BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cashier matrix cancellation system and a cashier matrix cancellation method, and more particularly to a cashier matrix cancellation system, a cashier matrix cancellation method, a cashier matrix cancellation program, and a recording medium on which a cashier matrix cancellation program is recorded.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, when shopping at a store such as a supermarket, a customer walks through the store, selects a desired product from a shelf, puts it in a cart or basket, and carries it to a cashier. At the cashier, the store clerk uses a bar code attached to the product. By reading, the price of the product is aggregated and displayed, whereby the customer pays the displayed price with cash or a credit card.
[0003]
At this time, even those who are good at shopping are in a pain to line up in a queue of customers waiting for a cash register for a long time (hereinafter referred to as a cash register queue). In order to solve this problem, at present, the customer himself / herself searches for a cash register that is likely to have the shortest cashier queue based on how the cashiers are lined up (for example, the number of cashier queues and the amount of items in the cart or basket you have. Etc.) There is no other way than grabbing.
[0004]
In addition, people who are not good at shopping or who do not often go to shopping often are not good at being in a store such as a supermarket for a long time. However, since the sales floor is not normally grasped, the store will be visited in vain. As a result, it is not possible to find the products you want, or after you have forgotten to buy and have lined up at the cash register once and finished accounting, you will have to waste the labor of lining up at the cash register again to purchase those products you forgot to buy. For this reason, there is a possibility that the number of times the same customer is lined up at the cash register will increase and the cash register will become more crowded. There is no way to solve these problems, except that the customer knows the inside of the store.
[0005]
Furthermore, the store side cannot accurately grasp the number of customers and movements in the store in real time, and cannot accurately predict how many cashiers will be crowded ahead. Accordingly, the number of cash register openings has been increasing since the cash register matrix has become considerably long.
[0006]
Also, the only information that can be obtained by the store is the purchase history of the customer's own store. Although the demand trend of a certain product can be grasped from the purchase history, there is no means for grasping the demand trend of a product that is not handled in the store. Therefore, in the present situation, it is impossible to grasp how much the store is responding to customer needs. In addition, from the purchase history information, it is not possible to know what time the customer has come and how long the customer has been in the store, so it is possible to know whether the customer is shopping smoothly. Absent. If the store layout is difficult for the customer to find the product, it may happen that the customer asks the cashier and the cashier leaves the store and directs the customer to the shelf with the product. . In this case, the cashier matrix becomes long. At present, there is no information that can be used as a guideline for measuring the quality of the in-store layout, and it is impossible to make a plan for allocation of cashier clerk and opening / closing of cashier for cost reduction.
[0007]
Also, even if it is assumed that the store was able to analyze the customer's needs, as the usage rate increases and the number of customers increases, the cashier queue will not be properly opened and closed. The problem is that the customer feels inconvenient for a long time. That is, in the present situation, it cannot be denied that there is an unavoidable causal relationship between the usage rate of the store and the length of the checkout matrix.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the present situation, there is no means for accurately grasping the movement of customers in the store, and there is no means for the store side to guide customers to an appropriate cash register. In addition, there was a problem that the checkout queue could not be eliminated efficiently, and the store could not be rationalized by minimizing the number of checkout personnel.
[0009]
In addition, customers who are not used to shopping have to walk around the store unnecessarily, increasing the customer's burden and, as a result, failing to find the desired product or forgetting to buy. There was a problem of inviting the result.
