Description

【0001】

It is attached. Further, below the glass door 17, an upper plate device 18 for storing a game ball as a winning ball or a rental ball is attached to the front frame body 13 through a metal frame 16 so as to be openable and closable.
[0013]
The front frame 14 is provided with a back mechanism board (not shown) in which a ball path for distributing the game balls supplied from the island facility to the upper plate device 18 and returning the used game balls to the island facility is formed. It is provided on the back side of the frame body 13 so that it can be opened and closed. In addition, a lower pan device 19 and a handle portion 20 of the launching device are provided in the lower part of the front surface of the front frame body 13.
[0014]
FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing the configuration on the gaming board of the gaming machine adopting the winning device of the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 2, the game board 15 is provided with various game members such as a windmill 23 and a gate 24 in a circular game area defined by guide rails (the outer rail 21 and the inner rail 22). In addition, a corner decoration 25 is provided outside the guide rail.
Further, as shown in the figure, a game winning area 26, a normal symbol display 27, a special symbol display 28, and a distribution device 29 are integrally formed in the game area of the game board 15 at the center thereof. A center case 30 is provided. Below the center case 30 is provided a large winning device 33 in which a start winning port 31 and a large winning port 32 are formed. Further, a left sleeve winning device 34 and a right sleeve winning device 35 are provided as the winning devices of the first embodiment in the diagonally lower left direction and the diagonally lower right direction of the center case 30.
[0015]
On the other hand, on the back side of the game board 15, game balls (winning balls) sent from various winning ports and game balls (out balls) flowing down from the out port 36 are collected and discharged to the ball path of the back mechanism board. A collective route (not shown) is formed.
[0016]
3 is an exploded perspective view showing the left sleeve winning device 34, FIG. 4 is a front view of the left sleeve winning device 34 shown in FIG. 3 in an assembled state, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. FIG. 6 and FIG. 6 are perspective views showing a state in which the left sleeve winning device of FIG. 3 is assembled. Since the left sleeve winning device 34 and the right sleeve winning device 35 have substantially the same configuration, the left sleeve winning device 34 will be described below as a representative.
As shown in FIG. 5, the left sleeve winning device 34 is movable up and down, and a winning opening member 37 disposed at a predetermined position of the game board 15 (in the figure, a perforation 15 b formed in the game board 15 ). And an electromagnetic renoid 39 that drives the movable member 38 from the back side of the game board 16.
As shown in FIGS. 3, 5, and 6, the winning opening member 37 includes a semi-cylindrical mounting base 40 having a decorative collar portion 40 b in which a screw hole 40 a for mounting to the game board 15 is formed, and an upper opening. And a discharge passage 42 that communicates with the reception port 41 and is provided at the upper portion of the mounting base 40 and guides the winning ball from the discharge passage 42 to the back side (collection path) of the game board 15. And a decorative portion 44 that is formed on the front surface of the mounting base 40 and decorates the collar portion 43, and a circuit board 45 having LEDs 45a disposed on the mounting plate 40 are integrally configured. The decorative portion 44 has a transparent or translucent floral pattern portion 37a on the outer periphery, and has, for example, a cross-shaped metallic glossy portion 37b in the center. Light from the LED 45a is transmitted from four directions of the metallic glossy portion 37b. It passes through the flower pattern portion 37a.
[0017]
The receiving port 41 corresponds to a winning opening by the nail 4 shown in FIG. 14 (A) of the related art, but the one having the same function as the nail 4 has the opening edges 41a, 41a ( FIG. 4). The width S (see FIG. 9B) of the opening edges 41a and 41a is larger than the diameter φ of the game ball P. Incidentally, S is 12 mm and φ is 11 mm.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the movable member 38 includes an intermediate shaft portion 46 having a through hole 46 a and a pair of arm portions 47 that are curved and extended downward in an obliquely symmetrical direction from the intermediate shaft portion 46. , 47 and a swinging member 49 comprising a columnar weight portion 48 formed at the tip of the arm portion 47 as a main element. The pair of arm portions 47 extend in a circular arc shape so as to cover the receiving port 41. In the swing member 49, the shaft pin 50 is loosely inserted into the through hole 46 a of the intermediate shaft portion 46. The shaft pin 50 is further supported by the head of the plunger 39 a of the electromagnetic solenoid 39 through a moving window 15 a (FIG. 5) formed in the game board 15.
