【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、車両の開閉体を、駆動装置により自動開閉させるようにした車両用開閉体の開閉装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、上述のような装置においては、車両のドアの開閉操作の利便性を図るために、駆動装置による自動開閉と、手動によるマニュアル開閉とを可能にするように、駆動装置には、モータとクラッチとが設けられている。

この駆動装置は、自動開閉時に、モータとドアに連結された出力部とをクラッチにより接続状態にして、モータの回転をドアに伝達可能にし、また、マニュアル開閉時に、ドアの開閉操作に駆動装置の減速機構の抵抗が生じないように、クラッチによりモータと出力部間との連係を断つようになっている。

また、荷物室の後部ドアには、これを全開状態に保持するためのガスステーが連結され、後部ドアを開けた状態で、荷物室に荷物を容易に出し入れができるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述のような従来の装置においては、自動開閉でドアを全開位置に移動させたとき、モータの回転を停止させるとともに、クラッチを切断させるように制御させるため、故障等によってガスステーの全開位置の保持力が弱まっていると、ドアが全開位置に保持されることなく自重により急閉することがあり、ドアや車体等に大きな衝撃が作用して、それらの破損を招くおそれがある。

本発明は、従来の技術が有する上記のような問題点に鑑み、全開保持機構の故障等を検出できるようにするとともに、開閉体の全開状態からの急閉を防止して、開閉体等の破損を防止し得るようにした、車両用開閉体の開閉装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によると、上記課題は、次のようにして解決される。
(1) 車体と、該車体に上下開閉可能に設けられた開閉体との間に、該開閉体を全開位置に保持しうる全開保持機構と、正逆回転可能なモータの回転力を減速機構及びクラッチを介して出力部に伝達し、該出力部を移動させるようにした駆動装置とを設け、前記車両の適所に設けた操作スイッチの操作により、前記クラッチを接続状態にするとともに前記モータを回転させ、前記駆動装置により、前記開閉体を開閉させるようにした車両用開閉体の開閉装置において、前記開閉体の全開位置、及び全開位置から閉方向への移動を検出しうる開閉体移動検出手段と、前記開閉体移動検出手段が前記開閉体の全開位置を検出した時点から、予め設定した時間を計時するタイマと、前記タイマによる計時中に、前記開閉体移動検出手段が前記開閉体の全開位置から閉方向への移動を検出することにより、前記開閉体が自重により下降したことを検出する開閉体異常下降検出手段と、前記開閉体異常下降検出手段が作動することにより、前記クラッチを接続させるようにした制御回路とを備える。

(2) 車体と、該車体に上下開閉可能に設けられた開閉体との間に、該開閉体を全開位置に保持しうる全開保持機構と、正逆回転可能なモータの回転力を減速機構及びクラッチを介して出力部に伝達し、該出力部を移動させるようにした駆動装置とを設け、前記車両の適所に設けた操作スイッチの操作により、前記クラッチを接続状態にするとともに前記モータを回転させ、前記駆動装置により、前記開閉体を開閉させるようにした車両用開閉体の開閉装置において、前記開閉体の全開位置、及び全開位置から閉方向への移動を検出しうる開閉体移動検出手段と、前記開閉体移動検出手段が前記開閉体の全開位置を検出した時点から予め設定した時間を計時するタイマと、前記タイマによる計時中に、前記開閉体移動検出手段が前記開閉体の全開位置から閉方向への移動を検出することにより、前記開閉体が自重により下降したことを検出する開閉体異常下降検出手段と、前記開閉体異常下降検出手段が作動することにより、前記クラッチを接続させるとともに、前記モータを逆転させるようにした制御回路とを備える。

(3) 上記(1)または(2)項において、制御回路は、開閉体異常下降検出手段が作動したとき、開閉体の全閉位置への移動後に、リセットされるまで、操作スイッチの操作を無効にする記憶手段を含んでいる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施形態を、図1〜図5に基づいて説明する。
図3において、(1)は、ワゴン車等の車両のルーフ(2)の後端部に、左右方向を向くヒンジ軸(3)をもって上下方向に開閉可能に枢着され、車体の後端開口を開閉する開閉体をなす後部のドア、(4)は、ドア(1)と車体との間に伸縮自在に設けられ、ドア(1)に開扉方向への付勢力を付与して、ドア(1)を全開位置に保持可能な全開保持機構、すなわちガスステーである。(5)は、ルーフ(2)の内側に固定され、後述するリンク(16)を介してドア(1)に連結された駆動装置で、後述するように操作スイッチ(17)により、ドア(1)を自動開閉させるものである。
