Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a decorative sheet for concavo-convex glass surfaces, and more specifically, it can be applied to a glass surface having irregularities on the surface as well as a smooth glass surface, and can be easily and cleanly peeled off from the glass surface. The present invention relates to a decorative sheet that can be used particularly suitably on an uneven glass surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been a decorative sheet for decorating a room while being blindfolded so that the interior cannot be seen from the outside or an adjacent room by being attached from the inside of a glass window of a house or office.
Conventionally, such a decorative sheet is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the back surface of a base material layer made of synthetic resin or paper, and is adhesively fixed to the glass surface by the pressure-sensitive adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. It was a thing.
However, in general, such a conventional decorative sheet can be applied when the glass surface is a smooth surface, but when the glass surface is an uneven surface, the decorative sheet is peeled off or swelled. There was a problem that it was difficult to attach.
[0003]
On the other hand, there is a decorative sheet that can be applied to uneven surfaces by strengthening the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer. It was cumbersome and difficult to reapply, and it was very difficult to peel off the pasted sheet, and it was difficult to remove it neatly using a scraper etc. .
In addition, if it is applied to an uneven surface, it may be peeled off due to water entering the gap between the uneven surface and the adhesive layer when water is applied. It was not suitable.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved by the present invention is that it can be reliably applied even to a glass surface having an uneven surface, and it is not necessary to use water when applying, and it is easy to reattach, and it is applied to a smooth surface. An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet for an uneven glass surface that can be peeled cleanly even when attached, and does not easily peel off even when applied to water when applied to an uneven surface.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the invention according to claim 1 is provided with a base material layer having a decorative property on the front surface and an adsorption layer on the back surface that is adsorbed to the glass surface. A decorative sheet for an uneven glass surface , wherein the adsorption layer has a large number of fine pores opened on its surface so as to be adsorbable like a suction cup with respect to the glass surface, and the adsorption layer is foamed The present invention relates to a decorative sheet for an uneven glass surface, comprising an acrylic resin foam having a magnification of 2 to 3 times, a glass transition point (Tg) of −40 to −30 ° C., and a thickness of 180 to 220 μm .
The invention according to claim 2 relates to the decorative sheet for an uneven glass surface according to claim 1 , wherein a peelable release sheet layer is provided on the adsorption layer .
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a decorative sheet for an uneven glass surface according to the invention (hereinafter simply referred to as a decorative sheet) will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic sectional view of a decorative sheet according to the present invention.
The decorative sheet (1) according to the present invention is provided on the base layer (2), the adsorption layer (3) provided on one side of the base layer (2), and the adsorption layer (3). It is comprised from a peeling sheet layer (4).
[0007]
The base material layer (2) is a layer serving as a decoration which is the main purpose of the sheet according to the present invention, and the material thereof is paper such as Japanese paper or Western paper, or polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate. Resin, polyolefin resin such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyamide resin, polyimide resin, polycarbonate resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polystyrene, ABS resin, and other synthetic resins can be used.
In addition, this base material layer (2) may be printed with various colors and patterns for embellishment, may be embossed, and may be laminated to give a sense of volume. Good.
[0008]
The adsorbing layer (3) is a layer that plays a role in adhering the decorative sheet (1) to the glass surface. As shown in FIG. The pores (5) are opened, and the fine pores (5) opened on the surface are brought into pressure contact with the glass surface, thereby exerting a sucker action, so that the decorative sheet (1) can of course have a smooth glass surface. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, it can adsorb | suck along the unevenness | corrugation of the glass surface also to the glass (G) which has an uneven surface.
Materials for the adsorption layer (3) include acrylic acid, meryl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, propyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, etc., ethyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile and copolymers thereof, silicone resin, urethane Resins, polyvinyl ethers, natural rubbers, synthetic rubbers and the like can be mentioned. Among them, acrylic resins are preferably used because they are excellent in adhesive strength and stability.
[0009]
FIG. 4 shows an enlarged microphotograph (200 times) of the adsorption layer (3).
The adsorbing layer shown in this photo was foamed by adding an auxiliary agent such as a foam stabilizer to the acrylic resin and then stirring with a stirrer, and then on a substrate made of a transparent PET film having a thickness of 50 μm. It was formed by applying a thickness of 200 μm and then drying.
[0010]
When an acrylic resin is used, the expansion ratio is 1.5 to 5.0 times (preferably 2 to 3 times), the glass transition point (Tg) is −50 to 0 ° C. (preferably −30 to −40 ° C.), the coating amount (After drying) The adsorbing layer (3) is composed of an acrylic resin foam that satisfies the following conditions: 20 to 300 g / m 2 , thickness 50 to 400 μm (preferably 180 to 220 μm), adsorbing power 100 g / cm 2 or more. Is preferred.
Of the above five conditions, the three conditions of foaming ratio, glass transition point, and thickness are different from the physical property values of general commercially available adsorption sheets, and are unique to characterize the adsorption layer (3) in the present invention. The basis of the setting values of these three conditions will be described below.
