Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an emulsion-type aqueous cosmetic composition that has excellent skin care effect, moisture retention and feeling of use, and has excellent storage stability for medical workers and the like who are required to frequently perform hand washing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Skin care for the hands of health care workers has traditionally been performed by using high oil skin care creams or skin care lotions before and after work or several times at home. If the skin care cream or skin care lotion can be used during work, the intended use is high because the skin care effect is improved, but it can be used during work due to slipping of the injection needle due to post-use slipping, contamination due to oil transfer to medical devices, etc. There wasn't.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-112810 describes an emulsion-type aqueous cosmetic having a solid fat content of 70% by weight or more and a keratinocyte lipid content in the solid fat of 50% by weight or more. It is stated that it is excellent in moisture retention and storage stability. Although the feeling of use is also described, nulltack is a big problem for medical professionals, and no water-based cosmetics with excellent skin care and storage stability that can solve this problem have been obtained.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an aqueous cosmetic composition with excellent storage stability that can continue work without causing a decrease in workability due to null-sticking even when a medical worker applies it to a finger and performs skin care by application. It is to be.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
By including a specific amount of a specific amphiphilic lipid in a specific amount of solid fat, the present inventors can obtain a cosmetic material that has little null-sticking, excellent skin moisturizing effect, and excellent storage stability. The headline and the present invention were completed. That is, the present invention is an aqueous cosmetic in which fats and oils are dispersed in an aqueous medium by an emulsifier, and the solid fat content in the fats and oils is 50% by weight or more and less than 70% by weight. 40 to 80% by weight of an amphiphilic lipid having one or more hydroxy groups and amide groups in the molecule (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as “amphiphilic lipid”), and the content of the amphiphilic lipid Provides an emulsion-type aqueous cosmetic that is 0.2 to 2.5% by weight of the total cosmetic .
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, the fats and oils are liquid oils or solid fats such as hydrocarbons, higher fatty acids, esters and the like that are generally used for cosmetics, excluding silicone oils. Liquid oil means liquid oil at room temperature (25 ° C.), hydrocarbons such as liquid paraffin, squalane and petrolatum, esters such as jojoba oil, isopropyl myristate, neopentyl glycol ester, olive oil, castor Examples thereof include glycerides such as oil and macadamia nut oil.
[0006]
Among fats and oils, solid fat is solid at room temperature (25 ° C), hydrocarbons such as paraffin wax, wax esters such as beeswax, glycerides such as cocoa butter, higher alcohols such as cetanol, stearic acid Higher fatty acids such as palmitic acid, cholesterol, cholesterol fatty acid esters, and amphiphilic lipids. Examples of the cholesterol fatty acid esters include saturated or unsaturated linear or branched fatty acid esters having 8 to 20 carbon atoms, among which cholesterol branched chain fatty acid esters are preferred.
[0007]
These fats and oils can be used alone or in admixture of two or more, and the content thereof is generally 0.35 to 12.5% by weight (hereinafter simply expressed as%) with respect to the total composition of the aqueous cosmetic composition of the present invention. In particular, the range of 1.0 to 10% is preferable. In the present invention, it is desirable from the viewpoint of dispersion stability and skin moisturization that 50% or more and less than 70%, preferably 60% or more and less than 70% of the oil or fat is solid fat.
[0008]
Amphiphilic lipids having one or more hydroxy groups and amide groups in the molecule used as a part of solid fat in the cosmetics of the present invention are those obtained by natural ceramides, synthetic ceramides, synthesis, etc. These are analogs (also referred to as ceramide-like structural substances) that are solid at room temperature (25 ° C.). Such amphiphilic lipids include Ceramide H03 (Sederma, trihydroxypalmitamide hydroxypropyl myristyl ether), Ceramide II (Quest, Ceramide 2), Questamide H (Quest, bishydroxyethyl biscetylmalonamide), Ceramide TIC-001 (Takasago fragrance, (2S, 3R) -2-octadecanoylaminooctadecane-1,3-diol), Sofcareceramide SL-E (Kao, N- (hexadecyloxyhydroxypropyl) -N-hydroxyethylhexadecanamide ) And the like. Here, from the viewpoint of stability when a dispersion or the like is used, those having a melting point of 30 ° C. or higher are preferable, and those having a melting point of 40 ° C. or higher are more preferable. As a particularly preferable example of the ceramide analog obtained by synthesis, a ceramide-like structural substance represented by the following general formula (1) containing the above-mentioned soft care ceramide SL-E can be mentioned.
[0009]

