この発明は、トラクタ車体に噴霧ノズルを有した噴霧ブ−ムを、車体の横側方へ展開させて噴霧作業姿勢にしたり、車体側上方へ収納させて非作業姿勢に切替るもので、このような噴霧ブ−ムの切替えを乗用車体のステアリングハンドルの操向角によって連動させて簡単に行わせようとする乗用防除機に関するものである。

【従来の技術、および発明が解決しようとする課題】
畦際等の操向旋回時には、ステアリングハンドルの操作の他に、噴霧バルブを閉めて、噴霧ブ−ムを収納操作し、又、操向旋回の終了に伴ってこれと逆の操作を行わなければならないため、操作が面倒である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、乗用車体の左右両側方に噴霧ブーム3,3を電動シリンダ21,21により出入操作可能に構成した乗用防除機において、前車輪6と後車輪7の操向角を検出する操向センサ23,23を設け、更に前記左右の噴霧ブーム3,3には夫々独立させて電磁式の噴霧バルブ4,4を設け、操向センサ23,23による操向検出角度が増大すると旋回内側の噴霧ブーム3をそのまま水平状に展開させた状態とし、且つ噴霧バルブ4は開いた状態を維持させ、旋回外側の噴霧ブーム3のみ上昇退避させると共に退避させる側の噴霧バルブ4を閉じるように連動制御する噴霧ブーム制御装置5を設けたことを特徴とする乗用防除機の構成とする。

【作用、及び発明の効果】
ステアリングハンドル1の操作によって直進走行時は、噴霧ブ−ム3が横側方へ水平状に張り出されていて、噴霧バルブ4の開きにより防除薬液が噴霧ブ−ム3に送られて、この噴霧ブ−ム3の各ノズルから噴霧される。圃場の畦際に達して操向旋回を行うときは、ステアリングハンドル1の操向によって、操向旋回が行われると共に、噴霧ブ−ム制御装置5による、噴霧ブ−ム3の収納、展開が行われる。即ち、操向角の増大するときは、旋回外側の噴霧ブ−ム3の収納が徐々に行われてこの噴霧ブ−ム3への液送の噴霧バルブ4が閉鎖される。旋回内側については噴霧ブ−ム3は水平状に展開されており、噴霧バルブ4は開いた状態を維持する。又、操向旋回の後半において、操向角の減少時には、旋回外側の噴霧ブ−ム3の展開が徐々に行われて噴霧バルブ4の開きも行われて、薬液噴霧が行われる。

このように旋回外側の噴霧ブ−ム3の収納、展開と、この噴霧ブ−ム3の噴霧バルブ4の開閉とを、ステアリングハンドル1による操向旋回に連動して電気的に制御するものであるから、操向操作性を高めることができる。

【実施例】
トラクタは、前車輪6と後車輪7とを駆動しうる四WDとし、操向形態を前車輪6と後車輪7とを逆方向へ操向する<字形の逆相モ−ドとする四WSと、前車輪6のみの操向とするFWSと、後車輪7のみの操向とするRWSとを、押ボタンスイッチ8,9,10により選択して設定しうる。なお、操作パネル11には該各スイッチ8,9,10の他に、自動スイッチ12があって、ステアリングハンドル1の操向角の検出によって、噴霧ブ−ム制御装置5の作動を自動的に行わせるときにON操作するものである。13は操縦席、14はエンジンを覆うボンネット、15は噴霧ブ−ム3を装着するフロントヒッチ、16はリヤヒッチ、17はフロントアクスルハウジング、18はリヤアクルスハウジングである。

このような車体2のフロントヒッチ15には、取付フレ−ム19を取付ける。この取付フレ−ム19には左右両側に外側方へ水平状に展開する姿勢と、上方へ直立状に起立収納する姿勢とに起伏回動する噴霧ブ−ム3を枢支20する。又、この噴霧ブ−ム3は取付フレ−ム19に対して電動シリンダ21の伸縮によって起伏回動される。22はこの噴霧ブ−ム3の角度を検出するブ−ム角センサで、ポテンショメ−タから構成される。

又、左右の噴霧ブ−ム3は、薬液を流すパイプから構成されるが、このパイプに沿って下向きに噴霧しうるノズルが配置される。この噴霧ブ−ム3に送液するためのポンプや液体タンク等は、車体2の後部に装着される。噴霧バルブ4は、電磁的に開閉されるもので、該ポンプから噴霧ブ−ム3に亘る液送回路の途中に設けられるもので、左右の噴霧ブ−ム3毎に各別に開閉しうる構成としている。

ステアリングハンドル1による前車輪6又は後車輪7操向角を検出するためのポテンショメ−タからなる操向センサ23が、アクスルハウジング17,18の一側端部に設けられる。24はファイナルケ−スで、この下端部にキングピン軸25回りに操向回動する車輪6,7を軸装した操向ケ−ス26を有し、この操向ケ−ス26に一体の操向ア−ム27が、油圧により伸縮される操向シリンダ28,29によって連動される。この操向ア−ム27と一体に回動するように操向センサ23のアクチュエ−タ30が係合され、操向ア−ム27の角度を操向センサ23によって検出することができる。

噴霧ブ−ム制御装置5は、ステアリングハンドル1の操作で操向旋回されるときの車輪6,7の操向角を前記操向センサ23によって検出しながら、マイコンを有するコントロ−ラCPUへ入力して、左右の伝動シリンダ21、及び噴霧バルブ4を出力制御するものである。このコントロ−ラCPUの入力側には、前記操向センサ23の他に、四WSスイッチ8、左右のブ−ム角センサ22(左側2L、右側22R)を有する。又、コントロ−ラCPUの出力側の電動シリンダ21としては、左右一対の電動シリンダ21L,21Rからなり、又、噴霧バルブ4としては、左右一対の電磁噴霧バルブ4L,4Rからなる。

操向旋回時の作用は、図7のようなフロ−チャ−トに従って行われる。このとき、左右の操向旋回に従って、例えば図6における左側噴霧ブ−ム3は、この左旋回の内側の噴霧ブ−ム3はそのままの噴霧位置にあって、従って噴霧バルブ4Lも開いた状態にあり、噴霧作用を行わせ、外側の噴霧ブ−ム3Rのみ上方へ収納させる。
