Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electric cooking board that heats a cooking board with a heater and cooks ceramics, and particularly relates to an electric cooking board that uses a cooking board heated by a heater in an outer case.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The outer case is widely adopted as a basic structure because it protects the surroundings and users from the cooking board heated by the heater, and protects the heater from external forces, making it safe for products and use. In general, it is made of a non-heat-resistant synthetic resin because of its light weight and low cost.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in recent years, while the size of the cooking board has been increased, a design in which the outer case is arranged closer to the cooking board than the miniaturization of the entire electric cooking board is desired. The downsizing of the outer case has the advantage of reducing the weight of the case itself and reducing the material cost.
[0004]
However, as the outer case gets closer to the cooking board, the heat effect received from the cooking board becomes larger. If the outer case is exceeded, problems such as discoloration, deterioration, deformation and melting may occur.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide an electric cooking board in which the outer case can be brought closer to the cooking board with satisfactory thermal safety without complicating the structure.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the electric cooking board of the present invention is an electric cooking board in which a cooking board heated by a heater is accommodated in an outer case having an open upper portion with a gap between the cooking board and the cooking board. Vents are provided at least in the area of the peripheral wall that rises from the bottom of the outer case and that corresponds to at least the part that is highly affected by heat from the cooking board. The vent hole is formed in the second upward stepped portion of the upward stepped portion formed on the inner periphery of the peripheral wall, and the upward stepped portion is partially lowered. It is characterized by this.
[0007]
In such a configuration, the rising midway from the bottom of the gap between the outer case and the cooking board is communicated to the outside of the outer case by the vent hole, and cold outside air is generated by the heated air flow rising around the cooking board inside the vent hole. Since it is sucked into the gap and is immediately used for cooling the peripheral wall of the cooking plate and the outer case toward the upper part, it is possible to effectively cool the vicinity of the vent hole part of the peripheral wall and the upper part thereof, There is no problem in safety even if the outer case is brought closer to the cooking board, and further downsizing, weight reduction, and material reduction can be achieved without complicating the structure, and the form of the cooking board and the outer case, Even when there is a difference in the degree of heat influence on the outer case around the cooking board due to various conditions such as the type and arrangement of the heaters, the cooking unit and the heat retaining unit, etc., it can be easily handled. In particular, it is formed in the second upward stepped portion where the upward stepped portion formed in the inner periphery of the peripheral wall is partially lowered, and the thermal safety effect by the stepped portion and the reinforcing effect of the peripheral wall are doubled, The second step portion is closer to the bottom wall of the outer case, and it is easy to put in and out the stored items to and from the bottom of the outer case such as a heat shield case, a tray, and a heater, which is convenient for use.
[0008]
If a vent is provided at least in the region of the central part of the peripheral wall in the long side direction of the outer case, the region in the central part of the long side of the cooking plate is cooked when it is a rectangular cooking plate and outer case as seen from the plane. The heating area of the panel heater or the temperature near the center of the panel tends to become high, but the corresponding area in the center of the peripheral wall in the long side direction of the outer case is sucked from the vent hole provided there. Since it is cooled as described above together with the peripheral wall of the corresponding cooking board by the outside air, there is no problem in safety even if the peripheral wall in the long side direction of the outer case is brought closer to the cooking board, and further miniaturization, weight reduction, and The material can be reduced without complicating the structure.
[0015]
Further objects and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description and drawings. Each feature of the present invention can be used alone or in combination in various combinations as much as possible.
[0016]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of an electric cooking board according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings for understanding of the present invention.
[0017]
1 to 3, the example shown in FIG. 4, the example shown in FIG. 5, the example shown in FIG. 6, and the example shown in FIGS. 7 to 9. The heater 1 and the cooking board 100 are used for heating and heating the metal cooking board 100 such as an aluminum alloy (for example, ADC12) in contact with the lower side of the filament heater 1 which is a sheathed heater. Is placed in an outer case 5 as a protective case made of synthetic resin (for example, PP) and surrounded to provide thermal protection for the mounting surface and the user, and to protect the heater 1 and the like from external force. This is an example of the case. However, the present invention is not limited to this, the material of the outer case 5 and the cooking board 100, the number of heaters 1, the type of heater such as a surface heater other than the filament, contact heating and non-contact heating, to the cooking board 100 There is no particular limitation on the specific structure, such as whether it is buried or not buried.
