The apparatus according to this aspect includes six sheets: a sheet cover placement / product supply stage AB, an adhesive layer transfer stage C, a mount supply stage D, a mount pressure bonding stage E, a print stage G, and a discharge stage F on the turntable 1. It has the stage. Each stage is arranged on the rotary table at an interval of 60 degrees, and the rotary table rotates intermittently by 60 degrees once in the counterclockwise direction. The discharge is continuously performed, and the blister package is manufactured.
The apparatus of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 has a hole in the rotary table that has substantially the same dimensions as the product storage recess of the blister package, and in the seat cover placement / product supply stage AB, the product storage recess and the flange portion around it. The
[0007]
The sheet cover supplied with the product in the product storage recess is transferred from the sheet cover placement / product supply stage AB to the adhesive layer transfer stage C by the movement of the rotary table. In the adhesive layer transfer stage C, an adhesive layer having substantially the same shape as the flange portion applied to the release paper is transferred to the flange portion by the adhesive layer transfer device 4. It is preferable that the width of the adhesive layer is slightly narrower than the width of the flange portion to eliminate the possibility of the adhesive layer protruding from the flange portion.
FIG. 2A is an explanatory diagram of one mode of the adhesive layer transfer device, and FIG. 2B is an explanatory diagram of one mode of the adhesive layer original fabric. The adhesive layer transfer apparatus according to the present embodiment uses an adhesive layer original fabric having an adhesive layer formed between two long release papers having a light weight difference in peelability as a light peelable release paper. Means for supplying underneath, means for peeling the light-release release paper to expose the adhesive layer, and pressurizing the adhesive layer from the back side of the heavy-release release paper to place the adhesive layer on the flange of the seat cover Means for transferring to the part.

The sheet cover having the adhesive layer transferred to the flange portion is transferred to the mount supply stage D by the intermittent rotational movement of the rotary stage. In the mount supply stage, a large number of
As shown in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 1, the mounts stacked on the mount supply conveyor belt can be separated by using a suction roller having a large number of suction holes on the peripheral surface. It can be fed to a position that does not overlap with the mount. The mount located at the forefront on the mount supply conveyor belt is supplied onto the sheet cover by the mount supply device.
FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of one aspect of the mount supply device. A stopper 17 can be provided at the tip of the mount supply conveyor belt to position the mount. The
[0010]
The sheet cover on which the mount is stacked is then transferred to the mount crimping stage by intermittent rotation of the rotary table, and is pressed from the back of the mount by a mount crimping cylinder (not shown), and the sheet cover and mount Are adhered by the adhesive layer to complete the blister package. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the mount supply stage and the mount pressure bonding stage are separate stages. However, a sufficient pressurizing function is given to the mount supply cylinder so that the mount supply and pressure bonding are performed simultaneously, It can also be a single stage.
The blister package manufacturing apparatus of the aspect shown in FIG. At the printing stage, the date of manufacture, lot number, etc. are printed on the back side of the mount of the blister package with the mount pressed on the sheet cover, using a printing machine (not shown) such as an ink jet printer. be able to.
In the apparatus shown in FIG. 1, a point fusion stage can be provided instead of the printing stage G. In the point fusion stage, for example, an ultrasonic wave is oscillated from an ultrasonic horn, and a fusion point is formed in a flange portion of a blister package in which a mount is pressure-bonded to a sheet cover. When an ultrasonic horn is applied to the back of the mount to generate ultrasonic waves, the ultrasonic waves are transmitted through the mount, generating heat at the interface between the mount and the sheet cover, and the mount and the sheet cover are heat-sealed. . By fusing the seat cover and mount, even if the adhesive layer is a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, once the seat cover is removed, the fusion point is destroyed and opening can be recognized, preventing falsification. It can be a blister package.
[0011]
The completed blister package is transferred to the discharge stage F by the intermittent rotary motion of the rotary table. At the discharge stage, the completed
The blister package manufacturing apparatus of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 has two seat cover mounting places on each stage, and two blister packages are manufactured at the same time. The number of installation places can be one, or the number of blister packs can be one or three or more. Further, in the blister package manufacturing apparatus of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, there are six stages in the rotary table, and the blister package is completed when the rotary table makes one turn. A blister package can also be completed by providing stages that are integral multiples of the number of stages required to complete the process, and by rotating the rotary table half or less.
