Description
The present invention is a water purification apparatus having a simple structure and a novel structure capable of purifying water in a pond and effectively filtering and removing minute foreign matters such as blue sea urchins efficiently and over a long period of time. It is about.
Regardless of artificial ponds and natural ponds, the accumulated pond water is easily polluted by phytoplankton, blue sea bream, etc. due to excessive nitrogen. .
Therefore, conventionally, for example, an artificial fountain or a waterfall is installed in a pond, and it is considered to purify the water quality by air contact or aeration. However, although the purification system using artificial fountains and waterfalls looks good, it uses a large pump, so the equipment scale and power consumption are large, and it depends on commercial power or requires a large solar panel. Because it was not realistic, the installation was limited in places such as a large pond that would become a sightseeing spot. In addition, such an apparatus indirectly promotes purification by improving the dissolved oxygen concentration in the water, and does not actively remove foreign matters that have already occurred, such as blue sea bream. The effect could not be expected at all.
As a relatively small purification device, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-117582 (Patent Document 1) discloses a structure that improves the dissolved oxygen concentration by stirring water using wind power. In addition, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-226593 (Patent Document 2) proposes a floating island structure that improves the oxygen dissolution concentration by aeration.
However, in any of the purification apparatuses described in these
Here, the present invention has been made in the background as described above, and the problem to be solved is that it is formed with a simple and compact structure, and is a foreign matter such as sea cucumber existing in the water of a pond. It is an object of the present invention to provide a water purification device having a novel structure capable of efficiently removing water.
A feature of the present invention is a water purification apparatus that is used for a natural or artificial pond and removes impurities such as water mushrooms by filtering the water of the pond, and is floated on the water of the pond. A floating means is provided, and the water circulation path of the pond is formed by the pump means supported by the floating means, and a stocking having a stretchable porous structure is mounted on the circulation flow path, and the opening of the stocking is installed. The water in the pond is forced to flow from the section and filtered through the stockings, and at least one of the stockings is in a water purification device disposed in the water of the pond .
In the water purification apparatus constructed according to the present invention, water can be forcibly removed by forcibly circulating water with a pump means and using the stockings as a filtering material. In addition, the filter media was constructed by making good use of the characteristics of the stockings with a specific structure that is extremely stretchable and has a porous structure. The filtering action is effectively exhibited. The effective stocking area is increased by extending the stocking as the clogging of the stocking progresses, and the reduction of filtration and flow rate are reduced. Moreover, even when the through hole of the stocking, which is a filtering material, becomes larger as it expands, the initial filtering effect is maintained as a whole by the foreign matter itself such as the sea urchin laminated on the inner surface of the stocking functioning as the filtering material. To get.
Also, in such a water purification device, it is possible to further reduce the head in the pump means by immersing the filter medium in water, and it is possible to further reduce the overall size and weight including the pump and its drive source. Become.
In the present invention, for example, the pump means includes a pump main body and an electric motor that drives the pump main body, and a solar power generation means is employed as a power source for driving the electric motor, and A configuration in which the photovoltaic power generation means is supported by the floating means can be suitably employed.
By adopting such a configuration, a drive source can be easily secured.
In the present invention, for example, a configuration in which at least one of the stockings is placed and disposed on the floating means can be suitably employed.
By adopting such a configuration, as the stocking becomes clogged, the stocking itself spreads in the horizontal direction as a whole using its weight, and the effective area of the filter medium can be more advantageously ensured.
In the present invention, for example, a configuration in which the floating means is configured by connecting a plurality of used empty PET bottles to each other in a state where the openings are directed vertically downward is suitably employed. obtain.
By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to effectively use the discarded plastic bottle. In addition, since the floating means is configured with the PET bottle standing in the vertical direction, it is possible to efficiently secure a small planar shape with a large buoyancy, and the water purification device can be configured more compactly as a whole. It becomes possible.
In the present invention, for example, a transport bottle case having a partition frame having a size corresponding to the PET bottle and partitioned in a grid pattern is adopted, and a plurality of the PET bottles are included in the transport bottle case. A configuration in which the plurality of PET bottles are connected to each other by the transport bottle case in a state where each opening portion is directed vertically downward by turning over the entire transport bottle case. Adopted.
By adopting such a configuration, a plurality of plastic bottles can be easily and reliably held with a simple structure while standing in the vertical direction. In addition, as a bottle case for conveyance, it is possible to employ | adopt suitably the existing thing for soft drinks or alcoholic drinks, for example.
In this invention, the structure planted with respect to the said floating means is employ | adopted suitably, for example.
By adopting such a configuration, an environment-friendly configuration can be realized, and a remarkable increase in summer temperature can be suppressed. In addition, it is possible to achieve a good appearance.
