Description

【0001】
[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in a method for bonding an artificial marble plate material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When two artificial marble plates are bonded together to produce a plate larger than the original plate, the end surfaces of the plates are butted against each other and are manufactured as if they consist of a single plate. Is required. Conventionally, when the end surfaces of such plate materials are brought into contact with each other and bonded, a suitable gap is provided between both end surfaces to which the two plate materials are to be bonded on the work table surface that is horizontally arranged, After pouring the adhesive and bringing the end faces closer together, the end faces were brought into close contact with each other using a clamping tool such as a clamp or a chisel. In this case, since a level difference occurs in the bonding portion, the operation of tapping and correcting the protruding portion with a plastic hammer or the like and repeatedly tightening while striking was repeatedly restrained. Furthermore, after the adhesive is hardened, the method of releasing the restraint by clamps or loosening tools, removing only the protruding adhesive with a canna, etc., then polishing the level difference of the bonded part and finishing it flat. It was.
[0003]
However, in such a method, since it takes a long time to adjust the level difference between the plate materials, the bonding processing time becomes long, and it is very difficult to produce a plate material without a level difference, so the polishing finishing time is also very long. Furthermore, when a plate having a step is flattened by polishing, it is difficult to form a completely flat surface, so that the finished state is not so good. In addition, the strength of the bonded portion is often lowered due to prolonged bonding processing time. As described above, there are problems such as high cost, poor finished state, and reduced strength of the bonded part due to the long bonding time, and efficient artificial marble that can solve such problems There has been a strong demand for a method for bonding plates.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for bonding an artificial marble plate material that eliminates such conventional problems, can adjust the step very easily, and can perform bonding processing in which the step hardly occurs in a short time.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above problem is that when the end surfaces of two artificial marble plates are bonded to each other, an inclined work table is used, and the surface of the plate material is in contact with the inclined work table surface with the end surface to which one plate material is bonded facing upward. Apply the adhesive to the end surface, place the other plate material facing down and place the plate surface above the previously placed plate material with the surface of the plate material in contact with the inclined work table surface, and bond the two plate materials together. The problem is solved by an artificial marble plate material bonding method characterized in that both end surfaces are brought into contact with each other and both end surfaces are bonded together while applying a pressing force due to the weight of the upper plate material.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The two plate materials for bonding the end faces used in the present invention are artificial marbles made of a resin composition in which an inorganic filler represented by aluminum hydroxide is dispersed and contained in an acrylic resin, an unsaturated polyester resin, or the like. Is generally about 4 to 15 mm. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described.
[0007]
First, one end of each of the two plate members is cut perpendicularly to the plate surface to form a smooth end surface (cut surface) to be bonded, and one plate member has a smooth surface and an angle with respect to the horizontal plane is preferably 60 °. The surface of the plate is placed on the inclined work table surface of ˜89 ° so that the surface of the plate is in contact with the inclined work table surface. If the tilt angle is less than 60 °, sufficient pressure is not applied to the bonding surface, and there is a case where sufficient adhesive strength cannot be obtained because the adhesive does not spread due to mixing of bubbles. It is not preferable for safety because it may become stable and fall forward. Next, an adhesive is applied to the cut surface of the plate placed on the inclined work table surface, and after application of the adhesive is completed, the other plate material is placed with the cut surface facing downward so that the plate material surface is in contact with the inclined work table surface. Are placed above the plate material placed on the plate, the cut surfaces are brought into contact with each other, and both end surfaces are bonded together while applying a pressing force by the weight of the upper plate material. By adopting such a method, it is very easy to adjust the level difference, and it is possible to perform the bonding process in which the level difference hardly occurs in a short time. It should be noted that when the end surfaces to be bonded of the two plate materials are butted together, the adhesive may stick out and remain attached in the vicinity of the adhesive portion on the back surface of the lower plate material. In order to facilitate the removal of such adhesive that remains. In addition, it is preferable to apply a masking tape to a portion 0.1 to 3 mm (preferably about 1 mm) away from the end surface to be bonded on the back surface of the lower plate material in advance.
[0008]
Furthermore, after the above work is completed, it is preferable to bond more firmly by providing a wedge or a plate material fastening bracket on the upper part of the inclined work table to further increase the pressing force between the end surfaces of the two plate materials, Further, it is preferable to prevent the plate material from being lifted on the inclined work table by pressing the plate material with an appropriate plate material pressing jig through an elastic body such as sponge or rubber. Under this tightening condition, the adhesive is cured to complete the bonding process, and then the plate pressing jig is removed, and the protruding part of the adhesive is removed on the inclined work table to finish the back of the plate smoothly. The plate material is removed from the inclined work table, and the protruding portion of the adhesive on the surface of the plate material is polished and removed to finish the surface of the plate material smoothly. As a result, an artificial marble plate material having a beautiful finish and an adhesive strength of about 1.1 times that of the conventional product can be obtained.
[0009]
A more preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described. A concave portion is provided in the central portion along the longitudinal direction on the end surface (cut surface) to be bonded of one plate material, and the plate material surface is formed on the inclined work table surface with the concave portion facing upward. Place it in contact with the inclined work table surface and pour the adhesive into the recess. A convex portion corresponding to the concave portion of the plate material cutting surface is provided in the central portion along the longitudinal direction on the end surface (cut surface) to be bonded to the other plate material, and the surface of the plate material is inclined on the inclined work table surface with the convex portion facing downward. It is placed above the lower plate so as to contact the work table surface, and the convex portion of the upper plate is fitted into the concave portion of the lower plate by its own weight. According to this method, the level difference can be adjusted faster and more accurately, and the adhesive strength can be increased to about 1.2 times that in the previous example.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention configured as described above, when the end surfaces of two artificial marble plates are bonded to each other, they are bonded using the weight of the plates on a smooth surface with a smooth surface. It becomes extremely easy and can be bonded with few steps in a short period of time. Also, a concave portion is provided on the end surface of one plate material, and a convex portion is provided on the end surface of the other plate material. By doing so, the level difference can be adjusted more quickly and accurately, and the adhesive strength can be further increased.