[0018]
In addition, a disc-shaped decorative plate 51 is attached to the head of the shaft pin 50 in a loosely fitted state in a state of being secured by the head. In the case of the first embodiment, the decorative plate 51 is integrated with the swing member 49 by means such as adhesion as shown in FIG. With this configuration, the swing member 49 swings around the shaft pin 50 (swings like a pendulum) by the collision between the arm portion 47 or the weight portion 48 and the game ball together with the decorative plate 51.
[0019]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the movable member 38 has a lower end position and an upper end of the moving window 15a by a plunger 39a that is displaced between a projecting state and a suction state when the electromagnetic solenoid 39 is de-energized and energized. The position will be moved. Hereinafter, the position of the movable member 38 at the lower end position of the moving window 15a is referred to as a bottom dead center, and the position of the movable member 38 at the upper end position of the moving window 15a is referred to as a top dead center. When the movable member 38 is at the top dead center position, the movable member 38 swings away from the winning hole member 37, so that the winning degree is determined by the width S of the opening edges 41a and 41a. Become. In addition, the distance between the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate shaft portion 46 and the opening edge 41a of the receiving port 41 at this time is L2 (see FIG. 9B). L2 is made equal to S or larger than S.
[0020]
(Setting the winning level of the winning device)
Here, the winning degree when the movable member 38 is at the bottom dead center (hereinafter referred to as the bottom dead center winning degree, and the above open state when the movable member 38 has moved to the top dead center is referred to as the top dead center winning degree). Can be adjusted by a distance L1 (see FIG. 9A) between the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate shaft portion 46 and the opening edge 41a of the receiving port 41 at this time. That is, when the bottom dead center winning degree is set to zero (corresponding to claim 2), the distance L1 is slightly smaller than the diameter φ of the game ball (L1 <φ). However, it is necessary to create a slight gap between the swing locus created by the outer peripheral surface of the weight portion 48 by the swing of the swing member 49 and the opening edge 41 a of the receiving port 41. This is because when the electromagnetic solenoid 39 is energized with the swinging member 49 swinging and moves to the bottom dead center, one of the arm portions 47 enters the receiving port 41 in an oblique state or both of the arm portions 47. This is to prevent the slanted state of swinging outward from the receiving port 41 (so that the arm 47 can be returned to its original position even in the slanted state).
[0021]
In the first embodiment, the bottom dead center winning degree is set higher than zero. When making the bottom dead center winning degree higher than zero, the L1 is made equal to or slightly larger than the diameter φ of the game ball (L1 ≧ φ). However, S> L1. In order to avoid the oblique state, a slight gap is provided between the swing locus created by the outer peripheral surface of the weight portion 48 by the swing of the swing member 49 and the opening edge 41 a of the receiving port 41. Yes.
Further, the bottom dead center winning degree can be adjusted by the weight of the weight 48. That is, if the total weight of the weight portions 48 with respect to the weight of the game ball is increased according to the principle of collision, the winning degree is decreased, and if the opposite is made, the winning degree is increased.
[0022]
(Operation)
Next, the operation of the winning device of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 7 is a front view showing the winning device when the movable member 38 moves to the top dead center, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing the winning device in the state of FIG. 9A is an operation diagram corresponding to FIG. 4 in which the decorative plate 51 is omitted, FIG. 9B is an operation diagram corresponding to FIG. 7 in the omitted state, and FIGS. 10A and 10B are FIG. It is an operation | movement figure which shows operation | movement of the rocking | swiveling member 49 rock | fluctuated with a game ball.
