Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heat insulating inner wall panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in a steel structure building, when the outer wall has a curtain wall structure, it is necessary to install a self-supporting base material and a heat insulating material when constructing the inner wall.
[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 7, a heat insulating material c is provided in a frame of a wooden base frame b framed in a rectangular shape, and a moisture-proof sheet d is pasted on the inner surface side of the wooden base frame b to provide a heat insulating inner wall. Construction of the panel a and construction of the heat insulating inner wall panel a are performed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of the conventional heat insulating inner wall panel a, the heat insulating material c is provided in the frame of the wooden base frame b, and the moistureproof sheet d is provided on the inner surface side of the wooden base frame b. When wiring work such as outlet mounting is performed after construction, a part of the heat insulating material c and the moisture-proof sheet d must be broken, resulting in a disadvantage that the heat insulating effect is lowered.
[0005]
Moreover, since this heat insulation inner wall panel a is panelized in the state where the heat insulating material c was packed in the frame of the wooden base frame b, when fixing this heat insulation inner wall panel a to a floor surface, the wooden base frame b is It is not possible to fix nails directly to the floor. Therefore, on the floor surface, a mounting bracket such as a runner having a cross-sectional groove shape is fixed, and the mounting bracket must be used to support the edge of the heat insulating inner wall panel a. Inconvenient construction work will be caused.
[0006]
This invention is made | formed in view of the situation which concerns, Comprising: It aims at providing the heat insulation inner wall panel which can be constructed easily and can obtain the outstanding heat insulation effect.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The heat insulation inner wall panel of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is used for the inner wall of a steel structure building whose outer wall has a curtain wall structure, and is a heat insulation standing on the floor directly below the beam of the steel frame. A moisture barrier sheet is affixed to the outer surface side of a wooden base frame that is an inner wall panel and is framed in a rectangular shape, and is a heat insulating material that is on the outer surface side of the moisture barrier sheet and film-wrapped outside the frame of the wooden base frame This heat insulating material is a wooden crosspiece so that it can cover the gap between the horizontal crosspiece on the top side of the wooden underframe and the beam while standing on the floor directly below the beam. And a state of projecting in the width direction by the amount of the airtight material provided along one vertical crosspiece of the wooden base frame .

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the moisture-proof sheet is pasted on the outer surface side of the wooden base frame, and the heat-insulating material is pasted on the outer surface side of the moisture-proof sheet and outside the wooden base frame. The inside of the wooden base frame is a gap. Therefore, at the time of wiring work such as outlet mounting, the wiring can be routed in the wooden base frame without breaking the moisture-proof sheet or the heat insulating material. In addition, when fixing this heat-insulated inner wall panel to the floor surface or when fixing it to an adjacent panel, it is possible to directly fix the nails from the frame of the wooden base frame to the floor surface or the adjacent wooden base frame. It can be done easily.
[0023]
Moreover, since the heat insulating material is stuck outside the frame of the wooden base frame, the thickness and size of the heat insulating material can be set regardless of the size of the wooden base frame. Therefore, if the heat insulating material is pasted to a size that protrudes around the wooden base frame, the outer side of the wooden base frame can be covered with the heat insulating material without gap when the heat insulating inner wall panel is constructed. It is possible to eliminate the formation of a thermal bridge at the base frame portion. Further, by changing the thickness and type of the heat insulating material, it is possible to easily cope with the heat insulating area classification such as a general area or a cold area.
