Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent dew condensation by stretching heat-insulating panels among roof beams while installing heat-insulating materials onto the top face sections of the roof beams so as to be connected to the heat-insulating panels. CONSTITUTION:Heat-insulating panels 8 consisting of face members 10 and heat-insulating materials 11 are mounted among roof beams 4 through engaging fittings 15, and the top faces 8a of the panels are positioned at sections upper than the top face sections 4a of the roof beams 4. Clearance sections formed among the heat-insulating panels 8 and a ceiling material 7 are filled with heat-insulating materials 19 while heat-insulating materials 20 are disposed onto the top face sections 4a of the roof beams so as to be continued in the same height as the heat-insulating panels 8. Accordingly, the generation of stains due to the dew condensation of the ceiling material, etc., is prevented while durability can be improved.

2. Description of the Related Art As a roof of a building, for example, a roof beam of a steel frame structure such as a roof of a unit building, a roof material is arranged above these roof beams, and a ceiling material is arranged below the roof beams. There is a roof that is arranged. In such a roof, although an air layer having a heat insulating property is provided between the roof material and the ceiling material, the heat insulation is insufficient, so that heat insulation such as glass wool is provided between the roof material and the ceiling material. A heat insulating structure in which a material is provided to improve the heat insulating property is generally adopted (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 63-156144 and 4-330142).

However, in the above-described heat insulating structure for the roof, the heat insulating material 40 is disposed only between the roof beams 4, and the roof beams 4 are not thermally insulated. In the ground, the roof beams 4 serve as cold bridges, causing a decrease in heat insulation, and there is a problem that dew condensation d occurs on the interior surface of the ceiling material 7. In addition, there is a problem that the above-mentioned dew condensation causes stains on the ceiling material 7 and the like, and lowers durability.

According to the heat insulating structure of the roof 5,
The heat insulating panel 8 is bridged between the roof beams 4 such that the panel upper surface 8a is located above the upper surface portion 4a of the roof beam 4, and the upper surface portion 4a of the roof beam 4 is continuous with the heat insulating panel 8. Since the heat insulating material 20 is provided, the entire roof including the roof beams 4 is effectively insulated, the cold bridge is eliminated, and dew condensation on the ceiling material 7 and the like can be prevented. Therefore, the ceiling material 7
Stain can be prevented from being generated due to dew condensation on the ceiling material 7 and the like, and the durability of the ceiling material 7 and the like can be improved. Further, since the heat insulating panel 8 having a predetermined shape and rigidity is used instead of the non-rigid heat insulating material itself such as glass wool, the locking metal fitting 15 is provided at the predetermined height position of the roof beam 4. The heat insulating panel 8 can be used to easily attach the base plate 22.
