Description

The present invention is arranged in a product storage passage for storing a plurality of products along the vertical direction, and regulates the downward movement of the product in a standby state, while the product is driven when driven according to a carry-out command. The present invention relates to a product unloading device for a vending machine that allows downward movement.

In a vending machine that sells products such as canned beverages and beverages containing plastic bottles, a product rack is provided in a product storage with a heat insulating structure configured in a main body cabinet. The product rack has a product storage passage for storing a plurality of products along the vertical direction, and is provided with a product carry-out device at the lower end thereof.

The product carry-out device regulates the downward movement of the product in the sales standby state, and allows the downward movement of the product when driven in accordance with the sales command. In general, an electromagnetic solenoid for operating these two pedal members is provided. The upper pedal member and the lower pedal member are swingably disposed in the apparatus main body so as to move forward and backward in the product storage passage. As for the lower pedal member, a spring member is interposed between the main body and the elastic force of this spring member so that it always moves forward into the product storage passage (unloading restriction position), while the product load is applied. In this case, the spring member is retracted from the merchandise storage passage against the elastic force of the spring member (permitted carry-out position). The electromagnetic solenoid is provided so that the plunger moves in the vertical direction, and is linked to the upper pedal member via the cam mechanism, while being engaged with the lower pedal member via the stopper member. it can. The cam mechanism moves the upper pedal member forward and backward in the product storage passage when the plunger moves in the vertical direction. The stopper member is for restricting the backward movement of the lower pedal member.

In this kind of product carry-out device, while the upper pedal member is in a retreated movement state in the sales standby state, the lower pedal member is held in a state of being advanced and moved into the product storage passage by engaging the stopper member. The downward movement of the product is restricted by the lower pedal member. When a sales command is given in this sales standby state, the upper pedal member is moved forward into the product storage passage so that the upper pedal member tilts forward by driving the electromagnetic solenoid, and the upper pedal member comes into contact with the second lowest product. The downward movement is restricted. Further, after the upper pedal member moves forward, the engagement state between the stopper member and the lower pedal member is released, and the lower pedal member swings downward. As a result, the lower pedal member retracts from the product storage passage, and the lowest product is carried out downward. Thereafter, the lower pedal member is moved into the product storage passage by the elastic restoring force of the spring member, and the stopper member is engaged with the lower pedal member, while the upper pedal member is moved backward, so that the above-described sales standby state is achieved. Return to.

According to the product carry-out device configured as described above, since the lower pedal member moves backward in a state where the downward movement of the product located second lowest from the lowest position is regulated by the upper pedal member, the product storage passage is always provided. In this case, only the product located at the lowest position is carried out downward (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

By the way, the above-mentioned conventional product carry-out device returns to the state where the lower pedal member is advanced and moved into the product storage passage by the elastic restoring force of the spring member. In addition, when the engaged state with the stopper member is released, the lower pedal member must be reliably moved backward by the product load, so that the elastic force of the spring member cannot be set large. For this reason, for example, when a very small amount of foreign matter is caught on the lower pedal member, it may be difficult to return the lower pedal member to the advanced state.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a product unloading device for a vending machine capable of preventing as much as possible the situation where the lower pedal member moved to the unloading-permitted position does not return to the unloading restriction position. And

In order to achieve the above-described object, a product carry-out device for a vending machine according to claim 1 of the present invention is arranged in a product storage passage for storing a plurality of products along the vertical direction, and in a standby state, the product is discharged. In the product unloading device of the vending machine that allows the product to move downward when it is driven according to the unloading command, it can be displaced between the unloading restriction position and the unloading permitted position. When placed in the unloading restriction position, it contacts the product in the commodity storage passage and restricts its downward movement, while when placed in the unloading allowed position, the contact state with the product is released. A lower pedal member that allows downward movement thereof, and a state in which the lower pedal member moves forward and backward in the product storage passage at a position above the lower pedal member, and the lower pedal member is disposed at the carry-out restriction position. Quotient by regressing Of while allowing the downward movement, and a pedal member on regulating the downward movement of goods entered previously moved to place the lower pedal member in unloading permission position, the lower pedal member, one end portion The upper pedal member is configured to be displaced to a carry-out restriction position and a carry-out allowance position when one end portion serving as the axis is moved up and down along the vertical direction. The other end of the lower pedal member and the other end of the upper pedal member are connected to each other in such a manner that the other end portion of the lower pedal member and the other end portion of the upper pedal member can swing with each other. It is characterized by.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a commodity carry-out device for a vending machine according to the first aspect, wherein the lower pedal member includes a plurality of pedal elements connected to each other so as to be swingable. It is characterized by that.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a commodity unloading apparatus for a vending machine comprising the electromagnetic solenoid provided in the main body of the apparatus according to the first or second aspect, wherein the plunger is directed downward. By linking the plunger and one end of the lower pedal member, the one end of the lower pedal member is moved up and down by driving an electromagnetic solenoid .