[0023]
When the conditions for releasing the winning device are not satisfied, the winning device of the present embodiment is such that the arm portion 47 and the weight portion 48 of the swing member 49 cover the receiving port 41 as shown in FIG. The distance between the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate shaft portion 46 and the opening edge 41a of the receiving port 41 is L1. Therefore, the substantial opening of the receiving port 41 is L1 (<S), which makes it difficult for a game ball to enter (corresponding to claim 1).
Therefore, as the first embodiment, even when the movable member 38 moves to the bottom dead center approaching the receiving port 41, the swinging member 49 swings when the game ball collides, and the receiving port 41 is partially opened. And has the effect of raising expectations for winning.
Further, the winning of the game ball to the receiving port 41 may be prevented (Claim 2), but this case will be described in a later fifth embodiment.
[0024]
After that, when the winning device release condition is satisfied, that is, during the game, the special symbol combination of the special symbol display 28 in the center case 30 coincides with a predetermined specific symbol combination, so-called “big hit”. When the gaming state is advantageous to the player, the winning device has the game ball winning degree at the receiving port 41 as the top dead center winning degree, and the following opening operation is performed.
That is, when the opening operation is established, the left sleeve winning device 34 is operated so that the electromagnetic solenoid 39 is energized and the plunger 39a is in a suction state. Then, as shown in FIG. 8, the shaft pin 50 supported by the plunger 39a moves to the top dead center, and accordingly, the swing member 49 and the decorative plate 51 move upward. Of course, as shown in FIG. 9B, the swinging member 49 at this time has a weight portion 48 away from the receiving port 41, so the distance between the outer peripheral surface of the shaft pin 50 and the opening edge 41a is L2. . Since L2 is much larger than the ball diameter φ, it becomes easy for the game ball to fly to the region directly above the receiving port 41, and the top dead center winning degree with a high winning rate due to the width S (<L2) between the opening edges 41a and 41a. It becomes.
[0025]
However, the distance between the weight portion 48 and the opening edge 41a of the receiving port 41 is kept so as to be less than the diameter of the game ball. When the swing member 49 is arranged at such an interval, the swing member 49 is supported so as to be swingable, so that the falling game ball reliably collides with the swing member 49, so that FIG. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 10 (B), the swing member 49 swings around the shaft pin 50 in the opposite direction to the game ball, and as a result, the receiving port 41 is opened alternately in the left and right directions, and the winning degree is determined. Becomes higher. When a game ball enters the receiving port 41, the game ball rolls on the discharge passage 42 and is discharged to the back mechanism board through the prize ball detection switch according to the winning ball discharge path.
If the distance between the weight portion 48 and the opening edge 41a of the receiving port 41 is equal to or larger than the diameter of the game ball, the game ball is less likely to collide with the swing member 49, and the effect of production is reduced.
[0026]
Thereafter, the electromagnetic solenoid 39 is de-energized and the plunger 39a is operated in a protruding state when the winning device is released, such as when the big hit state ends. As a result, the swinging member 49 moves downward together with the shaft pin 50. Then, the weight portion 48 of the swing member 49 becomes the bottom dead center in a state where a very small gap is maintained with the opening edge 41a of the receiving port 41. That is, the operation of the solenoid 39a ends when the normal position is reached and a position where the game ball is difficult to enter the receiving port 41 is reached.
[0027]
(Effect of 1st Embodiment)
(1) In the winning devices 34 and 35 of the first embodiment, the behavior of the game ball before entering the winning opening is mechanically and complexly controlled, the monotony is eliminated, and the game is different from the effect by light. It can be expected to produce visual effects with mechanical movements that have a high performance effect and attract the player's interest in the winning action.
(2) The player's interest can be strongly attracted to the winning action by a mechanical action different from the effect by flashing light emission performed on the entire game board.
(3) Since the decorative member is provided on the swing member 49, the decorative effect can be further enhanced.
