本発明は、小規模河川に好適な簡易型往復式除塵機に関するものである。

現在一般に使われている除塵設備には、チエーン回転式、油圧アーム式、ワイヤーロープ式等があるが、いずれも構造が複雑かつ大規模となり、小規模河川には大きすぎ、コストもかかるため、未だに熊手を使用した手作業による掻揚げが行われている。

しかし、手作業による除塵作業は、用水路の入口の設置場所の関係から足場が悪く、川辺から塵芥のある水面まで距離のある遠隔作業となるため、作業が困難で作業員が誤って河川に転落する事故が往々に生じていた。

そこで本発明は、大型機の設置が不向きな小規模河川に好適な簡易型往復式除塵機を提供しようとするものである。

本発明は、上記の課題を解決するためになされたもので、請求項1記載の第1の発明は、スクリーン前面両側にコ状レールをスクリーンと平行に設け、このコ状レール内に摺動自在に昇降するウエート軸を設け、このウエート軸にレーキを設けると共に、コ状レールへの挿入部に先端が前記コ状レールの下縁と接触するレーキの垂下防止用突起を設け、且つコ状の吊アームの両端をウエート軸の両側に枢着したことを特徴とする往復式除塵機である。

また請求項2記載の第2の発明は、スクリーン前面両側にコ状レールをスクリーンと平行に設け、このレールの上端に逆止弁状の進路切換片を設け、且つコ状レールの上部上面と下部上面に進路切換用切欠を設けると共に、このコ状レール内に摺動自在に昇降するウエート軸を設け、このウエート軸にレーキを設けると共にコ状レールへの挿入部に先端が前記コ状レールの下縁と接触するレーキの垂下防止用突起を設け、且つコ状の吊アームの両端をウエート軸の両側に枢着すると共に吊アームの両側にコ状レール内を移動する進路切換用突起を設けたことを特徴とする往復式除塵機である。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は第1の発明の一実施例の正面図、図2はその縦断面側面図、図3は図2のA−A線拡大断面図、図4はコ状レールとウエート軸の関係を示す拡大縦断側面図である。

図1〜図4において、1は傾斜して設けたスクリーン、2,2はスクリーン1の前面両側にスクリーンと平行に設けたコ状レールで、内側に向けて取付けられている。3は両端をコ状レール2、2に挿入し、コ状レール内を摺動自在に昇降するウエート軸で、レーキ4を設けると共に、コ状レールへの挿入部に先端が前記コ状レールの下縁と接触するレーキ4の垂下防止用突起5を設け、またレーキ取付部の反対側には扇形状のスペーサ用突起6が設けられている。なおレーキ4は図3に示すように板状のもので、先端は櫛歯状となっている。

そして、レーキ取付部とは反対側のウエート軸3には櫛歯状にピン7が植設され、ウエート軸3の両側に設けた連結片3a,3aに図5及び図6に示すような吊アーム8の両端が枢着され、この吊アーム8は手動ウインチ9にワイヤロープ10を介して連繋されている。なお、吊アーム8の両側には振れ止め用突棒11,11が設けられている。

以上のように構成されるので、手動ウインチ9を駆動すると、ワイヤロープ10及び吊アーム8を介してウエート軸3が上昇する。