According to the present invention, since the upper pedal member and the lower pedal member are linked to each other so that the lower pedal member is disposed at the unloading restriction position as the upper pedal member moves backward, for example, the lower pedal member is very small. Even when a small amount of foreign matter is caught, the lower pedal member can be forcibly returned to the unloading restriction position when the upper pedal member moves backward due to the product load acting on the upper pedal member.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Exemplary embodiments of a vending machine commodity carry-out device according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As is apparent from the figure, the lower pedal member 67 connected to the upper pedal member 66 by the connecting shaft member 68 is the upper pedal member when the lower swing support shaft 64 is moved in the vertical direction along the long hole 62d. The tip end connected to 66 moves forward and backward with respect to the vertical portion 61 a of the passage width defining plate 61, while its base end portion is opposite to the upper surface extension region of the inclined guide portion 61 b in the passage width defining plate 61. Will move forward and backward. When the distal end portion of the lower pedal member 67 moves forward and backward relative to the vertical portion 61a, the distal end portion of the upper pedal member 66 connected thereto also moves forward and backward relative to the vertical portion 61a.

Specifically, when the lower swing support shaft 64 is disposed at the lower end portion of the long hole 62d, the base end portion of the lower pedal member 67 is connected to the inclined guide portion 61b of the passage width defining plate 61 as shown in FIG. It moves forward with respect to the upper surface extension area, and is arranged so as to secure a gap smaller than the minimum outer diameter of the product G to be sold between the upper surface of the inclined guide portion 61b (export restriction position). On the other hand, the distal end portion of the lower pedal member 67 and the distal end portion of the upper pedal member 66 connected thereto retreat with respect to the vertical portion 61a, respectively, and the maximum outer diameter of the product G to be sold between the vertical portion 61a. It arrange | positions so that a bigger clearance may be ensured.

On the other hand, when the lower swing support shaft 64 is disposed at the upper end portion of the long hole 62d, the base end portion of the lower pedal member 67 is located with respect to the upper surface extension region of the inclined guide portion 61b as shown in FIG. The lower pedal member is moved backward and is disposed so as to secure a gap larger than the maximum outer diameter of the commodity G to be sold between the upper surface of the inclined guide portion 61b (permission allowance position). The front end portion of 67 and the front end portion of the upper pedal member 66 connected thereto move forward with respect to the vertical portion 61a, and a gap smaller than the minimum outer diameter of the product G to be sold is between the vertical portion 61a. Arranged to ensure.

The pedal actuator 65 is an electromagnetic solenoid disposed in such a manner that the plunger 65a faces downward. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the pedal actuator 65 has a base end portion of a lower pedal member 67 linked to a lower end portion of a plunger 65 a via a link member 69 and a lower swing support shaft 64. An upper swing support shaft 63 passes through an intermediate portion of the link member 69 through a loose fitting long hole 69a extending in the vertical direction.

In the commodity unloading device 60 of the vending machine configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 5, the pedal actuator 65 is in a demagnetized state, and the lower swing support shaft 64 is disposed at the lower end of the long hole 62d. It is held in the state. As a result, since the base end portion of the lower pedal member 67 moves forward with respect to the upper surface extension region of the inclined guide portion 61b in the passage width defining plate 61, the lowest-order product in contact with the base end portion of the lower pedal member 67 The downward movement of G1 is restricted, and the product G is stored in the product storage passage 53 of the product rack 50. During this time, the air whose temperature has been adjusted by driving the temperature adjustment unit 40 is supplied to the product storage area of the product storage 11, so that the product G stored in the product storage passage 53 is maintained at a desired temperature state. become.