[0018]
1 to 3, the example shown in FIG. 4, the example shown in FIG. 5, the example shown in FIG. 6, and the example shown in FIGS. A vent hole 200 is provided in a region X that substantially corresponds to at least a portion of the peripheral wall 5b that rises from the bottom wall 5a of the case 5 that is highly affected by heat from the cooking board 100. If it does in this way, the rising middle from the bottom part of the space | gap S between the outer case 5 and the cooking board 100 will lead outside the outer case 5 by the vent hole 200, and it will rise to the inside of the vent hole 200 around the cooking board 100. The cold air C is sucked into the gap S by the warm air H and is directed upward to immediately cool the cooking wall 100 and the peripheral walls 20 and 5b of the outer case 5, so that the vent holes 200 of the peripheral walls 20 and 5b are formed. The portion near and above the portion can be effectively cooled, and even if the peripheral wall 5b of the outer case 5 is brought closer to the cooking board 100 by the amount that can be cooled, there is no problem in thermal safety, and further miniaturization is achieved. It is possible to reduce the weight and reduce the material without complicating the structure, the form of the cooking board 100 and the outer case 5, the type and arrangement of the heater 1, the cooking part and the heat retaining part, etc. Easily cope even if there is a difference between the thermal influence degree of the outer case 5 in about Cooking Release 100 depending on the conditions.
[0019]
However, the vent hole 200 may be provided on the entire circumference of the peripheral wall 5b of the outer case 5 regardless of the necessity thereof, and the advantage that the vent hole 200 reduces the material can be utilized. Further, as the vent hole 200 is provided closer to the bottom wall 5a of the peripheral wall 5b, a greater range of height of the peripheral wall 5b can be cooled. However, the closer to the bottom wall 5a, the higher the temperature of the suctioned outside air as it goes upward. It is preferable that the cold outside air immediately after being sucked into each part of the height range to be cooled reaches. Further, if a plurality of vent holes 200 are provided in a small or narrow shape so that a necessary amount of outside air can be sucked into a necessary range, it is easy to prevent dust and the like from falling under the outer case 5 through the vent holes 200. Become. Regardless of the presence or absence of such countermeasures, the vent hole 200 needs to be prevented from being blocked by the heat shielding case 10, the tray 41, and the cooking board 100, and is directly opened upward. Since the momentum of the heated airflow H and the suction action of the outside air C thereby can be enhanced, it is advantageous for cooling.
[0020]
In the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 9, the vent hole 200 is provided in the region X at substantially the center of the peripheral wall 5 b in the long side direction of the outer case 5. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, when the cooking board 100 and the outer case 5 are substantially rectangular when viewed from the plane, the central region of the long side of the cooking board 100 is formed by the heater 1 of the cooking board 100. This is because it corresponds to a portion that tends to become a high temperature near the heating region or its central portion and has a large thermal effect on the peripheral wall 5b of the outer case 5. In this sense, when the peripheral wall 5b of the outer case 5 is easily affected by heat at the portion corresponding to the heater 1, if the vent hole 200 is provided below the installation height of the heater 1, the heater 1 It is possible to sufficiently cope with the heat effect.
[0021]
In addition to the vent hole 200 in the peripheral wall 5b of the outer case 5, a vent hole 201 as shown in FIG. 7 is also provided in the bottom wall 5a of the outer case 5. According to this, in the space S between the cooking board 100 and the outer case 5, the heated airflow that flows upward between the peripheral walls 20 and 5 b with the suction of the outside air C from the vent hole 201 of the bottom wall 5 a of the outer case 5. Since H is generated actively, the heat of the cooking board 100 and the heater 1 is prevented from flowing into the gap S, and the suction outside air C from the vent hole 201 is heated by the heat from the cooking board 100 and is heated. However, since the cold outside air is more positively sucked from the vent hole 200 of the peripheral wall 5b and used for the cooling of the peripheral walls 20 and 5b, the entire inner periphery of the outer case 5 is cooled while the cooking plate is being used. The cooling effect of 100 and the peripheral walls 20 and 5b of the outer case 5 is further enhanced. The vent hole 201 at the center of the bottom wall 5a is substantially similar to the bottom wall 5a and has a large opening, which is intended to contribute to material reduction.
