次に、可動側板8を左右に案内支持する支持機構の従来構造を図4(a),(b) に示す。すなわち、可動側板8の外面側(商品収納通路4に対して裏側)に重ね合わせて上下方向に断面コ字形の補強金9が溶接(スポット溶接)接合されており、補強金9とこれに対向するラック側板2との間には、上下一対の揺動リンク10,および揺動リンク10の相互間に跨がるコ字形の連結板11の組合せからなる平行リンク機構12が架設されている。ここで、補強金9には揺動リンク10との連結箇所に上下方向の長溝9aが開口してあり、該長溝9aに通した連結ピン13を介して揺動リンク10,および連結板11を可動側板8にピン結合している。なお、揺動リンク10の他端はラック側板2(図3参照)にピン結合されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前記した可動側板の従来の組立構造では次に記すような問題点がある。すなわち、
(1) 図4で述べたように、従来構造では可動側板8に長尺の補強金9を溶接している。このために、部品点数が増すほか、組立工程で厄介な溶接作業が必要となり、このことがコストアップの要因となる。

(2) また、前記の補強金9は、揺動リンク10,連結板11と可動側板8とを連結する役目のほか、、商品収納ラックへの商品補充時の衝撃加重,および収納状態で可動側板8に加わる側方への商品加重で可動側板8が変形(反り)するのを防ぐ役目を果たしている。このために、可動側板8と補強金9との溶接箇所に溶接欠陥があると、繰り返し加わる商品の加重で溶接箇所が剥離して補強金9が脱落してしまう不具合を引き起こすおそれがある。

本発明は上記の点に鑑みなされたものであり、その目的は前記課題を解決し、低コストで高信頼性が確保できるように可動側板の組立構造を改良した自動販売機のサーペンタイン式商品収納ラックを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明によれば、左右一対のラック側板の間に画成した上下方向の商品収納通路に対し、その通路横幅を商品の長さサイズに合わせて規制する左右へ移動調節可能な可動側板を配備し、かつ該可動側板と一方のラック側板との間に、上下一対の揺動リンクと該揺動リンクの相互間を連結した連結板からなる平行リンク機構を架設して可動側板を左右へ移動可能に案内支持した自動販売機のサーペンタイン式商品収納ラックにおいて、
前記可動側板の上下方向に沿ってその中央部位に外側へ膨出する断面コ字形のコルゲート状リブ部を板金加工で形成し、かつ該リブ部の上下二箇所に前記平行リンク機構の揺動リンクと連結し合う長溝付き軸受部を切り起こし形成するとともに、リブ部の凹溝内に可動側板の内側から断面コ字形になる平行リンク機構の連結板を嵌入した上で、前記軸受部の長溝に通した連結ピンを介して連結板,揺動リンクを可動側板に連結するものとする。

かかる構成によれば、可動側板に補強金を溶接接合した従来構造と比べて、部品点数の削減に併せて溶接工程も不要となり、これによりコストが低減化し、溶接欠陥に起因するトラブルも回避される。しかも、可動側板に形成したコルゲート状のリブ部に対してその凹溝内へ内側から断面コ字形の連結板を嵌入したことにより、商品と摺動し合う可動側板の通路側面に殆ど段差の生じることがなく、これにより通路内を移動する商品の動きに悪影響を与えるおそれがない。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図1(a),(b) の実施例に基づいて説明する。なお、実施例の図中で図4に対応する部材には同一符号を付してその詳細な説明は省略する。

すなわち、図示実施例においては、可動側板8の上下方向に沿ってその中央部位には、外側(商品通路と反対側)へ膨出する断面コ字形のコルゲート状リブ部8bが板金加工により形成されており、かつ該リブ部8bの上下二箇所には外側に向けて平行リンク機構の揺動リンク10と連結し合う軸受部8cを左右に切り起こし形成し、さらに該軸受部8cに縦長な長溝8c-1が開口している。おな、図示には上部側の軸受部のみが描かれている。

【発明の効果】
以上述べたように、本発明の構成によれば、左右一対のラック側板の間に画成した上下方向の商品収納通路に対し、その通路横幅を商品の長さサイズに合わせて規制する左右へ移動調節可能な可動側板を配備し、かつ該可動側板と一方のラック側板との間に、上下一対の揺動リンクと該揺動リンクの相互間を連結した連結板からなる平行リンク機構を架設して可動側板を左右へ移動可能に案内支持した自動販売機のサーペンタイン式商品収納ラックにおいて、前記可動側板の上下方向に沿ってその中央部位に外側へ膨出する断面コ字形のコルゲート状リブ部を板金加工で形成し、かつ該リブ部の上下二箇所に前記平行リンク機構の揺動リンクと連結し合う長溝付き軸受部を切り起こし形成するとともに、リブ部の凹溝内に可動側板の内側から断面コ字形になる平行リンク機構の連結板を嵌入した上で、前記軸受部の長溝に通した連結ピンを介して連結板,揺動リンクを可動側板に連結したことにより、可動側板に補強金を溶接接合した従来構造と比べて、部品点数の削減に併せて溶接工程も不要となり、これによりコストの低減化,および溶接欠陥に起因するトラブルが回避される。しかも、コルゲート状リブ部の形成に伴って商品収納通路側に開放する凹溝には断面コ字形の連結板が嵌入されているので、商品と摺動し合う可動側板の通路側面に殆ど段差の生じることがなく、これにより商品は商品収納通路をスムーズに移動できる。