[Wherein, R 1 and R 2 are the same or different and each represents a linear or branched saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 7 to 39 carbon atoms which may be substituted by one or more hydroxy groups, R 3 and R 4 are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, a phosphate residue, a sulfate residue or a sugar residue. However, it has one or more hydroxy groups in one molecule. ]
[0011]
In the general formula (1), the hydrocarbon group represented by R 1 is preferably a linear or branched saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group having 9 to 25 carbon atoms, and the hydrocarbon group represented by R 2 includes carbon atoms. 10-26 linear or branched saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon groups are preferred, and R 3 and R 4 are preferably hydrogen atoms.
[0012]
The method for producing the ceramide-like structural substance (1) is described in detail in JP-A-62-228048 and JP-A-63-216852.
[0013]
Any of the amphiphilic lipids can be used alone or in combination of two or more. The content is 40 to 80%, preferably 40 to 70%, particularly preferably 40 to 70% of the solid fat from the viewpoint of improving the feeling of use peculiar to medical workers, that is, from the viewpoint of making it difficult to feel null-stick and storage stability. 60%. In particular, from the viewpoint that it is difficult to feel null-thickness, it is 50 to 80%, preferably 50 to 70%, particularly preferably 50 to 60% of the solid fat.
In addition, the amphiphilic lipid is preferably 0.2 to 2.5% of the total cosmetic composition of the present invention, particularly preferably from the viewpoint of improving the feeling of use peculiar to medical workers, that is, making it difficult to feel null-sticking. 5 to 2% is contained.
[0014]
The emulsifier used in the cosmetic composition of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is an emulsifier usually incorporated in cosmetics, and examples include nonionic, anionic, cationic, and amphoteric surfactants. Anionic surfactants are preferred. As the anionic surfactant, a phosphate ester-based anionic surfactant, particularly a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphate-based surfactant represented by the following formula is preferred from the viewpoint of dispersion stabilizing action and skin irritation.
[0015]
[Chemical formula 2]
Figure 0003645853
[0016]
(Wherein R 5 is a hydrocarbon group having 8 to 36 carbon atoms, n is an average number of 1 to 10, X is proton addition of amines selected from alkali metals or ammonia, alkanolamines and basic amino acids) Shows the body)
These emulsifiers (surfactants) are preferably contained in the cosmetic of the present invention in an amount of 0.5 to 5%. The emulsifier, preferably an anionic surfactant, is preferably contained in an amount of 0.2 to 0.7 times by weight, particularly 0.2 to 0.4 times by weight with respect to the amphiphilic lipid.
[0017]
Examples of the aqueous medium include water, water-soluble monohydric alcohols such as ethanol and isopropanol, and water-soluble polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin. These can be used alone or as a mixture. Such an aqueous medium is preferably blended in an amount of 60 to 95% in the cosmetic of the present invention.
[0018]
The aqueous cosmetic of the present invention preferably contains a water-soluble monohydric alcohol, preferably a monohydric alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, particularly preferably ethanol or isopropanol, in an amount of 1 to 4% by weight of the total cosmetic. .
[0019]
The cosmetic composition of the present invention has other optional components, for example, silicone oils, other moisturizing ingredients such as polysaccharides, amphiphilic lipid absorption promoters, ultraviolet absorbers, chelating agents, pH, as long as the effect is not impaired. A regulator, a preservative, a pigment | dye, a fragrance | flavor, a viscosity modifier, etc. can be mix | blended.
[0020]
Among these, the blending of a silicone-based oil is particularly preferable because it reduces the oily feeling of the cosmetic of the present invention and gives a refreshing feeling to use. Examples of the silicone oil include dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, and cyclic silicone. These silicone oils are preferably blended in the cosmetic composition of the present invention in an amount of 0.1 to 10%.
[0021]
As the amphiphilic lipid absorption promoting substance, glyceryl ethers are preferable. For example, the following general formula (3)
[0022]
[Chemical 3]