[0022]
Further, the vent hole 200 is formed in an upward step portion 202 formed on the inner periphery of the peripheral wall 5b. According to this, by the upward stepped portion 202, the entire local expansion portion S1 is particularly enlarged in the gap S between the peripheral walls 20 and 5b of the peripheral wall 5b of the outer case 5 and the peripheral wall 20 and 5b of the outer casing 5 to be cooled. Since it cools with the suction | inhalation external air C from the ventilation hole 200 provided there, suppressing the thermal influence from the cooking board 100, the further thermal safety of the outer case 5 can be aimed at, and a step part structure Thus, the peripheral wall 5b can be reinforced.
[0023]
In the example shown in FIGS. 1-6, the step part 202 is formed in the inner periphery of the surrounding wall 5b as a flat cyclic | annular area | region, and forms the recessed part 203 which receives the dust from upper direction. However, in the portion corresponding to the handle 24 provided in the substantially central portion of the short side portion of the cooking board 100, the recess 203 forms an extended recess 25 that opens outward and fits with the handle 24 so that the outer case 5 is fitted. And interference with the handle 24 is avoided.
[0024]
In the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 in such a form, the vent hole 200 is provided so as to open upward and inward at the inner peripheral side corner portion where the concave portion 203 of the upward stepped portion 202 is formed. It is possible to effectively suppress that the inner corner portion 203 and the upper portion thereof are particularly susceptible to thermal influence from the cooking board 100. In addition, the vent hole 200 having such a configuration has an advantage that a special measure for removing the die is not required because the outer case 5 is formed by a simple upper and lower split mold together with the vent hole 201.
[0025]
In the example shown in FIG. 4, the vent hole 200 is formed in two ways that open upward and on the inner peripheral side at the bottom of the concave portion 203 and the peripheral wall 5 b portion just below the upward stepped portion 202, and the inner peripheral side of the concave portion 203. Centering around the corner, it is easier to cool a greater range of height of the peripheral wall 5b. However, only one of the two upper and lower vent holes 200 may be employed. The vent hole 200 that opens upward as well as the vent hole 200 that opens to the inner peripheral side is formed by utilizing the inclination of the peripheral wall 5b, and the problem of die cutting does not occur as described above. Moreover, the vent hole 200 opened to the inner peripheral side has an advantage that foreign matter can be prevented from dropping under the outer case 5 through the vent hole 200 without considering the size and shape.
[0026]
In the example shown in FIG. 5, the example shown in FIG. 6, and the example shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, a second upward stepped portion 202 a in which the upward stepped portion 202 is partially lowered corresponding to the region X is provided, The vent hole 200 is formed by utilizing the second upward stepped portion 202a, and the thermal safety effect by the stepped portion and the reinforcing effect of the peripheral wall 5b are doubled, and the second upward stepped portion 202a is formed in the outer case. 5 is closer to the bottom wall 5a, and it is easier to put a hand in and out of the stored items in the bottom of the outer case 5, such as the heat shield case 10, the receiving tray 41, and the heater 1, which is convenient for use.
[0027]
In particular, in the example shown in FIG. 5, there is a slit-like air hole 200 that opens to the inner peripheral side in a form in which a portion of the peripheral wall 5 b corresponding to the concave portion 204 formed by the second upward stepped portion 202 a is cut out. Similarly, the problem of die cutting does not occur.
[0028]
In the example shown in FIG. 6, in particular, a punching plate 205 is provided by insert molding in which the vent hole 200 opened on the inner peripheral side in the form shown in FIG. 5 is provided on the peripheral wall 5 b corresponding to the entire area of the recess 204. It is formed. This makes it possible to make the vent holes 200 opened on the inner peripheral side smaller without any problem of die-cutting, and to provide a large number in the vertical and horizontal directions.
[0029]
The outer case 5 of the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 9 has a sub-guard wall 8 whose peripheral wall 5b extends outward and downward from the upper end, so that thermal safety against the surroundings and protection of the heater 1 and the like can be doubled. In particular, in the example shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the vent hole 200 is formed between the partition walls 206 provided between the peripheral wall 5 b and the sub guard wall 8. According to this, even if the vent hole 200 is provided so as to open to the outer peripheral side of the peripheral wall 5b, the appearance is improved by being covered by the sub-guard wall 8, and dust is attached or clogged by touching with a hand or the like. Can be prevented. Further, the partition wall 206 between the peripheral wall 5b and the sub-guard wall 8 easily reaches the outside air through the intake passage 207 in which the suction force from the vent hole 200 is limited, which is advantageous for cooling.
