従来、円筒状である支持パイプに部品を固定するための部品取付け具は既に多くのものが実現されているが、支持パイプへの着脱操作の簡略化の観点で満足し得る部品取付け具は実現されていない。

本発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、支持パイプへの着脱操作の簡略化を図った部品取付け具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項1の発明は、円筒状の支持パイプに部品を着脱可能に取付けるための部品取付け具であって、支持パイプの外周の一部に当接される形状に形成されるとともに支持パイプの周方向に沿う一端には被係合部が設けられる第1抱持部材と、支持パイプの軸線と平行な軸線まわりに回動することを可能として第1抱持部材の他端部に基端部が連結される操作レバーと、該操作レバーの回動軸線と平行な軸線まわりの回動を可能として操作レバーの中間部に一端部が連結される中間レバーと、前記操作レバーの回動軸線と平行な軸線まわりの回動を可能として前記中間レバーの他端部に一端部が連結されるとともに第1抱持部材の前記被係合部に係脱可能に係合する係合部が他端に設けられる第2抱持部材とを備え、被係合部に係合部を係合させた第2抱持部材を第1抱持部材と協働して支持パイプを抱持する位置まで回動させる位置に操作レバーを回動操作したときに該操作レバーに弾発的に係合して該操作レバーの回動位置を保持するレバー保持部材と、前記部品を取付けるための取付けボスとが第1抱持部材に設けられ、前記中間レバーは、支持パイプの軸線と平行に延びて第2抱持部材の一端部に回動可能に連結される縦杆部と、該縦杆部の両端に一端を直角に連ならせる一対の横杆部と、両横杆部の他端にそれぞれ設けられて前記操作レバーの中間部に回動可能に連結される連結部とを一体に有し、前記操作レバーには、該操作レバーを前記レバー保持部材に係合させる側に回動したときに、前記両横杆部のうち少なくとも操作レバー側の部分を収納する一対の収納溝が設けられることを特徴とする。

請求項1〜4の発明の上記構成によれば、支持パイプを囲むように第1抱持部材、操作レバー、中間レバーおよび第2抱持部材を配置した状態で第1抱持部材の被係合部に第2抱持部材の係合部を係合し、操作レバーを第1抱持部材側に回動操作すると、第2抱持部材がその一端側を第1抱持部材に近接させるようにして係合部の被係合部への係合点を支点として回動し、第1および第2抱持部材で支持パイプが抱持されることになる。この抱持状態は操作レバーにレバー保持部材が弾発的に係合することによって維持される。しかも第1抱持部材に設けられている取付けボスに部品を着脱可能に取付けることで、部品が部品取付け具を介して支持パイプに取付けられることになる。また支持パイプへの取付け状態を解除する際には、レバー保持部材の弾発係合状態を解除する側に操作レバーを回動操作すればよく、そうすれば第1および第2抱持部材による支持パイプの抱持状態が緩められ、係合部の被係合部への係合状態を解除することで部品取付け具を支持パイプから取外すことができ、操作レバーの回動操作によって支持パイプへの取付け、取り外しを容易に行なうことができる。
