本発明はスピーカに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のスピーカは図3、図4に示すような構成となっていた。

すなわち、磁気回路31と、この磁気回路31の磁気ギャップ32内に少なくともそのボイスコイル部33が可動自在に設けられたボイスコイル体34と、このボイスコイル体34の磁気ギャップ32外方部分にその内周が連結された振動板35と、この振動板35の外周に結合されたエッジ36と、このエッジ36を介して連結されたフレーム37と、このフレーム37と前記ボイスコイル体34とを連結するダンパー38と、前記振動板35の内周部にその舌片部40を連結したダストキャップ39を備えた構成となっていた。

すなわち、ボイスコイル体34のボイスコイル部33にオーディオアンプ等から出力された電気信号を入力することで、ボイスコイル体34が励起し、その起振力が振動板35に伝達され、この振動板35が空気を振動させて電気信号を音声に変換する構成となっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記構成において振動板35とボイスコイル体34との連結部(図4のA)は、振動板35に対して接着しろが下方のみであるため、以下の問題があった。

すなわち、ボイスコイル体34が磁気回路31へ向かう挙動と、磁気回路31とは反対側へ向かう挙動において、これら挙動のバランスが悪く、その結果、音響特性においてひずみが発生する一因となっているという問題があった。

そこで、本発明は、このひずみを低減することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的を達成するために本発明は、ボイスコイル体の磁気ギャップ外方部分に、振動板、またはサスペンションホルダの内周を連結し、この連結部分を覆うようにダストキャップを設け、前記振動板の外周は第1のエッジを介してフレームに連結し、前記サスペンションホルダの外周は第2のエッジを介して前記フレームに連結し、これら第1、第2のエッジは、それぞれ逆方向に突出する形状としたスピーカであって、前記ダストキャップは接着体を介して前記ボイスコイル体と振動板、またはサスペンションホルダの内周と連結したものである。

つまり、ダストキャップとボイスコイル体は接着体を介して連結されているので、振動板、またはサスペンションホルダの内周に対してボイスコイルへの接着しろが磁気回路側だけでなく、磁気回路とは反対側にもあることになり、ボイスコイル体が磁気回路へ向かう挙動と、磁気回路とは反対側へ向かう挙動との挙動バランスが改善され、その結果、ひずみを低減することができるという作用効果を奏する。

以下、本発明のスピーカについて、実施の形態および図面を用いて説明する。

図1は実施の形態1のスピーカの断面図を示している。

1は、リング状のマグネット11、リング状のプレート12、円板状のヨーク13、円柱状のポール14による磁気回路であり、プレート12の内周とポール14の外周間の磁気ギャップ2にマグネット11の磁束を集中させる。マグネット11にはフェライト系や希土類コバルト系が、プレート12及びヨーク13、ポール14には鉄が主な材料として用いられている。なお、図1、図2では外磁型の例を示しているが内磁型の磁気回路も幅広く用いられている。4は磁気回路1の磁気ギャップ2内に少なくともそのコイル部3が可動自在に設けられた円筒状のボイスコイル体であり、一般的には紙及び樹脂、アルミ等の金属を材料としたボビンの上に、銅線などのコイルを巻いて構成している。
