Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a roof surface ventilation unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a roof surface ventilation unit described in Japanese Patent No. 2802201 (hereinafter referred to as “prior application example”) is known. The roof surface ventilation unit of this prior application example has a wooden frame attached in a border shape to a square opening provided in the middle of the slope of the roof base plate, and surrounds the entire circumference of the wooden frame. A drainer attached on the ground plate, a ventilation path body with a lid attached to form a ventilation path over the entire circumference of the outer periphery of the drainage, and a ridge side of the ventilation path body A second drainer provided so as to cover (upward side of the roof slope).
[0003]
The above drainers are a pair of left and right drainers provided in the roof flow direction (direction along the roof slope), a ridge-side drainer provided on the ridge side, and an eaves-side rain gutter provided on the eave side (downward side of the roof slope). A set of four members. These drainage drainage, eaves-side drainage, and eaves-side drainage are all made by bending a metal plate into an L shape, and are individually separated at the time of construction. The second drainer is also a metal plate bent into an L shape.
The main body of the ventilation path is divided into a lower frame and an upper frame. Of these, the upper frame is a lid that covers the entire wooden frame centering on the opening of the field plate (the outer wall has a hanging wall) In this case, the lower frame has a function as a support material for forming a ventilation passage (space) having a corridor shape between the outer periphery of the wooden frame and the hanging wall of the upper frame.
[0004]
This roof surface ventilation unit is formed such that one side dimension of the ventilation path main body is slightly more than four times the working length of a roofing material (for example, a flat plate such as a slate). Therefore, when constructing this roof surface ventilation unit on the roof, it is necessary to cut at least five pieces of roofing material in the flow direction of the roof and to cut up two pieces of roofing material in the left-right direction. (Since the roofing material is laid out in a staggered arrangement, a minimum of 8 roofing materials will be cut in a minimum case).
In addition, there existed what was shown in FIG. 20 as a thing smaller than said roof surface ventilation unit. In this small roof surface ventilation unit, a

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the roof surface ventilation unit of the above-mentioned prior application example, since the number of parts is large, the construction is troublesome, and the cost tends to be high on both the construction surface and the manufacturing surface.
In addition, since it was necessary to process (splitting) many roof materials with respect to construction, there was an inconvenience that construction at the site was more troublesome and required skill.
On the other hand, in the small roof surface ventilation unit shown in FIG.20 and FIG.21, since it is small, there exists a situation that the integration as the

In addition, regarding the construction surface, it is necessary to process at least five
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, Comprising: It aims at providing the roof surface ventilation unit which can aim at the ease of construction and cost reduction.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, the following technical means are taken.
That is, in the roof surface ventilation unit according to the present invention, a drainage frame member that is attached in a fringe shape to an opening provided in an inclined middle portion of the roof base plate, and a roof material on the eaves side from the drainage frame member The ventilation path body to be attached to the top and the roof material on which the ventilation path body is placed surrounds at least the left and right sides of the ventilation path body and the ridge side from the drainage frame member, and lays on the roof material on the ridge side from the drainage frame member A drainage cutting plate member, and an upper cover placed on top of the ventilation path main body and the drainage cutout frame member.
[0008]
Here, the draining frame member corresponds to a wooden frame in the example of the prior application, but is not limited to a wooden one. Further, the ventilation path main body referred to in the present invention corresponds to the ventilation path main body of the prior application example in combination with the upper cover, and after all, the ventilation path main body of the present invention corresponds to the lower frame of the previous application example. The upper cover corresponds to the upper frame of the prior application example. Further, the drainage plate member corresponds to a pair of left and right flow drainers and a ridge side drainer of drainers in the prior application example.
Under such a configuration, the waste water cutting plate member and the upper cover are integrally formed to reduce the number of parts.
[0009]
In the upper cover, the horizontal dimension is formed to be an integral multiple (including the same magnification) of the horizontal dimension of the roofing material, and the roof flow direction (the direction along the roof gradient) is the working length of the roofing material. By forming it at an integral multiple (including an equal magnification), the number of steps for processing the roofing material during construction is greatly reduced.

【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the roof surface ventilation unit according to the present invention has a drainage cutout frame member, a ventilation path main body, a drainage cutout plate member, and an upper cover. Since the number of parts is reduced by integrally forming, the ease of construction and cost reduction can be achieved.
In addition, as having a drainage frame member, a ventilation path body, a drainage plate member, and an upper cover, by forming the horizontal dimension and the flow direction dimension of the upper cover to be an integral multiple of the roofing material respectively. Since the processing work of the roofing material is greatly reduced, it is possible to achieve the ease of construction and cost reduction.
