- 上面,下面,および側面に切り込みを入れ、前記上面と下面には十字の切り込みを入れ、前記側面には横方向の切り込みを入れるとともに、前記十字の切り込みは、切り餅の長辺と略平行な切り込みと、切り餅の短辺と略平行な切り込みからなり、前記長辺と略平行な切り込みの深さを切り餅の厚さの30〜40%とし、前記短辺と略平行な切り込みの深さを切り餅の厚さの20〜30%としたことを特徴とする切り餅。
