開封した封筒を開口するとき、該封筒の中に息を吹き込むと開口が容易であることは誰もが経験することで、同じように包装機械分野においても、機械的に送られてくる包装袋を次々と開くとき、予め各袋の口縁を2つ割りして内部に少量の空気を侵入させる装置を実開昭57−188604に開示している。当該装置は図3に示すごとき構成で、2個の回転体1にそれぞれ固定した一対の真空カップ2を袋3の両面に吸いつかせたあと、カム4でレバー5の一端を下動させ、その運動をリンク6を介して伝達し前記各回転体1をそれぞれピン7を軸として回転させると、図4のごとく袋3の口縁は真空カップ2によって2つに割られ、袋内部への空気の侵入道が形成されるので、そのあと2個の回転体1を離反させるか、または2個のクランプ8で袋3の口を掴んで離反することにより、図5のごとくミスなく袋3を開放できる。

【その解決手段】
本発明は、図4の口割運動と、図5の袋開放運動とに一体性を持たせて能率アップを図ると同時に、装置の構造を簡素化することを目的とするもので、それぞれ上部一端の支えピンを軸にして離反、接近運動を行なう一対の開閉アームと、前記各開閉アームに枢支ピンを介してそれぞれ揺動自在に吊り下げかつその下端に真空カップをそれぞれ固定した一対の回転リンクとからなり、袋の両側から前記両真空カップを圧着した状態から前記両開閉アームを離反させる過程での両真空カップの圧着力の緩みにより、前記回転リンクを自重バランス方向に復帰させ、該回転リンクから真空カップに伝えられる復帰回転運動によつて両真空カップに吸着される袋の口を2つ割りしたあと、前記回転リンクを上側ストッパーで回転規制する両開閉アームの続行離反運動により、前記袋を大きく開放するごとく構成する。
前記構成では、上部の支えピンを軸に一対の開閉アームを離反すると、互い引き合う真空カップを支持点として一対の回転リンクの枢支ピンも前記開閉アームと一体に離反することになり、この離反によって起る真空カップの傾きによって袋口が2つ割りされる。そして前記回転リンクを上側ストッパーで回転規制する両開閉アームの続行離反運動は、さらに袋を大きく開放することになるので、結局、袋の口割運動と、袋開放運動とが一体化するのである。

【発明の実施形態】
図1Aに示すようにそれぞれ支えピン10に支持した一対の縦長の開閉アーム11は、支えピン10に固定した2個の歯車12の噛み合いによって連動する構造で、支えピン10からの動力によって一対の開閉アーム11は互いに離反し、また逆に接近する。前記両開閉アーム11の下部にそれぞれ枢着ピン13を介して吊り下げ状でかつ揺動自在に支持した一対の回転リンク14は、それぞれその下端に真空カップ15を固定し、これら真空カップはクランプ16に吊り下げ支持した袋17の両面に接近して同袋に真空吸着する。この場合、開閉アームに固着する山型アングル18の下側ストッパー18aによって回転リンク14はせり込まれ、両真空カツプ15の圧着力を増大する。