(4) Since the swinging member 49 can swing even after winning the winning opening (receiving opening 41), the decoration effect of the winning device is maintained.
(5) Although the movable member 38 is configured to be able to win even when it is located at the bottom dead center, the degree of winning can be adjusted by adjusting the gap between the opening edge 41a of the receiving port 41 and the outer periphery of the weight portion 48. Can be changed.
(6) Since the decorative plate 51 is integrated with the swinging member 39, the decorative plate 51 moves up and down while rotating while concealing the swinging of the swinging member 39, and an unusual effect can be expected.
[0028]
[Second Embodiment]
In the first embodiment, the decorative plate 51 is provided so as to cover the entire front side of the swing member 49. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and as shown in FIG. 11, only the front end surface of the swing member 49 is attached. The decorative plate 52 may be provided. The decorative plate 52 shown in FIG. 11 is formed by forming a decorative pattern by printing or the like, applying an adhesive on the back surface, and sticking it on the front end surface of the swing member 49. In this case, a seal-like decorative seal 50b is attached to the head 50a of the shaft pin 50 in the same manner, and the central portion of the decorative plate 52 with which the back surface of the head 50a abuts is a solid surface. . According to the second embodiment, the swing member 49 can be configured to be relatively light, and thus the setting range of the swing angle of the swing member 49 can be widened. Further, the player can visually recognize the movement of the swing member 49, and an effect that can be further attracted to the game can be expected.
[0029]
[Third Embodiment]
As a winning device of the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12, a decorative plate 51 may be fixed to the head portion 50a of the shaft pin 50 and only the swing member 49 may swing. In this embodiment, since the decorative plate 51 is immobile and the movement of the swing member 49 cannot be predicted, the winning process is mysterious and the player can expect an effect that makes the player more interested in the game.
[0030]
[Fourth Embodiment]
As the winning device of the fourth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 13, a movable member 38 of the present invention may be provided on a winning opening 41b by a nail as described in the prior art. In this case, the configuration of the winning device can be composed of a winning opening 41a, a movable member 38 having a swinging member 49, and an electromagnetic solenoid 39 that moves the movable member 38 up and down.
In the fourth embodiment, a winning effect of mechanical operation can be expected by applying the winning device of the present invention to the winning opening 41b by a nail.
[0031]
[Fifth Embodiment]
As a winning device according to the fifth embodiment, the movable member 38 may be disposed so that L1 shown in FIG. In this embodiment, it is possible to expect the effect of attracting the game so as to impress the difference from when the winning is possible and to be able to win.
[0032]
[Sixth Embodiment]
As the winning device of the sixth embodiment, by appropriately adjusting the weight of the weight portion 48 of the swinging member 49, the swinging member 49 and the decorative plate 51 can be set to rotate by collision with the game ball. In this embodiment, since the swing member 49 rotates, an effect that attracts the game can be expected.
[0033]
[Seventh Embodiment]
As a winning device of the seventh embodiment, in addition to the gaming state such as the jackpot as described above, it is opened when a gaming ball enters or passes through various winning holes or gate members on the gaming board. An operation may be performed. Of course, regardless of the trigger of the opening operation, the upward movement from the normal position to the opening position and the downward movement from the opening position to the normal position may be performed repeatedly during the game.
[0034]
[Eighth Embodiment]
As a winning device of the eighth embodiment, the arm portion 47 of the swing member 49 extends straight from the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate shaft portion 46 to the left obliquely downward direction and the right obliquely downward direction, instead of the curved arch shape. It may be in shape.
[0035]
[Ninth Embodiment]
As a winning device of the ninth embodiment, the electromagnetic solenoid 39 is fixed to the game board 15 side in the first embodiment. However, the mounting portion 40 can be enlarged and the electromagnetic solenoid 39 can be fixed to the mounting portion 40 to form a unit. In this case, the winning unit is completed by simply fixing it to the game board 15, so that the workability can be improved.
