[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a granulation dephosphorization apparatus, and more particularly to a granulation dephosphorization apparatus having a means for efficiently separating and recovering magnesium ammonium phosphate particles that flow out together with treated water.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, phosphorus removal technology, which is one of the eutrophication factors that are particularly problematic in closed water areas, includes a coagulation separation method in which metal salts such as aluminum salts and iron salts react with phosphorus, phosphorus ore, bone charcoal, etc. There are a crystallization method (catalytic dephosphorization method) in which phosphorus is precipitated in the form of hydroxyapatite on a seed crystal, and a biological dephosphorization method using the excessive phosphorus intake of microorganisms, such as an anaerobic / aerobic method.
However, disposal and stabilization of secondary products containing phosphorus compounds generated from these treatment processes are problematic.
[0003]
In view of such circumstances, in recent years, magnesium compounds are added to waste water containing ammonium ions and phosphate ions, and the pH is adjusted to 8 or more, so that phosphate ions in the waste water are separated as magnesium ammonium phosphate solid particles. Then, a technology for effectively using the produced solid particles of magnesium ammonium phosphate has been developed. That is, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-119392, a magnesium compound is added to raw water containing ammonium ions and phosphate ions, the pH is adjusted to 8 or more, the waste water is stirred by aeration, and the fineness of magnesium ammonium phosphate is reduced. Crystals are generated, the suspended matter in the waste water is separated from the magnesium ammonium phosphate fine crystals, the suspended matter is discharged out of the system, and the waste water containing the magnesium ammonium phosphate fine crystals is stirred by aeration. An apparatus and a method for supplying waste water continuously while forming solid particles of magnesium ammonium phosphate as fine crystal nuclei of the magnesium ammonium phosphate and removing them are described.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When collecting phosphorus in water as solid particles of magnesium ammonium phosphate by the above apparatus and method, the produced fine particles of magnesium ammonium phosphate flow out together with the treated water, reducing the recovery rate of magnesium ammonium phosphate Or accumulated in the treated water tank.
An object of this invention is to provide the granulation dephosphorization apparatus which can isolate | separate and collect | recover the solid particle of magnesium ammonium phosphate which flowed out with the treated water efficiently.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The granulation dephosphorization apparatus of the present invention achieves such an object, and includes a waste water injection pipe for injecting waste water containing ammonium ions and phosphate ions, and a magnesium compound injection pipe for injecting a magnesium compound. And an alkali agent injection tube for injecting the alkali agent, a blowing tube for blowing a stirring gas, and a magnesium phosphate for discharging downward waste water containing a large amount of granulated magnesium ammonium phosphate solid particles This granulation tower is equipped with an ammonium solid particle discharge pipe and a treated water outflow pipe for allowing treated water containing a small amount of magnesium ammonium phosphate solid particles to flow upward. Treated water mixed with solid particles of magnesium ammonium phosphate supplied through the treated water outflow pipe It is characterized in that it has features a hydrocyclone to separate the solid particles of the Li Lin magnesium ammonium.
[0006]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1 which shows an example of the granulation dephosphorization apparatus of this invention, 1 is a granulation tower which granulates ammonium ion and phosphate ion in wastewater as solid particles of magnesium ammonium phosphate. The magnesium ammonium phosphate granulation tower 1 includes a waste water injection pipe 2 for injecting waste water containing ammonium ions and phosphate ions into the granulation tower 1.
[0007]
Further, the granulation tower 1 is provided with a magnesium
[0008]
Furthermore, a stirring gas blowing pipe 3 for stirring the waste water in the magnesium ammonium phosphate granulating tower 1 is provided at the bottom of the granulating tower 1, from which a stirring gas is supplied, By aeration and agitation of the wastewater in the magnesium ammonium phosphate granulation tower 1, the production of magnesium ammonium phosphate solid particles can be promoted. Thus, by adding a magnesium compound and an alkaline agent to waste water containing ammonium ions and phosphate ions in the granulating tower 1 and adjusting the pH to 8 or more and stirring, the diameter is 0.2 to 0.8 mm. Solid particles of magnesium ammonium phosphate can be produced.