[0030]
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 9, the cooking board 100 can be attached to and detached from one or more attachment / detachment plates 35a to 35c providing a plurality of cooking surfaces 3a to 3d, and the attachment / detachment plates 35a to 35c in the holes 36. The frame-like base 2 is provided so as to support the heating by the heater 1 through the hole 36 and the cooking by the upward cooking surface. The detachable plate 35a has a cooking surface 3a on one side as shown in FIGS. The detachable plate 35b has a cooking surface 3b on one side as shown on the right side of the upper half of FIG. 7, the right side of FIG. 8, and the left side of FIG. The detachable plate 35c has cooking surfaces 3c and 3d on both sides as shown on the left side of the upper half of FIG. 7, the left side of FIG. 8, and the right side of FIG.
[0031]
Thereby, it can be used as described below. By configuring the cooking board 100 with the frame-like base 2 and the attachment / detachment plates 35a to 35c supported so as to be attachable / detachable to and from the hole 36 of the frame-like base 2, the attachment / detachment plates 35a to 35c having the cooking surfaces 3a to 3d. Has a cooking part, and the frame-like base part 2 that is positioned around it forms a heat retaining part 18 and a peripheral wall 20 around the cooking part so that the function of the cooking board 100 in the conventional form can be exhibited. The detachable plates 35a to 35c constituting the cooking unit can be attached to and detached from the frame-shaped base 2 so that the front and back can be switched, and the front and back are cooked differently like a single detachable plate 35c. The number of types of cooking with respect to the number of plates can be doubled as the surfaces 3c, 3d, etc., and it is suitable for different types of cooking.
[0032]
At the same time, it is possible to further increase the number of types of cooking by attaching and detaching and exchanging a plurality of attachment / detachment plates 35a to 35c constituting the cooking unit, and the part to be attached and detached is the same as in the conventional case. It is small and lightweight because it is only a cooking part that omits the heat retaining part 18 etc. at the bottom of the cooking board 100, and the weight can be reduced even when carrying and storing these necessary members by stacking them in combination. It becomes easy to handle. Further, one of the stacked attachment / detachment plates 35a to 35c is selected and used together with necessary ones such as the frame base 2 and the outer case 5, and the rest of the attachment / detachment plates 35a to 35c are reserved. It is suitable for increasing the number of properly used attachment / detachment plates 35a to 35c.
[0033]
The cooking surface 3a of the detachable plate 35a shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 and the cooking surface 3c of the detachable plate 35c made of porcelain shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 are for grilled meat having an uneven surface 4, respectively. However, there is a difference in the heating conditions by the heater 1 in the way of providing the convex portion 4a on the concave and convex surface 4 and the excision hole 4c obtained by excising the concave portion 4b, or the presence or absence of the excision hole 4c. The cooking surface 3d of the detachable plate 35c shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 is a flat surface for ordinary ceramic baking. The cooking surface 3b of the detachable plate 35b shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 is for takoyaki having a takoyaki recess 35b1 and a heat retaining part 18 on one side. Each of the detachable plates 35a and 35b is made of a metal such as an aluminum alloy. When the detachable plates 35a and 35b are made of an aluminum alloy, the surface is coated with fluorine or sprayed with a metal material such as titanium having wear resistance and far-infrared radiation. Surface treatment is performed.
[0034]
However, the detachable plates 35a to 35c, including other detachable plates with other cooking surfaces, can be used in different numbers and types of cooking. It is preferable that the selection can be made according to the above. In addition, it can be replenished later, or can be replaced if it is damaged.
[0035]
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a plurality of detachable plates 35 a to 35 c that provide a plurality of cooking surfaces 3 a to 3 d are supported so as to be detachable from the holes 36 of the frame base 2. The step portions 137 on the plates 35a to 35c side and the step portion 37 on the hole 36 side are fitted from above, and the detachable plates 35a to 35c and the like are inserted into the holes 36 by the fitting portions using the step portions 37 and 137. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the attachment / detachment plates 35a to 35c from rattling and inadvertent slipping off during use or carrying. Such positioning can be achieved only by the step provided on the side of the attachment / detachment plates 35a to 35c, etc. Even if the step 37 is at least on the side of the hole 36, the frame-like base 2 and the attachment / detachment supported thereby. The plates 35a to 35c and the like can be dropped and supported so as to be positioned on substantially the same plane.
