現在一般に使われている除塵設備には、特開2002−317428に開示されるように、平坦なスクリーンを水路に斜に設け、その上面側を移動する櫛歯状のレーキを、ワイヤーロープやチェーンなどを介して駆動装置により上下動させるものが使用されている。

前記特開2002−317428に開示されるものは、レーキの昇降機構を簡略化したものであるが、この種の平坦なスクリーンを用いた除塵設備は、巻上装置の位置が高くなり、小規模河川に用いた場合、地上に突出した設備が目障りになるため、地上設備ができるだけ低くなるようなものが望まれていた。

本発明は、上記の課題を解決するためになされたもので、スクリーンを円弧状とし、揺動アームに取付けたレーキをスクリーンの上面に沿って移動するように構成すると共に、レーキ上昇時は前記揺動アームに設けたストッパーにより前記レーキが下方に回転しないようにレーキを掻上げ動作状態にし、レーキ降下時はガイドレールに設けた進路切換片と姿勢切換突起又は転子によりレーキを回動させて、非掻下げ動作状態になるようにしたものである。

すなわち、本発明は張り出し側を上流に向けて円弧状に湾曲形成したスクリーンを水路Wに配置し、且つその張り出し側に櫛歯状のレーキを配置し、このレーキをスクリーンの両側に設けた揺動アームに揺動可能に取付け、且つ駆動装置により上下運動させるように構成すると共に、前記スクリーンより上流側の水路Wの両側壁に、チャンネル材を用いた降下姿勢保持用の円弧状のガイドレールを前記スクリーンと同心円状に設け、且つ該ガイドレールの上部に逆止弁状に進路切換片を、また下部には降下姿勢切換用ガイド部をそれぞれ設けると共に、アームの外側にそれぞれガイドレールと係合する姿勢切換用突起または転子を設け、且つ揺動アームにレーキ上昇時にレーキの下方回転止用のストッパーを設けたことを特徴とする往復式除塵機である。