When a sales command is given by a user's purchase operation in this sales standby state, the pedal actuator 65 is excited, and the lower swing support shaft 64 is located above the long hole 62d via the link member 69 as shown in FIG. Accordingly, the upper pedal member 66 moves forward with respect to the vertical portion 61a of the passage width defining plate 61, and the downward movement of the second product G2 from the lowest position is restricted, and the lower pedal member The base end portion 67 moves backward with respect to the inclined guide portion 61 b of the passage width defining plate 61. Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 7, when the lower pedal member 67 is disposed at the carry-out allowable position, the contact state between the lowest product G1 and the base end portion of the lower pedal member 67 is released therebetween. The lowest product G1 will be carried out downward.

During this time, the pedal actuator 65 returns to the demagnetized state, but the lower pedal member 67 returns to the carry-out restriction position because the pedal actuator 65 is in contact with the product G1 until the lowest-order product G1 is completely carried out. There is no. As a result, the upper pedal member 66 connected to the lower pedal member 67 is also held in a state of moving forward with respect to the vertical portion 61a of the passage width defining plate 61 against the second and subsequent product loads from the lowest position. Therefore, there is no possibility that the second and subsequent products G from the lowest order will be mistakenly carried out downward.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the lower pedal member 67 is allowed to move to the unloading restriction position after the lowest-order product G1 is completely unloaded. Accordingly, the upper pedal member 66 to which the second and subsequent product loads are applied also moves backward, and the lower pedal member 67 is forcibly returned to the carry-out restriction position as the upper pedal member 66 moves backward. In this case, the return movement of the lower pedal member 67 to the carry-out restriction position is due to the second and subsequent product loads applied to the upper pedal member 66. Therefore, for example, even when a foreign matter is caught on the lower pedal member 67, the lower pedal member 67 can be reliably returned to the unloading restriction position as the upper pedal member 66 moves backward. It becomes possible. Further, even after the last product G is carried out, if a new product G is replenished to the product storage passage 53 via the top tray 54, the load of the product G that falls in the product storage passage 53 is increased by the upper pedal member 66. Therefore, it is possible to return the lower pedal member 67 to the carry-out restriction position, that is, to return to the sales standby state shown in FIG.

Thereafter, the above-described operation is repeated, and the products G stored in the product storage passage 53 can be individually carried out.

During the operation described above, according to the product carry-out device 60 of the first embodiment, no member protrudes from the back wall 62c of the base member 62. Accordingly, even when the product carry-out device 60 is configured back to back in the adjacent product storage passages 53, there is no risk of affecting the other product storage passage 53, and provisional clogging occurs in one product storage passage 53. Even so, the product G in the other product storage passage 53 can be sold.

In the above-described first embodiment, the product unloading device 60 of the vending machine that sells the product G such as a canned beverage or a beverage containing a plastic bottle in a cooled or heated state is illustrated as an example. Of course, the present invention can also be applied to vending machines that sell G. Moreover, although the product carrying-out apparatus 60 applied to the product storage passage 53 extending in a serpentine shape along the vertical direction is illustrated, the extending mode of the product storage passage does not necessarily need to be a meandering shape.

(Embodiment 2)
FIGS. 10-14 shows the goods carrying-out apparatus of the vending machine which is Embodiment 2 of this invention. The product carry-out apparatus 70 illustrated here is similar to the one shown in the first embodiment, and stores the product of a vending machine that sells a product G such as a canned beverage or a beverage containing a plastic bottle in a cooled or heated state. This is applied to the passage 53, and is provided with a passage width defining plate 71 and a base member 72 at a portion facing each other at the lower end of the product storage passage 53. In addition, about the structure similar to Embodiment 1, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.

The passage width defining plate 71 extends from the lower end portion of the guide member 52 along the vertical direction, and extends incline in a direction gradually approaching the base member 72 downward from the lower end of the vertical portion 71a. The lower end portion of the commodity storage passage 53 functions to bend along the inclined guide portion 71b. A biasing portion 71 c that biases the product G in the product storage passage 53 toward the base member 72 is provided below the vertical portion 71 a.

The base member 72 is configured by providing a front wall 72b and a back wall 72c between the upper end portions of the pair of side walls 72a. The product storage passage 53 is configured such that the outer surface of the front wall 72b faces the passage width defining plate 71. Are arranged. The base member 72 has an upper swing support shaft 73 and a lower swing support shaft 74 installed between a pair of side walls 72 a, and a pedal actuator 75 at a position above the upper swing support shaft 73. Is arranged.