In the present invention, for example, a configuration in which a submersible pump is employed in the pump means, and the submersible pump is suspended by the floating means and installed in the water of the pond is preferably employed.
By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to reduce the weight burden of the submersible pump required for the floating means by using buoyancy, and further downsizing of the entire apparatus is possible. It is also possible to lower the head by the pump means.
In the present invention, for example, a hollow mouth formed using a used empty plastic bottle is inserted into the opening of the stocking, and the water of the pond is inserted into the stocking through the mouth. A configuration in which it is allowed to flow is preferably employed.
By adopting such a configuration, it becomes possible to stably introduce the water sent by the pump means into the stocking. In addition, the use of waste can be promoted by forming the mouth using a plastic bottle.
The water quality purification apparatus of the present invention filters the water whose water quality has deteriorated due to blue sea bream in a pond (including areas where water such as swamps stays) and returns it to the pond, thereby improving the habitat environment of fish, insects, etc. It can improve and contribute to environmental conservation. Moreover, compared with the water quality purification apparatus according to the prior art, since the constituent material is readily available and is small and lightweight, it is easy to spread.
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention.
Case 4 uses a plastic plastic case (transport bottle case) that contains six 1.8 liter bottles, and puts two 2 liter PET bottles 3 (empty waste plastic bottles) in one case. A plurality of 4 (appropriate number) is tied with a string or the like, for example, the case 10 is integrated. Thereby, the floating means was constituted. In addition, although the structure where each
The central two cases are arranged as one unit so that the filtration part connecting the six
In addition, the size of one unit is about 110 cm square, and two or four units can be connected, or one unit can be scattered depending on the area of the pond. In short, the size of the floating means is not particularly limited. In addition, in the present invention, as a floating means, in addition to those using a plastic bottle as illustrated, those made of various materials whose specific gravity is sufficiently smaller than water, such as wooden coffins and styrofoam buoys, are appropriately used. Can be employed.
One
A tray with a hole in the bottom can be laid on a total of 12 persimmon cases, and plants 7 such as flowers and shrubs in the background can be planted. 1 The center of gravity of the unit is low, so there is no worry about rollover by wave winds.
The present invention intends to improve the environment by removing the sea urchin that is most noticeable due to pond pollution and contains a large amount of nitrogen components. The
The filter membrane for filtering blue seawater is preferably a dense membrane that can remove even small impurities. However, in women's nylon or cotton stockings that are particularly preferably used in the present invention, small impurities pass through the filter membrane at the beginning of operation but accumulation of impurities begins. Small impurities can be gradually filtered by the square action. Stockings are elastic, so even if the deposits increase, the power does not increase. The height of the pump can be as high as the water flows into the stockings, so it can be tens of centimeters or less, and it can be operated with low power, facilitating in-house power generation using solar power.
Floating islands are floated on the surface of the water in an upside-down plastic plastic bottle case where used plastic bottles sealed with 2 liters of air are discarded. The bottle case contains six plastic bottles, and one unit is formed by ten bottle cases, and a buoyancy of 100 kg is obtained with a size of about 110 cm square. A tray can be placed on the unit, solar and battery can be placed, and shrubs can be planted.
Ten kite cases are arranged on the outer periphery of the floating island for buoyancy, and an empty kite case is placed in the center. In the empty bag case, insert 12 pieces of filtration membrane parts with half-cut PET bottles and stockings attached with strings. Insert the water introduction pipe from the submersible pump into the plastic bottle. The submersible pump is hung from the dredge case to the depth corresponding to the water depth with a wire.
For maintenance and inspection, for example, the unit is fixed to the shore with a three-point rope from the unit, and the unit is pulled to the hand as necessary.

In the water purification apparatuses as the second and third embodiments shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be effectively exhibited.
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was explained in full detail, these are illustration to the last, and this invention does not receive any restrictions by these specific description. For example, a pump unit that is placed on a floating unit and placed on the water may be employed. Moreover, it may replace with a solar panel and a wind power generator may be employ | adopted, a generator may be employ | adopted, or only an electrical storage device may be provided. In addition, as a plastic bottle, one having an annular recess extending in the circumferential direction at an intermediate portion in the axial direction is selectively adopted, and the opening portion of the stocking is fitted into the annular recess using a rubber elastic body. It is desirable to support them. Furthermore, the floating means may be floated freely, but it is also possible to limit the floating range with an appropriate anchor means or locking means. Further, in order to facilitate collection and exchange of stockings, a small screw device may be provided to enable wireless control. Moreover, it is of course possible to adopt a stocking installed in water as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and a stocking installed in water as shown in FIG.
