本発明は、冷蔵ショーケース等の冷却貯蔵庫に関する。

【従来の技術】
ビール等の冷飲料を冷却保存して販売等に供する冷蔵ショーケースの一般的な構造は、以下のようである。すなわち、前面開口の断熱箱体からなるケース本体を備え、その底部側に冷却器や冷却ファンの収容された冷却器室が設けられて、その上方に棚網等が装備される貯蔵室が形成され、前面開口に引き違い式のガラス扉が装着されている。一方、ケース本体の下面側には機械室が設けられ、圧縮機、凝縮器等からなる冷凍装置が収容されて、上記の冷却器と冷媒配管で接続されることにより冷凍サイクルが構成される。そして、冷凍装置と冷却ファンとが駆動されると、庫内空気が前面側から冷却器室に吸引され、冷却器を通過する間に熱交換されて生成された冷気が貯蔵室の奥面側に吹き出されるように循環流通し、貯蔵室内が冷却されるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところでこの種の業務用の冷蔵ショーケースでは、営業時間外等を見計らって自動的に除霜運転が行われるようになっていて、除霜水は装備されたドレンパンで受けられる。この除霜水は、自然蒸発に委ねたり、一部では所定時間ヒータに通電して強制蒸発処理されるが、特に多湿の雰囲気にある場所や時期にあっては蒸発し切れないで残る場合があるため、小まめにドレンパンを引き出して排水することが望ましい。
一方、冷凍装置については、凝縮器で冷媒を凝縮させるために、ファンで外気を引いてこれを当てることにより凝縮器を冷却するようにしている。このとき、外気中の塵等の侵入を防ぐために吸入側にはそれらの塵等を捕集するエアフィルタを配しているが、これについても目詰まりを起こす前に小まめに洗浄することが望ましい。

しかるに従来では、ドレンパンとエアフィルタとが個別に装着されていたため、日々のメンテナンスの際にこれらを取り付けたり取り外したりする作業を別々に行わねばならず、面倒であるという問題があった。
本発明は上記のような事情に基づいて完成されたものであって、その目的は、日常の清掃等のメンテナンスを簡単に行える機能を備えた冷却貯蔵庫を提供するところにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するための手段として、請求項1の発明は、貯蔵庫本体内を冷却する冷却器とともに冷凍サイクルを構成する圧縮機、凝縮器等からなる冷凍装置が収容された機械室を設けた冷却貯蔵庫において、前記機械室の底部にはドレンパンが出し入れ可能に装着され、このドレンパンには、前記冷却器からの除霜水等を受ける浅皿部と、前記凝縮器を冷却するためにファンにより吸入された空気中の塵等を捕集するエアフィルタが着脱可能に嵌め込まれるフィルタ装着部とが左右に隣接して設けられており、かつ前記フィルタ装着部の奥側の一部が、前記浅皿部の奥側の周壁よりも奥方に突出して形成され、このフィルタ装着部における奥方に突出した部分には、前記エアフィルタに突設された摘みを嵌めて逃がす逃がし溝が形成されている構成としたところに特徴を有する。

【発明の作用及び効果】
<請求項1の発明>

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施形態を図1ないし図9に基づいて説明する。
この実施形態の冷蔵ショーケースは、図1及び図2に示すように、ケース本体10の下面側に機械室11が設けられ、機械室11の底面に装備された脚12、キャスタ13によって支持されている。
ケース本体10は、前面の開口された縦長の断熱箱体により形成されていて、その底部側には冷却器室15が区画形成され、その中に冷却器16と冷却ファン17とが収容されている。冷却器室15の上方は貯蔵室18となっていて、棚網19が装着されてビール等の冷飲料缶等が貯蔵されるようになっている。また、ケース本体10の前面開口には、ガラス扉20が引き違い形式で装着されている。

また、ドレンパン33における装着部38の右側面には開口54が形成されているとともに、前後の枠部39の連設位置の下面からは、仕切板55が垂設されている。