[0011]
First, the expansion ratio is described. As described above, the expansion ratio is preferably 1.5 to 5.0. This is because if the expansion ratio is less than 1.5 times, the suction performance of the fine pores (5) is not sufficiently exhibited and it becomes difficult to reliably adsorb to the uneven surface, and conversely if it exceeds 5 times This is because the fine pores become large and the adsorbing layer becomes soft, and delamination easily occurs in the adsorbing layer, so that it is impossible to reattach during the attaching operation, which is not preferable in any case.
Moreover, it is preferable that a glass transition point (Tg) shall be -50-0 degreeC. This is because if the glass transition point is higher than 0 ° C., the adsorbing layer becomes hard and does not follow the uneven surface, so that the adsorbing force is lowered. Conversely, if it is lower than −50 ° C., the adsorbing layer becomes soft and the adsorbing force becomes too high. For this reason, delamination is likely to occur in the adsorption layer, making it impossible to reattach during the attaching operation, which is not preferable in either case.
Moreover, it is preferable that the thickness of an adsorption layer shall be 50-400 micrometers. If the thickness of the adsorbing layer is thin, the amount of biting into the irregularities on the glass surface will be small and it will not be possible to exert sufficient adsorbing power. This is because it cannot be easily peeled off and is not preferable in either case.
That is, according to the decorative sheet according to the present invention that satisfies the above conditions, the adsorption performance of the fine pores is sufficiently exerted, and the adsorption layer can be reliably absorbed along the uneven surface of the glass and bite into the unevenness. It becomes possible, and the decorative sheet can be firmly and reliably attached to the uneven glass surface.
[0012]
Since the adsorption layer (3) includes a large number of fine pores, that is, a large number of fine air layers, the effect of blindfolding can be exhibited. That is, the light emitted from the indoor side through the adsorption layer (3) to the outside of the room becomes scattered light by a large number of fine air layers, so that the state of the room becomes difficult to see. On the other hand, light passing from the outdoor side to the indoor side is also scattered light by a large number of fine air layers included in the adsorption layer (3), so that the brightness of the room is not reduced and the blinding effect is exhibited. The Rukoto.
It is also possible to adjust the light diffusibility of the adsorption layer (3) by dispersing white powder such as talc, mica, calcium carbonate, silica, alumina, titanium oxide in the adsorption layer (3).
Furthermore, the adsorbing layer (3) can be colored to give decorativeness, and the colorant can be appropriately selected from organic and inorganic pigments and dyes.
[0013]
In the present invention, the base layer (2) is a layer having light diffusibility by dispersing white powder such as talc, glass, mica, calcium carbonate, silica, alumina, titanium oxide in the base layer (2). It is also possible. When such a configuration is adopted, the light incident on the decorative sheet (1) from the adsorbing layer (3) side, that is, from the outdoor side is emitted as scattered light from the base material layer (2), so it feels bright on the indoor side. On the other hand, since the light incident from the adsorption layer (3) side, that is, the indoor side is also scattered light by the base material layer (2), it is difficult to see the room from the outside, and the brightness of the room is greatly reduced. It becomes a decorative sheet capable of fulfilling the role of blindfold without any problems.
[0014]
The release sheet layer (4) is not particularly limited as long as it is attached to the adsorption layer (3) and can be peeled off as necessary. For example, paper or plastic film coated with a release agent on the surface Aluminum foil or the like can be preferably used.
[0015]
The decorative sheet (1) having the above-described configuration can be obtained by peeling the release sheet layer (4) from the adsorption layer (3) and pressing the adsorption layer (3) against the glass surface, as shown in FIG. It can be easily pasted on the inner surface side of the door, thereby making it possible to enjoy decoration from the indoor side and preventing the inside from being visually recognized through the glass window (G) from the outside.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the invention according to claim 1 is a decorative sheet for an uneven glass surface, in which a base material layer having a decorative property on the front surface is provided with an adsorption layer that is adsorbed to the glass surface on the back surface. The adsorption layer has a large number of fine pores opened on its surface so as to be adsorbable in a sucker shape with respect to the glass surface, and the adsorption layer has a foaming ratio of 2 to 3 times, a glass transition point (Tg). ) Since it is a decorative sheet for an uneven glass surface, characterized by comprising an acrylic resin foam of −40 to −30 ° C. and a thickness of 180 to 220 μm , the fine pores are sucked into the glass surface simply by pressing the adsorption layer against the glass surface. Even if it adsorbs to the glass surface and is attached to the glass surface having irregularities, it can be easily attached and does not peel off even if it is splashed with water. Moreover, even if it is attached to a smooth glass surface, it can be removed cleanly and easily without leaving a mark on the glass surface.
In addition, the adsorption performance of fine pores is fully demonstrated, it is possible to securely adsorb the adsorption layer along the uneven surface of the glass and bite into the uneven surface, and firmly attach the decorative sheet to the uneven glass surface Can be pasted.
[0017]
Since the invention which concerns on Claim 2 is provided with the peeling sheet layer which can be peeled on the said adsorption layer, Since it is a decorative sheet for uneven | corrugated glass surfaces of Claim 1, when not using, an adsorption layer is used. It is protected by the release sheet layer, and the adsorption performance can be maintained over a long period of time.
