction port of the vacuum cleaner, so as to hold an accessory suction tool when not in use. About what you did.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a suction tool of a conventional vacuum cleaner, a suction nozzle that is generally called a floor brush that removes dust on the floor, a gap nozzle used to suck dust in a gap between a window frame sill groove or furniture and a wall There is a suction tool called a round brush with brush bristles on the peripheral edge of the suction opening that removes dust on a shoji sill or a fence, etc., and floor brushes among these suction tools Is used by connecting to an extension pipe connected to the fitting opening opened at the tip of the gripping part connected to the suction hose, that is, the operation part operated by hand, and the gap nozzle or the round brush is connected via the extension pipe. Alternatively, it is used by directly connecting to the fitting port of the operation unit.
[0003]
By the way, the suction tool most frequently used in cleaning is a floor brush, and the use frequency of other gap nozzles or round brushes is relatively low. Therefore, these suction tools are positioned as accessory suction tools.
[0004]
And when these accessory suction tools are not used, they must be stored in a predetermined storage location. On the other hand, if they are used during cleaning, they can be taken out immediately. In consideration of this, the vacuum cleaner main body is provided with a storage part, and when not in use, the storage part is stored in this storage part, or a holding means is provided in the operation part, and an accessory suction tool is provided in this holding part. There is something that is held and stored.
[0005]
Here, a conventional vacuum cleaner in which a holding portion is provided in the operation portion attached to the suction hose and the accessory suction tool is held in the holding portion is shown in FIG.OrThis will be described with reference to FIG.

In other words, one end of the round brush is cut off at the distal end of the fitting hole, which is the fitting portion formed in the tube portion of the operation portion, to a width that allows the tube portion to pass through, and the base end side of this round brush Is attached to the vicinity of the tube portion so as to be rotatable, and when using a round brush, the round brush is rotated to the opening side to remove the round brush around the opening at the end of the tube portion excluding the excised portion. Position the bristle part, and when not in use, rotate it in the reverse direction to retract the bristle part from the opening at the tip of the pipe part, and connect another suction tool or extension pipe to the fitting hole It is a thing.
[0025]
When using a round brush on the spot during cleaning, it is only necessary to rotate the round brush toward the front end of the fitting hole, and in the opposite direction when storing it after use. Since it only needs to be rotated, there is an advantage that the

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the storage of the conventional accessory suction tool is held or attached to the operation part of the suction hose, and the operation part is provided with a holding part. The one that is designed to be attached and detached has the advantage that it can be used by attaching the accessory suction tool to the control section on the spot during cleaning, and can be stored on the spot when not in use. In both cases of removing from the operation unit and using it after installation, storing it in the operation unit requires the troublesome operation of changing the accessory suction tool, and it is certain that it will wear out. There is a problem that the suction tool for attachment comes off from the operation part during cleaning because it cannot be held.
[0027]
In addition, the structure in which the accessory suction tool is rotatably attached to the tip of the operation part has the advantage that the accessory suction tool can be used and stored on the spot during cleaning. Since a gap is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the round brush and the outer peripheral surface of the tube portion, there is a problem that the dust-absorbing effect is greatly impaired because outside air is sucked from the gap.
[0028]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
This invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and the invention according to claim 1 isOn the operation unit attached to the suction hose connected to the suction port of the vacuum cleaner bodyA fitting portion having a predetermined fitting allowance along the axial direction is formed, and this operation portion is,There is a suction opening on the distal end side and on the proximal end sideThe fitting partIn the vacuum cleaner that cleans the surface to be cleaned by fitting and connecting an accessory suction tool having a fitted portion that is detachably fitted to the operation portion,A guide body having a convex shaft protruding in a direction orthogonal to the fitting direction of the fitting portion and the fitted portion is provided at a position retracted from the opening end of the fitting portion on the outer peripheral portion of the fitting portion. A connecting body protruding rearward from the rear end opening is formed in the mating portion of the accessory suction tool, and the connecting body is slidable and rotatable on the convex shaft and can be engaged and disengaged. AndThe long axis direction is the fitting direction. And thisThe length in the long axis direction is less than the length of the fitting allowanceLengthenedA guide hole is formed, and the convex shaft and the end of the mating portionAndAttached suction toolButWith the convex shaft as a fulcrum, the engagement portion is formed so as not to interfere with the fitting portion when rotating so as to correspond to the fitting portion, and an engaging portion is formed in the accessory suction tool. A locking part that engages and disengages from the operating part is provided in the operating part, the fitted part is removed from the engaging part of the operating part, and the attached suction tool is rotated around the convex shaft as a fulcrum. Engage with the locking part and keep it in a non-use state, and rotate the convex shaft as a fulcrum to correspond to each other endIn stateSlide the convex shaft along the guide holeLet fit partAnd the fitting part of the operation partAttached suction toolThis is a vacuum cleaner that is kept in use.
[0029]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the fitted portion of the accessory suction tool isRemove from the fitting part of the operation part, This accessory suction tool,The convex part is turned around the fulcrum, the engaging part is engaged with the engaging part of the operation part and held in the non-use state, and the convex part is turned around the fulcrum to correspond to each other end.In stateConvex axis along the guide holeSlideBy fitting the fitted part of the accessory suction tool and the fitting part of the operation partAttached suction toolSince it has been kept in use, it can be easily fitted into or connected to the operating part when using the accessory suction tool, and can be easily held in the operating part after use.
