Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a speaker grill (H04R 1/02).
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally speaking, it is best to output sound as it is without providing a grille on the front of the speaker in terms of sound quality, but as a method of outputting sound while protecting the speaker, there is some strength and distance from the speaker to the front of the speaker. There is no choice but to install a grill with a net. It was also optimal for reducing the size of the sound hole in order to eliminate the presence of the speaker.
[0003]
For example, in the case of a television receiver, a sound hole is made in the housing of the television receiver, and an acoustic tube is installed between the television receiver case and the outer periphery of the speaker edge, so that sound does not leak. Led to. Further, the aperture ratio of the opening portion is increased from the center of the concentric circle of the speaker toward the outer peripheral portion.
[0004]
Conventionally, as a speaker device provided with this acoustic grill, for example, one described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-23582, one described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-59184, or Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-154889 is disclosed. Are well known. FIG. 10 shows an “disassembled perspective view of the baffle structure of the speaker device” described in JP-A-10-23582.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above speaker grille shape, the sound hole cannot be opened widely and the thickness needs to be increased in order to secure the strength that does not deform even if the sound hole is pressed with a force of 100 N using a pin gauge having a diameter of about 8 mm. . As a result, since the sound hole is small and the rib is thick, the aperture ratio is 30% or less, and the thickness of the sound hole surface is also 1 mm or more, so that the acoustic resistance increases. As shown in FIG. Has changed a lot.
[0006]
In addition, in order to secure the screw length necessary for speaker mounting, an acoustic grill with a structure in which the housing and the speaker are connected by an acoustic tube having a length of 10 mm or more, or a sound hole provided in a concentric shape larger than the diameter of the speaker vibration plate In the acoustic grill with the opening ratio of the opening portion increased in the outer peripheral direction, tube resonance and load mass are generated in a closed space formed between the speaker and the sound hole, and the original speaker acoustic characteristic diagram 10 as shown in FIG. It will change a lot.
[0007]
When the two contents are combined, the speaker acoustic characteristics are greatly changed as shown in FIG. Further, even if the through-hole 9 is provided in the lower part of the acoustic tube 8 as shown in FIG. 11, the positive phase sound coming out of the through-hole 9 and the negative phase sound coming out from the rear part of the speaker cross and lose the sound pressure in the low range. It will be. Moreover, enlarging the sound hole to express the presence of the speaker is unsuitable for realizing the above-mentioned strength.
[0008]

[0010]
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, it is not necessary to provide an unnecessary opening by increasing the aperture ratio of only a necessary portion so as not to disturb the vibration of the speaker. Acoustic characteristics can be obtained.
[0011]
In order to solve the above-described problem, the second invention is a speaker grille having a sound hole surrounded by ribs that penetrates to the back side only on the front side thereof, and the speaker grille is provided between the speaker and the speaker grille. And the rib has a thickness equal to or greater than the interval between the ribs , and has the same or substantially the same thickness as the acoustic tube portion of the speaker grille. it shall be the features a.
[0012]
As described above, according to the second invention, by providing the grid-like ribs, the tube resonance and load mass generated in the closed space between the speaker and the sound hole can be reduced, and the strength can be improved.
[0013]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the third invention is characterized in that the aperture ratio of the sound hole is set to 58% or more.
[0014]
As described above , according to the third aspect of the present invention , it is possible to make the opening of the speaker grille large, so that acoustic characteristics and strength can be ensured.
[0015]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a fourth invention is a television receiver incorporating a speaker grill according to the first to third inventions .
[0016]
As described above, the fourth invention is one in which the speaker grill of the first to third inventions is built in a television receiver. Thereby, an acoustic characteristic and intensity | strength are securable.
