Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a new type of escalator apparatus that can flexibly respond to installation conditions.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional escalator is a circular movement of a plurality of steps at a constant speed of 30 meters per minute, and the maximum inclination angle is determined to be 30 degrees.
[0003]
Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 2, step 1 has a predetermined shape having an arc-shaped riser 1a having a radius of a step tread surface depth dimension L centered on the front end A5.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
For this reason, for example, conventional steps cannot be used for acceleration escalators that increase the speed only in the middle or special escalators that have a maximum inclination angle of 35 degrees, and it is necessary to redesign each time. there were.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object thereof is to provide a step that can be applied to any type of escalator.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, in a step of an escalator in which a plurality of steps including a yoke, a tread plate, and a riser are connected and circulated, the tread plate is provided with a cleat-like riser member so as to be rotatable and along a side surface of the riser member. A second member that is guided and expands and contracts is provided, the second member is urged toward the yoke, and the lower end of the second riser member is provided with a hook that is hooked to the front end of the step located below. It is.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention connects treads of a plurality of escalator steps with flexible members or structures.
[0008]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a detailed enlarged view of steps according to the present invention, FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line BB in FIG.
[0009]
In the figure, 11 is a yoke of step 10 according to the present invention, 12 is a tread, 13 is a front wheel, 14 is a rear wheel, 20 is a cleat-like riser, and an engaging member 21 and an engaging member 22 that are engaged with each other. The engaging member 21 is pivotally attached to the tread 12 by a pin 23, and the engaging member 22 is restrained by a spring 24 and extends along the side surface of the engaging member 21 as shown in FIG. Are provided so as to be movable in the vertical direction.
[0013]
And the hook 25 is provided in the lower end of the engaging member 22, and it is comprised so that it may be hooked in the front end of step 10 located in the adjacent downward direction. Reference numeral 30 denotes a stopper that supports the engaging member 22.
[0014]
FIG. 5 is an overall view showing the moving state of step 10 according to the present embodiment, and it is good that the hook 25 of the riser 20 is engaged and extended to the protrusion 10a at the front end of step 10 located adjacently below. It is shown for clarity.
[0015]
FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of the riser 20 in the fully extended state. The engagement member 22 is stretched against the spring force of the spring 24. Since one end of the spring 24 is provided on the upper portion of the yoke 11, the engaging member 22 is always biased toward the upper portion of the yoke 11.
[0016]
As described above, according to the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the rear end and the front end of adjacent steps are connected by the flat riser belt 15 and the opening is not simply closed. The riser is only equipped with cleats.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since it is possible to flexibly cope with any movement of adjacent steps, it is possible to make one type of step and to configure an escalator at a very low cost. It becomes possible.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a detailed enlarged view of steps according to the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating the shape of a normal escalator step.
3 is a view taken along the line AA in FIG.
4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG.
FIG. 5 is an overall view showing a moving state of step 10 according to the embodiment.
6 is a diagram showing a state in which the riser in the step of FIG. 1 is extended. FIG.
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a case where a riser belt is used as an acceleration escalator.
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a case where the riser belt is used as an escalator having a maximum inclination angle of 35 degrees.