[0012]
Examples of the adhesive layer used in the device of the present invention include a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a heat-sensitive adhesive layer. When a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is used as the adhesive layer, the sheet cover and the mount can be bonded simply by applying pressure at room temperature, so that a blister package can be efficiently manufactured using a simple apparatus. .
When a heat-sensitive adhesive layer is used as the adhesive layer, (C) an adhesive layer transfer stage and (E) a means for heating the flange portion of the sheet cover is provided on the mounting pressure bonding stage, and when the adhesive layer is transferred, and The adhesive layer is preferably softened or melted when the mount is pressure-bonded. There is no particular limitation on the means for heating the flange portion of the seat cover, for example, an electric heater is embedded in a portion corresponding to the flange portion of the rotary table, and electricity can be applied in the adhesive layer transfer stage and the backing pressure bonding stage, or The head of the adhesive layer transfer cylinder and the backing pressure cylinder can be provided with a radiation mechanism such as high frequency, ultrasonic wave, microwave, etc., and internally heated. When a heat-sensitive adhesive layer is used as the adhesive layer, the adhesion between the sheet cover and the mount becomes strong, and there is no possibility that the sheet cover is displaced due to a heavy product or external force.
[0013]
In the blister package manufacturing method of the present invention, in the (A) seat cover placement step, a product cover recess and a sheet cover having a flange portion around it are placed with the recess facing upward, (B) a product supply step In (C) adhesive layer transfer step, the adhesive layer having the same shape as the flange portion applied to the release paper is transferred to the flange portion, and (D) the mount supply step In step (E), the mount is supplied and placed on the sheet cover, and in the (E) mount pressure bonding step, the mount is pressurized and pressure bonded to the sheet cover by the adhesive layer. The production apparatus used for carrying out the method of the present invention is not particularly limited. For example, the blister package production apparatus of the present invention having a rotary table can be used, or each step of (A) to (E) is linearly performed. It can also be carried out at each stage arranged in a shape.
[0014]
In the method of the present invention, (A) in the seat cover placement step, the product cover recess and a seat cover having a flange portion around the product storage recess are placed with the recess facing upward, and then (B) the product storage step in the product supply step. Supply the product to the recess. In the sheet cover in which the product is supplied to the product storage recess, in the (C) adhesive layer transfer step, the adhesive layer having substantially the same shape as the flange portion applied to the release paper is transferred to the flange portion. It is preferable that the width of the adhesive layer is slightly narrower than the width of the flange portion to eliminate the possibility of the adhesive layer protruding from the flange portion.
For the transfer of the adhesive layer, an adhesive layer was formed in advance between two release papers having a light weight difference in peelability, and the light release release paper was peeled off to expose the adhesive layer. Thereafter, the adhesive layer can be pressed from the back side of the heavy release release paper to transfer the adhesive layer to the flange portion. There is no restriction | limiting in particular in the adhesive bond layer used for this invention method, For example, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, a heat sensitive adhesive layer etc. can be mentioned. When a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is used as the adhesive layer, the sheet cover and the mount can be bonded simply by applying pressure at room temperature, so that a blister package can be efficiently manufactured using a simple apparatus. . When a heat-sensitive adhesive layer is used as the adhesive layer, the adhesion between the sheet cover and the mount becomes strong, and there is no possibility that the sheet cover is displaced due to a heavy product or external force.
The sheet cover onto which the adhesive layer has been transferred to the flange portion is placed by supplying the mount onto the sheet cover in the (D) mount supply process. The mount used in the method of the present invention is not particularly limited, and examples of the material include a paper mount, a synthetic paper mount, a plastic sheet mount, and a plastic film mount. For example, there may be mentioned a single mount, a bag-like mount made of two films, which are superposed and front and back, a mount without a header portion, a mount with a header, and the like. Next, the sheet cover on which the mount is placed is pressed from the back side of the mount in the (E) mount crimping process, and the sheet cover and the mount are bonded by the adhesive layer, thereby completing the blister package.
[0015]
In the manufacturing method of the blister package of the present invention, a tampering prevention step can be provided. In the falsification prevention process, when the sheet cover of the blister package is removed, a mechanism that gives a change that is easy to identify and cannot be restored is imparted to the blister package. There is no particular limitation on the mechanism that causes an easily identifiable and irreversible change. For example, the flange portion and the mount of the sheet cover bonded by the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are fused in a dotted manner at the flange portion, and the fusion point Can be provided.