The upper swinging support shaft 73 is a shaft-like member disposed along the substantially horizontal direction between the middle portions of the pair of side walls 72a, and supports the upper pedal member 76 at a position located between the pair of side walls 72a. ing. The upper pedal member 76 is arranged in such a manner that the upper pedal member 76 can swing around the axis of the upper swing support shaft 73 by inserting the upper swing support shaft 73 through the base end portion. As is apparent from the drawing, the upper pedal member 76 has a bent middle portion, and when the proximal end portion is arranged along the vertical direction, the distal end portion gradually approaches the progressive passage width defining plate 71 downward. It extends so that it tilts.

The lower swing support shaft 74 is a shaft-like member that is arranged in such a manner that it can move along the vertical direction by inserting each end portion into a long hole 72d provided in the lower end portion of the side wall 72a. A lower pedal member 77 is supported on a portion located between the pair of side walls 72a. The lower pedal member 77 can swing around the axis of the lower swing support shaft 74 by inserting the lower swing support shaft 74 through the base end portion, and the base end portion of the lower pedal member 77 can be moved together with the lower swing support shaft 74. It arrange | positions in the aspect which becomes movable along an up-down direction. As is apparent from the drawing, the second pedal member 77 is configured to include a first pedal element 77b and a second pedal element 77c that are swingably connected to each other via an element connecting shaft 77a. In this embodiment, the first pedal element 77b is inserted into the base end portion of the lower swing support shaft 74. Although not clearly shown in the drawing, an operation range regulating means for regulating the mutual swinging range around the element connecting shaft 77a is provided between the first pedal element 77b and the second pedal element 77c. It is. When the first pedal element 77b is arranged along the vertical direction, the operation range restricting means of the second embodiment has a position where the second pedal element 77c extends over the extension of the first pedal element 77b, and the upper side. It is configured to swing to a position where it is inclined and extended so as to approach the passage width defining plate 71 gradually.

The upper pedal member 76 and the lower pedal member 77 are connected to each other by a connecting shaft member 78 so that the distal ends thereof can swing. The connecting shaft member 78 is inserted through the distal end portion of the upper pedal member 76 and the second pedal element 77 c of the lower pedal member 77, and is arranged in a manner parallel to the upper swing support shaft 73. As is apparent from the figure, the lower pedal member 77 connected to the upper pedal member 76 by the connecting shaft member 78 is the upper pedal member when the lower swing support shaft 74 is moved in the vertical direction along the long hole 72d. The second pedal element 77c connected to 76 moves forward and backward relative to the vertical portion 71a of the passage width defining plate 71, while the first pedal element 77b moves relative to the upper surface extension region of the inclined guide portion 71b in the passage width defining plate 71. It moves forward and backward in the opposite manner. When the second pedal element 77c of the lower pedal member 77 moves forward and backward with respect to the vertical portion 71a, the distal end portion of the upper pedal member 76 connected thereto also moves forward and backward with respect to the vertical portion 71a.

Specifically, when the lower swing support shaft 74 is disposed at the lower end portion of the long hole 72d, the first pedal element 77b of the lower pedal member 77 is connected to the inclined guide portion in the passage width defining plate 71 as shown in FIG. It moves forward with respect to the upper surface extension area of 71b, and it arrange | positions so that a clearance smaller than the minimum outer diameter of the goods G used as sales object may be ensured between the upper surfaces of the inclination guide part 71b (unloading control position). On the other hand, the second pedal element 77c of the lower pedal member 77 and the tip of the upper pedal member 76 connected to the second pedal element 77 move backward with respect to the vertical portion 71a, and the products to be sold between the vertical portion 71a It arrange | positions so that the clearance gap larger than the largest outer diameter of G may be ensured.

On the other hand, when the lower swing support shaft 74 is arranged at the upper end portion of the long hole 72d, as shown in FIG. 12, the first pedal element 77b of the lower pedal member 77 is an upper surface extension region of the inclined guide portion 71b. Retreating with respect to the upper surface of the inclined guide portion 71b and being arranged so as to secure a gap larger than the maximum outer diameter of the commodity G to be sold (unloading allowed position) The distal end portion of the second pedal element 77c of the pedal member 77 and the upper pedal member 76 connected to the pedal member 77 moves forward with respect to the vertical portion 71a, and the minimum outer diameter of the commodity G to be sold between the vertical portion 71a. Is arranged so as to ensure a smaller gap.

The pedal actuator 75 is an electromagnetic solenoid disposed in such a manner that the plunger 75a faces downward. As shown in FIGS. 10 to 14, a first pedal element 77 b of the lower pedal member 77 is linked to the pedal actuator 75 via a link member 79 and a lower swing support shaft 74 at the lower end portion of the plunger 75 a. is there.