[0036]
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the cooking board 100 is provided with an uneven surface 4 on the cooking surface 3a, and is heated from below by the heater 1 as described above so that it can be attached and detached. Provided in case 5 or the like. The outer case 5 is made of synthetic resin, and receives from above the heater 1 having the connecting portion 6 for power feeding and the cooking board 100 disposed on the heater 1 so that they can be attached and detached individually. The outer case 5 stores the heater 1 so as to serve as a thermal guard for the mounting surface and the user around the heater 1 and the cooking board 100, and the gap S to the vicinity of the mouth of the cooking board 100 above it. Has a size and depth to cover, and has a sub-guard wall 8 extending laterally from its mouth edge toward the lower side, and extending to the side of the short-side sub-guard wall 8 in a rectangular shape as viewed from the plane. By setting the overhang amount to be larger than the long side portion shown in FIG. 3 as shown in FIG. 2, the handle 9 can be carried around by hand.
[0037]
Further, a metal heat shield case 10 is supported inside the outer case 5 so as to float from the inner surface of the outer case 5, and the heat shield case 10 provides a single thermal guard from the heater 1 to the outer case 5. And a double thermal guard is provided around the outer case 5. A heat insulating case 10 is attached to a bottom portion of a heat insulating leg 12 made of synthetic resin with a screw 13 via a spacer 11 having a heat radiating hole at the bottom, and the heat insulating case 12 is fitted into a recess 14 formed integrally with the bottom portion of the outer case 5. Thus, the positioning is supported so that the whole case floats with respect to the inner side of the outer case 5. Therefore, the heat shield case 10 can be attached to and detached from the outer case 5. The heater 1 is stored in the mounting position and has a size and depth that covers the cooking board 100 above the upper case 5 to the upper side. . The legs 15 are integrally formed on the bottom of the outer case 5 so that the mounting side can be stably placed even if there are irregularities on the mounting side, and the space 16 between the mounting surface and the thermal on the mounting side is also provided. Make a good guard. As a result, even if a vent hole 201 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is provided at the bottom of the outer case 5, the thermal safety of the heater 1 with respect to the mounting side can be achieved, and material reduction and weight reduction can be achieved. .
[0038]
As shown in FIG. 1, the heater 1 is long so that the concave / convex surface 4 on the cooking surface 3 a of the cooking plate 100 is vertically cut at four points in the short side direction of the cooking surface 3 a in the long side direction and the concave / convex surface 4 is sandwiched between them. In the heat retaining portions 18 provided on both sides in the side direction, the four heaters 1 are bent so that the heaters 1 are connected to one, without causing the heat retaining portion 18 to be cut vertically, in other words, the spread rate is lower than the uneven surface 4. It is. Thereby, even if one simple heater 1 having a uniform heat generation capacity over the entire length of the heater 1 is used, the heat retaining portion 18 can be prevented from being heated at a high temperature as in the uneven surface 4. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the heater 1 is received from below by a bifurcated support portion 21 provided by cutting or raising the bottom of the heat shield case 10 or by welding or the like. Is positioned and supported by being fitted from above with a positioning engagement portion 23 in a recess 22 provided in the central portion of the handle 9 of the outer case 5 in the longitudinal direction. As a result, the heater 1 can be attached and detached integrally with the connection portion 6 and is positioned and stabilized at a predetermined position at the time of attachment.
[0039]
The cooking board 100 is placed on the heater 1 that is placed and supported as described above, is in contact with the heater 1 and is supported so as to be removable. The attaching / detaching plate 35a shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 of the cooking board 100 is in contact with and covers the heater 1 at the continuous portion 4d between the excision holes 4c. As a result, the heat received from the heater 1 can be received efficiently, and dust and oil can be prevented from falling on the heater 1. A synthetic resin handle 24 projecting sideways is provided at the center of the short side of the cooking board 100, and this handle 24 is a recess provided wider than the recess 22 at the center of the handle 9 of the outer case 5. The cooking board 100 is in a predetermined position with respect to the outer case 5 and the heater 1 by being fitted into the inner wall 25 and aligned with the handle 9 of the outer case 5.
[0040]
The connection portion 6 has a heater terminal 28 that fits into the female power supply terminal 27a of the power supply / temperature adjustment device 27 having the power cord 26, and receives the power supply / temperature adjustment device 27 in the hole 29 of the connection portion 6 to receive them. At the same time as the connection is made, the heat-sensitive rod 31 protruding from the power supply / temperature adjustment tool 27 is opposed to or in contact with the detected portion of the cooking board 100 from below. Therefore, the heat sensitive bar 31 does not impair that the cooking panel 100 is detached and attached alone. If the heater 1 is not properly mounted, the pin 32 protrudes into the hole 29 by a spring to prevent the power supply / temperature adjustment tool 27 from being mounted. If the cooking panel 100 is not mounted, the shutter 33 is heated by the spring. Since the 31 approach paths are blocked, power cannot be supplied unless both the heater 1 and the cooking board 100 are mounted. Since the heater 1 cannot be supported unless the heat shielding case 10 is attached, such safety measures are not required, but may be performed as necessary.
