本発明は、ツイスト線の配線管に関し、詳しくは、動力源を電気とガソリンで併用するハイブリットカーに使用されるツイスト線を外部から保護することができるツイスト線の配線管に関する。

近時、動力源を電気とガソリンで併用するハイブリットカーにあっては、大容量のバッテリーが使用されるとともに、ガソリン自動車に比べて電装品が増大するため、電装品をワイヤハーネスや電線ケーブルで接続する際に、ノイズの発生を防止する必要がある。特に大容量のバッテリーから電装品に配線される太物ケーブル等にあっては、太物ケーブルをツイストしてノイズが発生するのを抑制するようになっている。

ところで、ワイヤハーネスや電線ケーブルにあっては、車体パネルや電装品等と接触して破損するのを防止するために、コルゲート管等の配線管を外周部に取付けて保護するようになっており、このような態様としては図3に示すようなのもがある。

図3において、1はコルゲート管であり、このコルゲート管1の内周部には太物ケーブル(15cm2程度)からなるツイスト線2が収納されており、このツイスト線2は斜線で示すテープ3が巻回されることにより撚り戻しが防止されるようになっている。すなわち、太物ケーブルは細物ケーブルに比べて剛性が高い(コシが強い)ことからツイスト線を構成する一対の太物ケーブルの撚り戻しが発生してしまうため、テープ3によって撚り戻しを防止している。

しかしながら、従来のこの種のコルゲート管1にあっては、ツイスト線2にテープ3を巻回して保持するようになっていたため、テープ巻作業が発生してしまい、ツイスト線2をコルゲート管1に装着する作業の作業性が悪い上に、テープを使用する分だけツイスト線のコストが増大してしまうという問題があった。

そこで本発明は、ツイスト線の撚り戻しをテープを使用せずに簡単に防止することができるようにして、ツイスト線の取付け作業の作業性を向上させることができるとともにツイスト線のコストを低減することができるツイスト線の配線管を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の発明は、上記課題を解決するために、一対の電線ケーブルが撚られたツイスト線を配線するための配線管であって、前記配線管の内部に押え部材を一定の間隔で配設し、該押え部材に、前記ツイスト線が挿通可能であるとともに、前記電線ケーブルの直径と同じ幅を有するスリットが形成されることを特徴としている。

まず、構成を説明する。図1、2において、一対の電線ケーブル11、12が撚られたツイスト線13であり、このツイスト線13はコルゲート管(配線管)14に取付けられるようになっている。

このコルゲート管14の内周部には押え部材15が設けられており、この配線管15はツイスト線13の撚り部分のピッチに対して一定の間隔、本実施形態ではピッチPの2倍の間隔で配設されている。

また、押え部材14には三股状のスリット15aが形成されており、このスリット15aは電線ケーブル11、12の直径と略同じ幅を有している。また、このスリット15aは上端部aが開放されており、ツイスト線13は上端部aからスリット15a内に挿通されるようになっている。