Note that reference numeral 80 in the figure denotes sold-out detection means for detecting when the product G in the product storage passage 53 runs out.

In the commodity unloading device 70 of the vending machine configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 10, the pedal actuator 75 is in a demagnetized state, and the lower swing support shaft 74 is disposed at the lower end of the long hole 72d. It is held in the state. As a result, since the first pedal element 77b of the lower pedal member 77 moves forward with respect to the upper surface extension region of the inclined guide portion 71b in the passage width defining plate 71, the first pedal element 77b contacts the first pedal element 77b of the lower pedal member 77. The downward movement of the lowest product G1 is restricted, and the product G is stored in the product storage passage 53 of the product rack 50. During this time, the air whose temperature has been adjusted by driving the temperature adjustment unit 40 is supplied to the product storage area of the product storage 11, so that the product G stored in the product storage passage 53 is maintained at a desired temperature state. become.

When a sales instruction is given by the user's purchase operation in this sales standby state, the pedal actuator 75 is excited, and the lower swing support shaft 74 is located above the long hole 72d via the link member 79 as shown in FIG. Accordingly, the upper pedal member 76 moves forward with respect to the vertical portion 71a of the passage width defining plate 71, and the downward movement of the second product G2 from the lowest position is restricted, and the lower pedal member 77 first pedal elements 77 b retreat relative to the inclined guide portion 71 b of the passage width defining plate 71. After that, as shown in FIG. 12, when the lower pedal member 77 is disposed at the carry-out allowable position, the contact state between the lowest product G1 and the first pedal element 77b of the lower pedal member 77 is released during that time. The lowest product G1 will be carried out downward.

During this time, the pedal actuator 75 returns to the demagnetized state, but the lower pedal member 77 returns to the carry-out restriction position because the pedal actuator 75 is in contact with the product G1 until the lowest-order product G1 is completely carried out. There is no. As a result, the upper pedal member 76 connected to the lower pedal member 77 is also held in a state of moving forward with respect to the vertical portion 71a of the passage width defining plate 71 against the second and subsequent product loads from the lowest position. Therefore, there is no possibility that the second and subsequent products G from the lowest order will be mistakenly carried out downward. In addition, since the first pedal member is constituted by the first pedal element 77b and the second pedal element 77c, the first pedal member bends appropriately even when the lower swing support shaft 74 is moved upward. Since a member having a bent middle portion is applied as the member 76, the second pedal element 77c of the upper pedal member 76 and the lower pedal member 77 is placed between the lowest product G1 and the second product G2. It becomes easy to enter.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 13, after the lowest-order product G1 is completely carried out, the lower pedal member 77 is allowed to move to the carry-out restriction position. Accordingly, the upper pedal member 76 to which the second and subsequent product loads are applied also moves backward, and the lower pedal member 77 is forcibly returned to the carry-out restriction position as the upper pedal member 76 moves backward. In this case, the return movement of the lower pedal member 77 to the carry-out restriction position is due to the second and subsequent product loads applied to the upper pedal member 76. For this reason, for example, even when a foreign matter is caught on the lower pedal member 77, the lower pedal member 77 can be reliably returned to the unloading restriction position as the upper pedal member 76 moves backward. It becomes possible. In addition, even after the last product G is carried out, if the new product G is replenished to the product storage passage 53 via the top tray 54 in response to the detection signal from the sold-out detection means 80, the product storage passage 53 is opened. Since the load of the falling commodity G is applied to the upper pedal member 76, the lower pedal member 77 can be returned to the carry-out restriction position, that is, returned to the sales standby state.

Thereafter, the above-described operation is repeated, and the products G stored in the product storage passage 53 can be individually carried out.

During the operation described above, according to the product carry-out device 70 of the second embodiment, no member protrudes from the back wall 72c of the base member 72. Therefore, even when the product carry-out device 70 is configured back to back in the adjacent product storage passages 53, there is no possibility that the other product storage passage 53 will be affected, and a product jam occurs in one product storage passage 53. Even so, the product G in the other product storage passage 53 can be sold. In this case, if the inclination guide portion 71b of the passage width defining plate 71 is configured to be as short as possible and the inclination angle of the inclination guide portion 71b is made closer to the vertical direction, the influence on the other product storage passage 53 is further suppressed. It becomes possible.