[0010]
In addition, at present, it is not possible to obtain information to understand what customers are buying at other stores, so improvement measures to grasp customer demand and increase the utilization rate It is difficult to set up and even if the usage rate can be increased, there is no means to properly open and close the cashier, so the cashier queue becomes longer and inconveniences the customer There was a problem of becoming.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem, and a cashier matrix that allows customers to shop smoothly and increases the usage rate of the store, while efficiently suppressing the occurrence of cashier matrices. It is an object of the present invention to obtain a recording system in which a cancellation system, a registration matrix cancellation method, a registration matrix cancellation program, and a registration matrix cancellation program are recorded.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a receiving means for receiving a shopping list of products planned to be purchased at a store and data including a customer ID for identifying the customer, an inventory checking means for checking whether or not each product of the shopping list is in stock, and Inquiry history storage means for storing the shopping list including the confirmation result by the inventory confirmation means and the customer ID as a pair, a transmission means for transmitting the confirmation result by the inventory confirmation means, a customer ID is input, and specified by the customer ID In order to display the shopping list stored in the inquiry history storage means and to transmit / receive data to / from the shopping terminal to which purchased information is input for the purchased product and the shopping terminal The shopping list stored in the inquiry history storage means is collected in real time via the wireless means and the shopping terminal. And based on the remaining shopping time, to calculate the number of lanes register to be open a cash register matrix resolution system that includes a registration closing設制control means for outputting an indication of the opening and closing setting of the cash register to the terminal.
[0013]
Further, the cashier opening / closing control means presents the optimum cash register that is predicted to have the shortest waiting time to the shopping terminal based on the cashier transit time and the cashier waiting time.
[0014]
In addition, an analysis means for analyzing customer trends from the difference between the actual purchase history information at the cash register and the shopping list is further provided.
[0015]
Moreover, it further has a list input means for inputting the shopping list.
[0016]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 are explanatory diagrams showing the configuration of the registration matrix cancellation system of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the operation of the registration matrix cancellation system of the present invention.
[0022]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a list that is configured by predetermined H / W (hardware) owned by the customer side, and for the customer to create and input a shopping list that lists products to be purchased in advance before coming to the store. It is an input means. Here, the H / W owned by the customer side may be, for example, a personal computer or a mobile phone connected to a communication network such as the Internet, or a predetermined device lent out from the store side. In FIG. 1,
[0023]
Next, FIG. 2 will be described. FIGS. 2A, 2B, and 2C show display screens of the
[0024]
Next, the operation of the registration matrix elimination system of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. First, in step S1, using the list input means 1 of FIG. 1, the customer creates and inputs a shopping list in advance for the products scheduled for purchase on the planned visit date. The list input means 1 is provided with an input device (not shown) such as a mouse or a keyboard. As shown in FIG. 1, the display screen has an input date and time, a customer ID number assigned from the store side, A customer's name, a planned visit date, a shopping list, and a transmission button for transmitting the shopping list input to the store are displayed. In the shopping list, the column of the product name of the product scheduled to be purchased, the quantity scheduled to be purchased, the unit price of the product, and the (total) amount for each product are displayed. When the customer completes the input of the shopping list, the customer transmits the input shopping list to the store side via the communication network by, for example, clicking a transmission button in order to confirm the stock of the product to be purchased.
[0025]
Next, in step S2, the shopping means transmitted from the customer is received using the receiving means 2 of FIG. The store side confirms the inventory of the items in the received shopping list by referring to the inventory database 4 by the inventory confirmation means 3, which product is in stock, which product must be ordered, and Inquire about which products are not handled and cannot be ordered. In addition, if necessary, the inventory of other affiliated stores is also checked, and other store information is added to the inquiry result. Further, the unit price of each product on the scheduled visit date is added, and if there is information that seems to be necessary, such as time sale information, it is added to the inquiry result. The
[0026]
Next, in step S3, when the customer comes to the store on the planned visit date, the customer borrows the
[0027]
Next, in step S4, the customer continues to shop around the presented optimum route, and inputs that it has already been purchased in the shopping list of FIG. As an input method, for example, using a touch panel on the screen, the user can input by touching the screen of the corresponding product portion of the shopping list on the screen. It is good also as input with a keyboard etc. Further, even when an unscheduled item not in the shopping list is purchased, the fact that the product has been purchased is input to the
[0028]
Next, in step S5, based on the information collected by the store in real time, the customer's shopping remaining is checked, and based on that, the cashier opening / closing control means 13 calculates the number of cashier lanes to be opened.