[0009]
At the bottom of the granulation tower 1, a solid particle discharge pipe 4 is provided for taking out most of the produced solid particles of magnesium ammonium phosphate. Most of the produced magnesium ammonium phosphate solid particles settled and separated in the magnesium ammonium phosphate granulation tower 1 and accumulated at the bottom of the magnesium ammonium phosphate granulation tower 1 so that they accumulated. The solid particles of magnesium ammonium phosphate are discharged from the solid particle discharge pipe 4 together with a part of the waste water at intervals of 1 to 2 weeks.
[0010]
A treated water outflow part 7 is provided above the granulation tower 1, and treated water containing sludge mixed with magnesium ammonium phosphate solid particles that has not settled is treated water outflow part 7, treated
From the upper part of the treated water tank 9, the

The magnesium ammonium phosphate solid particles discharged from the hydrocyclone 11 are effectively used as a fertilizer. On the other hand, the sludge and the liquid separated from most of the solid particles of magnesium ammonium phosphate rise in a vortex in the vicinity of the center of the cyclone, and flow out through the upstream ascending
[0012]
Moreover, in FIG. 2 which shows the other example of the granulation dephosphorization apparatus of this invention, the treated water containing the sludge mixed with the solid particle of the magnesium ammonium phosphate which flowed out through the treated
[0013]
The amount of treated water containing sludge mixed with solid particles of magnesium ammonium phosphate to the liquid cyclone 11 is such that the inlet flow velocity of the liquid cyclone is 0.5 to 5.0 m / sec. The extraction amount of the liquid containing a large amount of magnesium ammonium acid is preferably about 10 to 20% of the supply amount of the treated water. Hydrocyclone diameter is 0.01 ~ 1.2m, cone apex angle is 10 ~ 30 °, treatment capacity is 0.1 ~ 300 t / hr, 1 ~ 30% slurry is blown pressure of 0.2 ~ 4 Kg / cm 2 It is possible to classify particles of about 0.003 to 1.0 mm.
By using such a liquid cyclone 11, it is possible to efficiently separate the magnesium ammonium phosphate solid particles and the sludge that have flowed out of the magnesium ammonium phosphate granulating tower 1, and to easily recover the separated solid particles. it can.
[0014]
EXAMPLE Waste water was treated using the granulation dephosphorization apparatus shown in FIG.
With digested sludge dewatering filtrate as waste to be injected from the wastewater injection tube 2, was fed waste water from the waste water inlet tube 2 at a flow rate of 6.25 m 3 / hr to the bottom of the magnesium ammonium phosphate prilling tower 1 effective volume of 10 m 3 .
Further, a 30% magnesium chloride aqueous solution in the magnesium tank is injected from the magnesium
[0015]
As a result, 96% of phosphorous phosphorus in water and 18% of ammonia nitrogen react to produce solid particles of magnesium ammonium phosphate having a diameter of 0.2 to 0.8 mm. The liquid containing magnesium ammonium phosphate was drawn out at intervals of 1 to 2 weeks where a large amount of solid particles of magnesium ammonium phosphate accumulated at the bottom.
Also, treated water containing sludge mixed with solid particles of magnesium ammonium phosphate that did not settle was supplied to the treated water tank 9 having an effective volume of 2 m 3 through the treated

[Table 1]
[0018]
In the case of a treatment amount of 4.92 m 3 / hr, 63.2% magnesium ammonium phosphate fine particles could be recovered, and 88.3% sludge could be separated and discharged.
As a result of measuring the particle size distribution, it was found that 100% of magnesium ammonium phosphate fine particles of 0.420 mm or more were recovered when the treatment amount was 3.27 m 3 / hr.
[0019]