In the second embodiment described above, the product unloading device 70 of the vending machine that sells the product G such as a canned beverage or a beverage containing a plastic bottle in a cooled or heated state is exemplified. Of course, the present invention can also be applied to vending machines that sell G. Moreover, although the product carrying-out apparatus 70 applied to the product storage passage 53 extending in a serpentine shape along the vertical direction is illustrated, the extending mode of the product storage passage does not necessarily need to be a meandering shape.

(Embodiment 3)
FIGS. 15-19 shows the goods carrying-out apparatus of the vending machine which is Embodiment 3 of this invention. The product carry-out apparatus 90 illustrated here is similar to the one shown in the first embodiment, and stores the product of a vending machine that sells the product G such as a canned beverage or a beverage containing a plastic bottle in a cooled or heated state. This is applied to the passage 53, and is provided with a passage width defining plate 91 and a base member 92 at portions facing each other at the lower end portion of the product storage passage 53. In addition, about the structure similar to Embodiment 1, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.

The passage width defining plate 91 has a flat plate shape and extends from the lower end of the guide member 52 along the vertical direction.

The base member 92 is configured by providing a front wall 92b and a back wall 92c between the upper ends of the pair of side walls 92a. The product storage passage 53 is configured such that the outer surface of the front wall 92b faces the passage width defining plate 91. Are arranged. An upper swing support shaft 93, an intermediate swing support shaft 94, and a lower swing support shaft 95 are installed between the pair of side walls 92 a on the base member 92, and more than the upper swing support shaft 93. A pedal actuator 96 is disposed on the upper portion.

The upper swinging support shaft 93 is a shaft-like member disposed along the substantially horizontal direction between the upper end portions of the pair of side walls 92a, and supports the upper pedal member 97 at a portion located between the pair of side walls 92a. ing. The upper pedal member 97 is disposed in such a manner that the upper pedal member 97 can swing around the axis of the upper swing support shaft 93 by inserting the upper swing support shaft 93 through the base end portion.

The intermediate part swinging support shaft 94 is a shaft-like member arranged in such a manner that it can move in the vertical direction by inserting each end part into a long hole 92d provided in the intermediate part of the side wall 92a. The lower pedal member 98 and the link lever member 99 are supported on a portion located between the pair of side walls 92a. The lower pedal member 98 is swingable about the axis of the intermediate swing support shaft 94 by inserting the intermediate swing support shaft 94 through the base end portion, and is base together with the intermediate swing support shaft 94. The end portions are arranged in such a manner that they can move along the vertical direction. One end of the link lever member 99 is swingably connected to the tip of the upper pedal member 97 via the link shaft 100, and the other end is connected to the intermediate swing support shaft 94. The lower pedal member 98 is swingably connected to the base end portion.

The lower swing support shaft 95 is a shaft-like member disposed substantially horizontally between the lower ends of the pair of side walls 92a, and supports the auxiliary lever member 101 at a portion located between the pair of side walls 92a. ing. The auxiliary lever member 101 is arranged in such a manner that it can swing around the axis of the lower swing support shaft 95 by inserting the lower swing support shaft 95 through the base end portion. The auxiliary lever member 101 is swingably connected to the distal end portion of the lower pedal member 98 via the connecting shaft member 102 at the distal end portion thereof.

As is apparent from the figure, the lower pedal member 98 having the auxiliary lever member 101 connected to the distal end portion thereof, and the upper pedal member 97 linked to the lower pedal member 98 via the link lever member 99 are provided with a middle portion swinging. When the dynamic support shaft 94 is moved in the vertical direction along the long hole 92d, the tip of the upper pedal member 97 moves forward and backward with respect to the product storage passage 53, while the tip of the lower pedal member 98 is the product storage passage. 53 is moved back and forth in the reverse manner.

Specifically, when the intermediate portion swing support shaft 94 is disposed at the lower end portion of the long hole 92d, the tip of the lower pedal member 98 moves forward with respect to the product storage passage 53 as shown in FIG. It is arranged so as to ensure a gap smaller than the minimum outer diameter of the product G to be sold between the passage width defining plate 91 (unloading restriction position), while the tip of the upper pedal member 97 is the product. It moves backward with respect to the storage passage 53 and is arranged so as to ensure a gap larger than the maximum outer diameter of the product G to be sold with the passage width defining plate 91.