[0029]
The information acquired in real time that is necessary for calculating the number of cashier opening / closing controls of the cashier opening / closing control means 13 includes, for example, which customer is in the store, what route is passed, and which purchase plan Examples include (how many) items remain, what items have already been purchased, differences between the scheduled list and the actually purchased item list, and calculation of the remaining shopping time.
(Number of remaining purchases) x (Average one point shopping time) x (Coefficient)
(Remaining route distance) x (Walking speed) x (Coefficient)
Coefficient attribute-congestion, time of day, customer characteristics (walking speed, staying time, rate of purchase according to list), day of week, companion (children, family)
Current number of open cashiers Number of customers not using this system (
Taking the above items into consideration, the number of lanes of the cash register to be opened is obtained, and compared with the current number of opened cash registers, an instruction to open / close the cash register is issued.
[0030]
In addition, as a measure of the congestion of the cash register necessary for determining the shortest cash register waiting for the cash register queue, cash register passing time = (number of purchase points × time per point) + (money transfer time per customer × casher) Coefficient × customer coefficient). Here, the cashier coefficient is a coefficient indicating the capability of the cashier, and can be set from a required time for one customer or a required time per one product. In addition to the cashier transit time, the degree of congestion and arrangement, the longest threshold of the cashier queue (how many people are allowed to line up), the longest threshold of the cashier queue waiting time (how long to wait) If you calculate by applying queuing theory based on information such as the number of users of this system that are likely to come to the cash register soon, you can obtain the number of cash registers opened. The waiting time for each cash register can be obtained from the sum of the passage times. Based on this, when the customer finishes shopping, the “optimum cash register” can be instructed to the
[0031]
The flow of processing when opening and closing the cash register will be described. First, the case of opening a cash register will be described. When the cashier opening / closing control means 13 determines the lane number of the cash register to be opened as described above and the cash register to be opened is determined, the terminal of the person in charge of the store and / or the portable terminal of the person in charge of the cash register A signal (e-mail is also acceptable) is sent to that effect. Thereby, the cash register is released. Next, a case where the cash register is closed (when the store is nice) will be described. When the cashier opening / closing control means 13 determines the lane number of the cashier to be opened as described above and the cashier to be closed is determined, the terminal of the person in charge of the store and / or the portable terminal of the person in charge of the cashier Alternatively, a signal (e-mail is also acceptable) is sent to the
[0032]
Next, in step S6, the actual purchase history is collected at the cash register and utilized for analysis. For example, the purchased product and the shopping list are linked, and the product purchased unscheduled or the product removed from the purchase plan is analyzed. The product list that has not been purchased despite being registered in the shopping list is useful for quality check, out-of-stock, and consideration of reasons such as display defects. In addition, the impulse purchase list purchased unexpectedly is useful for analyzing the effect of the sale, setting of the shelf allocation, and the like. In addition, from the customers who did not come to the store as planned, and their shopping list, we consider what did not come because there was nothing. Further, based on information on whether or not the customer actually uses the optimum route and the optimum cash register presented by the
[0033]
As described above, in the cashier matrix cancellation system of the present invention, since the optimum route is presented using the
[0034]
In the above description, the example in which the list input unit 1 is owned by the customer side has been described. However, the list input unit 1 is not limited to this, and the list input unit 1 is a predetermined one installed at the store by the store side. You may make it comprise with the terminal 10 for shopping provided in the terminal or the cart 9, and you may make it produce and input a shopping list at a shop front at the time of a customer coming to a store. In this case, the receiving means 2 shown in FIG. Similarly, the transmission means 7 is also unnecessary, and the inquiry result 6 is displayed on any one of the terminals owned by the store. That is, when the customer inputs the shopping list, the inventory database 4 is inquired and an inquiry result 6 is created, and a map of the shortest route as shown in FIG. Then, they are referred to by any one of the above-mentioned terminals owned by the store, and shopping is performed.
[0035]