(P represents an integer of 4 to 10, q represents an integer of 5 to 11, and p + q = 11 to 17 and has a distribution with ap = 7 and q = 8 as vertices)
Is particularly preferred.
[0026]
The cosmetic of the present invention is produced by, for example, dissolving a part of an oil and fat, an emulsifier and an aqueous medium by heating at 60 to 80 ° C., adding the remaining aqueous medium to the obtained uniform solution, mixing, and emulsifying and dispersing. The
In the method of the present invention, first, the total amount of oil and fat and emulsifier is mixed with a part of an aqueous medium, and heated and dissolved at 60 to 80 ° C. At this time, the amount of the aqueous medium used is preferably a small amount of about 0.1 to 5%. In addition, it is preferable to add 0.5 to 10% glycerin and sufficiently stir to obtain a uniform solution. Next, the remaining aqueous medium is added, stirred to emulsify, and cooled to obtain the cosmetic of the present invention having good dispersion stability. The viscosity of the cosmetic composition of the present invention is particularly preferably 3000 mPa · s or less at 25 ° C. from the viewpoint of usability.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
Since the cosmetic of the present invention contains a specific amount of amphiphilic lipid, it provides excellent moisturizing properties without deteriorating the workability of medical workers due to null-stick after application, and also has excellent storage stability. An emulsion-type aqueous cosmetic is provided.
[0028]

After that, attach cups to the inner 4 places (2 places on each arm) of both upper arms, inject 5ml of Grinsu (Maruishi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Osaka, Manufacture, bactericidal ingredient triclosan) as a cleaning solution, and shake for 15 minutes. Went. After the completion, 1 mL of the product of the present invention was applied to one arm, and nothing was applied to the other arm. After resting in the temperature-controlled room for 30 minutes, the skin conductance (μS) was measured with a ski control (SKICON-200, IBS, Inc., Hamamatsu). The skin conductance means that the higher the value, the higher the moisture retention.

[Test Method 3: Evaluation of Storage Stability]
The emulsions of the product of the present invention and the comparative product were stored in a constant temperature bath at 50 ° C., and the storage stability test was performed by observing the appearance with the naked eye. The evaluation results were displayed using the following three evaluation criteria.
○: Separation is not recognized.
Δ: Slight separation occurs.
X: Complete separation occurred.
[0032]
The results of the above test are shown in Table 1. As is clear from Table 1, the emulsion of the present invention was able to satisfy the non-nullness, the moisturizing effect and the storage stability at the same time.

[Test Method 4: Physical Evaluation of Nurtsuki]
Nurtsuki evaluation was performed by applying 1 mL each of the inventive product 1 and the comparative product 3 to 10 × 20 cm of sterilized freeze-dried pork skin (Aroask, Taiho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Tokyo) immersed in physiological saline for 2 hours. The null tack was evaluated by measuring the friction coefficient with a KES-SE surface tester (KAWABATA'S EVALUATION SYSTEM-4, Kyoto). As the blank, the pork skin soaked in physiological saline was used as it was. The results are shown graphically in FIG.
As is apparent from the graph of FIG. 1, the friction coefficient is 1.59 ± 0.057 in the case of the blank, 1.25 ± 0.024 in the case of the present invention 1 application, and 0 in the case of the comparison product 3 application. The pig skin coated with the product of the present invention had a higher coefficient of friction than that of the comparative product, and it was proved that null tack was suppressed.