On the other hand, when the intermediate portion swing support shaft 94 is disposed at the upper end of the long hole 92d, the lower pedal member 98 moves backward with respect to the product storage passage 53 as shown in FIG. While being arranged so as to ensure a gap larger than the maximum outer diameter of the product G to be sold (a carry-out allowance position) between the regulation plate 91 and the top plate member 97, the tip portion of the upper pedal member 97 is the product storage passage. 53, and is arranged so as to ensure a gap smaller than the minimum outer diameter of the product G to be sold, with respect to the passage width defining plate 91.

The pedal actuator 96 is an electromagnetic solenoid disposed in such a manner that the plunger 96a faces downward. The base end portion of the lower pedal member 98 is linked to the pedal actuator 96 via the intermediate portion swing support shaft 94 to the lower end portion of the plunger 96a.

In the vending machine product carrying-out device 90 configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 15, the pedal actuator 96 is in a demagnetized state, and the intermediate swing support shaft 94 is disposed at the lower end of the long hole 92d. It is held in the state. As a result, since the lower pedal member 98 moves forward, the downward movement of the lowest product G1 in contact with the lower pedal member 98 is restricted, and the product G is stored in the product storage passage 53 of the product rack 50. It becomes a state. During this time, the air whose temperature has been adjusted by driving the temperature adjustment unit 40 is supplied to the product storage area of the product storage 11, so that the product G stored in the product storage passage 53 is maintained at a desired temperature state. become.

When a sales instruction is given by a user's purchase operation in this sales standby state, the pedal actuator 96 is excited, and the intermediate portion swing support shaft 94 moves upwardly of the long hole 92d as shown in FIG. Therefore, the upper pedal member 97 moves forward, the downward movement of the second lowest-order product G2 is restricted, and the lower pedal member 98 moves backward. After that, as shown in FIG. 17, when the lower pedal member 98 is disposed at the carry-out allowable position, the contact state between the lowest product G1 and the lower pedal member 98 is released, and the lowest product G1 is released. It will be carried out downward.

During this time, the pedal actuator 96 returns to the demagnetized state, but the lower pedal member 98 returns to the carry-out restriction position because the pedal actuator 96 is in contact with the product G1 until the lowest-order product G1 is completely carried out. There is no. As a result, the upper pedal member 97 connected to the lower pedal member 98 is also held in the state of being advanced and moved to the passage width defining plate 91 against the second and subsequent product loads from the lowest position. There is no possibility that the second and subsequent products G from the lower order are erroneously carried out downward.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 18, after the lowest-order product G1 is completely carried out, the lower pedal member 98 is allowed to move to the carry-out restriction position. Therefore, the upper pedal member 97 to which the second and subsequent product loads from the lowest position are also moved backward, and the lower pedal member 98 is forcibly returned to the unloading restriction position as the upper pedal member 97 moves backward. In this case, the return movement of the lower pedal member 98 to the carry-out restriction position is due to the second and subsequent product loads applied to the upper pedal member 97. Therefore, for example, even when a foreign matter is caught on the lower pedal member 98, the lower pedal member 98 can be reliably returned to the unloading restriction position as the upper pedal member 97 moves backward. It becomes possible. Further, even after the last product G is carried out, if a new product G is replenished to the product storage passage 53 via the top tray 54, the load of the product G that falls in the product storage passage 53 is increased by the upper pedal member 97. Therefore, it is possible to return the lower pedal member 98 to the carry-out restriction position, that is, to return to the sales standby state.

Thereafter, the above-described operation is repeated, and the products G stored in the product storage passage 53 can be individually carried out.

During the operation described above, according to the product carry-out device 90 of the third embodiment, no member protrudes from the back wall 92c of the base member 92. Therefore, even if the product carry-out device 90 is configured back to back in the adjacent product storage passages 53, there is no possibility of affecting the other product storage passage 53, and product clogging occurs in one product storage passage 53. Even so, the product G in the other product storage passage 53 can be sold.

In addition, in Embodiment 3 mentioned above, although the goods carrying-out apparatus 90 of the vending machine which sells in the state which cooled or heated goods G, such as a canned drink and a drink with a plastic bottle, is illustrated, other goods Of course, the present invention can also be applied to vending machines that sell G. Moreover, although the product carrying-out apparatus 90 applied to the product storage passage 53 extending in a serpentine shape along the vertical direction is illustrated, the extending mode of the product storage passage 53 does not necessarily need to be a serpentine shape. .