[0041]
The stepped portion 37 of the hole 36 in the frame-like base portion 2 of the cooking board 100 is slightly lower than the heat retaining part 18 in which the detachable plates 35 a to 35 c have the same thickness as the bottom part forming the heat retaining part 18 of the cooking board 100. The heat retaining unit 18 is slightly separated from the heater 1 so that the heating from the heater 1 is weakened, and the temperature and the temperature suitable for the heat retaining are kept in combination with the arrangement shape and position of the heater 1. It is. The removable plates 35a to 35c and the like that can be partially attached to and detached from the cooking board 100 facilitate the round washing of the uneven surface 4 that is easily soiled, and are made of a different material from the other parts of the cooking board 100, The temperature difference can also be given.
[0042]
A small handle 38 for attachment and detachment is integrally formed on the attachment and detachment plates 35a and 35b shown in FIGS. 1 to 9 so as to protrude from the cooking surfaces 3a to 3c and the like, and can be easily attached and detached by holding this. Further, the attaching / detaching plate 35 c shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. As described above, the finger hook portion 101 having the contour shape of the detachable plate 35c can be easily formed without any problem in durability even if it is the detachable plate 35c made of a ceramic plate, and the detachable plate 35c is formed by this notch shape. An oil drop connecting portion 102 can also be formed between the edge of the hole 36 of the frame-like base 2 and the edge of the hole 36. The oil drop contact unit 102 by the finger hook unit 101 drops extra oil during cooking or unnecessary parts under the cooking board 100 as necessary, which may impair the appearance of cooking and cooking. Can be prevented. Moreover, since the oil drop communication part 102 becomes an escape part with respect to the finger | toe hung on the finger hook part 101, a finger | toe can be hung on the finger hook part 101 and the detachable plate 35c can be removed easily.
[0043]
Since the heat shielding case 10 and the tray 41 are close to the heater 1, those made of metal (for example, galvalume steel plate (aluminum galvanized steel plate)) are suitable, but may be ceramic or the like. However, the tray 41 can be shared with the heat shield case 10. The heat shield case 10 does not need to have a case shape in particular, but can heat shield the lower part and the surroundings of the lower part.
[0044]
In addition, in the relationship between the frame-like base portion 2 of the cooking board 100 and the detachable plates 35a to 35c, a heat-insulating portion made of heat-resistant rubber or resin is provided between them, or the frame-like base portion 2 itself is heat-resistant and Even if it is made of a material having low thermal conductivity, for example, heat-resistant resin, ceramic, stainless steel, etc., so that the peripheral wall 20 of the cooking board 100 is not easily heated, the peripheral wall 5b of the outer case 5 is thermally treated. It becomes possible to approach the cooking board 100 without safety problems. In this case, the heat retaining unit 18 can be omitted, or the heat retaining unit 18 can be provided on the side of the detachable plates 35a to 35c.

【The invention's effect】
According to the electric cooking board of the present invention, the rising air flow from the bottom of the gap between the outer case and the cooking board is communicated to the outside of the outer case by the vent hole and rises around the cooking board inside the vent hole. Therefore, the outside air is sucked into the gap and immediately used for cooling the peripheral walls of the cooking panel and the outer case, so that the vicinity of the vent holes on the peripheral walls and the upper part can be effectively cooled. There is no problem in safety even when the outer case is brought closer to the cooking board, and further reduction in size, weight, and reduction of materials can be achieved. The form of the cooking board and outer case, the type and arrangement of the heater, and the cooking section It is possible to deal with the case where there is a difference in the degree of heat influence on the outer case around the cooking board due to various conditions such as the addition of a heat retaining unit.In particular, it is formed in the second upward stepped portion where the upward stepped portion formed in the inner periphery of the peripheral wall is partially lowered, and the thermal safety effect by the stepped portion and the reinforcing effect of the peripheral wall are doubled. The second step portion is closer to the bottom wall of the outer case, and it is easy to put in and out the stored items to and from the bottom of the outer case such as a heat shield case, a tray, and a heater, which is convenient for use.
