Description
【0001】

[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap, and a voice having at least a coil portion movably provided in the magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit. A coil body, a diaphragm having an inner periphery coupled to an outer portion of the magnetic gap of the voice coil body, and a frame having an outer periphery coupled to the diaphragm via a first edge; The inner periphery of the suspension holder is connected to the magnetic circuit side from the diaphragm of the coil body, and the outer peripheral portion of the suspension holder is connected to the frame via a second edge. These first and second edges are And a substantially symmetrical similar shape between the first and second edges, and the diaphragm and the suspension holder are coupled to each other between the suspension and the suspension. From Chubu Yonhoruda it is obtained by bending a portion between the second edge toward the outer circumference. In other words, by configuring the suspension with the first edge and the second edge, the damper that causes the nonlinearity and asymmetry of the suspension is eliminated, and the first edge and the second edge have their own asymmetry. Since the suspension is arranged so as to cancel the suspension, the nonlinearity and asymmetry of the suspension can be fundamentally solved, and the performance of the speaker is improved by reducing the harmonic distortion and power linearity of the speaker due to this. Can be made. Further, by coupling the diaphragm and the suspension holder at their middle portions, both phases can be matched, and the frequency characteristics of the mid-low range resulting from this can be flattened.
[0011]
Further, the resonance frequency can be dispersed by bending the suspension holder outward.
[0012]
Next, an invention according to
[0013]
In other words, by configuring the suspension with the first edge and the second edge, the damper that causes the nonlinearity and asymmetry of the suspension is eliminated, and the first edge and the second edge have their own asymmetry. By arranging to cancel the suspension, the nonlinearity and asymmetry of the suspension can be fundamentally solved, and the speaker's performance is improved by reducing the harmonic distortion and power linearity of the speaker caused by this. Can be made. In addition, since the inner periphery of the diaphragm is connected to the middle part of the suspension holder, the input resistance can be improved by increasing the amplitude stroke of the suspension holder and the magnetic circuit.
[0014]
Next, the invention according to claim 37 of the present invention provides a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap, a voice coil body in which at least a coil portion thereof is movably provided in the magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit, and the voice coil. A diaphragm having an inner periphery coupled to an outer portion of the magnetic gap of the body, and a frame having an outer periphery coupled to the diaphragm via a first edge. The inner periphery is connected, and the outer periphery of the suspension holder is connected to the frame via a second edge, and the first and second edges are substantially symmetrical with respect to the boundary between the first and second edges. The shape is similar, and a portion between the middle portion of the suspension holder and the second edge is curved in the outer circumferential direction. In other words, by configuring the suspension with the first edge and the second edge, the damper that causes the nonlinearity and asymmetry of the suspension is eliminated, and the first edge and the second edge have their own asymmetry. Therefore, it is possible to fundamentally solve the non-linearity and asymmetry of the suspension, thereby reducing the harmonic distortion of the speaker and improving the power linearity of the speaker. Performance can be improved. Further, by connecting the inner periphery of the suspension holder to the middle part of the diaphragm, the acoustic conversion efficiency can be increased by reducing the weight of the vibration system.
[0015]
Next, an invention according to claim 55 of the present invention provides a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap, a voice coil body in which at least a coil portion thereof is movably provided in the magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit, and the voice coil. A diaphragm having an inner periphery coupled to an outer portion of the magnetic gap of the body, and a frame having an outer periphery coupled to the diaphragm via a first edge; The inner periphery of the suspension holder is connected to the magnetic circuit side, the outer periphery of the suspension holder is connected to the frame via a second edge, and the portion between the second and the edge from the middle of the suspension holder is connected to the outer periphery. Curved in the direction. Since these first and second edges are related to cancel each nonlinearity, a damper that causes the nonlinearity and asymmetry of the suspension is eliminated, and the first edge is eliminated. The second edge cancels its own asymmetry, so that the suspension nonlinearity and asymmetry can be fundamentally solved, resulting in reduction of speaker harmonic distortion and power linearity. Can improve the performance of the speaker.
