スピーカはフレームを介して取付部品やバッフル板などに取付けられる。すなわち、一般的にフレームのフランジには円形の取付孔が形成され、ネジをこの取付孔に挿通して締め込んでバッフル板などに固定してスピーカを取付けている。この場合、取付面が平面でなかったり、締付状態によってはフランジが変形するおそれがあり、変形が生じるとビリ付きや振動系に悪影響を及ぼし好ましくない。

このため、例えば図4は実開昭62−112293号を示すものであるが、フレーム20に変形防止用のスリット21を形成し、図5に示すように、ネジ22によって取付部分に固定する場合、スリット21によって変形を吸収するようにしたものがある。

しかるに、現在では、図4,図5に示したように、フランジの取付部分が単純な平面形状のもの以外に、取付方に、作業性や強度面等に工夫を凝らしたものが出回っており、フランジの一部を立ち上げて取付部を形成したタイプのものがあるが、このタイプのものにおいては変形防止手段が設けられているものは、未だ存在しないという実情にある。

この発明は上記の点に鑑み提案されたもので、その目的とするところは、フレームのフランジの取付部分を立ち上げ、その端部をほぼ水平方向外側に折曲して張り出し、そこに取付用の取付孔を形成したものにおいて、取付時の変形防止手段を設けたスピーカを提供することにある。

この発明は、フレームのそれぞれの隅を背面側に折曲して立ち上げ部を形成し、かつその端部を外側に折曲して取付孔を有する取付部を形成したスピーカにおいて、立ち上げ部と取付部との間の折曲部の中央部に、かつ折曲部に沿ってスリットを形成し、取付孔に挿通された取付用のネジの頭部がスリットにかかるように、取付孔を取付部に形成することにより、上記目的を達成している。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は本発明のスピーカと取付部品の斜視図で、図中1はトラック形状または楕円形のスピーカで、このスピーカ1は周知のように、振動板2を備え、この振動板2の外周はガスケット等(図示せず)を介しフレーム3に取付、固定されている。また、中央部にはボイスコイル(図示せず)が設けられ、ボイスコイルは界磁部4に形成された磁気ギャップ内にダンパー(図示せず)を介し振動可能に設けられている。なお、界磁部4は、周知のように、ヨーク,マグネット,プレート等により構成されている。
