Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a focal plane shutter for a camera including a front blade group and a rear blade group each configured by pivotally connecting a plurality of blades to a plurality of arms.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of focal plane shutter generally has two blade chambers with an intermediate plate as a boundary between a substrate on which a drive mechanism or the like is mounted and an auxiliary substrate mounted on the substrate at a predetermined interval. As disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-218980, the substrate, the rear blade holding plate, the rear blade group, the intermediate plate, the front blade group, the front blade holding plate, Substrates are arranged in the order of the substrates, and conversely, in order from the substrate side, a substrate, a front blade holding plate, a front blade group, an intermediate plate, a rear blade group, a rear blade holding plate, and an auxiliary substrate are arranged in this order. Is known. Among these, the front blade holding plate, the intermediate plate, and the rear blade holding plate are movable in the optical axis direction between the two substrates.
[0003]
The reason for making the three plates movable in this way is that when the blade group is in the superimposed state where it is stored outside the exposure opening and when it is in the unfolded state that covers the exposure opening, it is necessary in the optical axis direction. Is different from the above. That is, if a wide interval is provided in the unfolded state as in the superimposed state, the respective blades can largely move in the optical axis direction. The direction becomes unstable, and light leakage occurs between the respective blades. In addition, the traveling of the blade group may be unstable. Therefore, if each of the above-mentioned plates is made movable in the optical axis direction, the overlapping and storing position of the front blade group and the rear blade group is on the opposite side up and down with respect to the exposure opening, and each of the above plates is thin. Due to the flexibility, each plate changes its interval in accordance with the operation of the blade group, and when viewed from the side of the exposure aperture, the operation of each blade group is inclined with respect to each substrate surface. It stabilizes and prevents light leakage.
[0004]
However, recently, the role of the front blade holding plate and the rear blade holding plate has been focused on stabilizing the running of the blade group rather than light leakage countermeasures. When it says, it has become like a spacer. As is well known, the head of the connecting shaft (dove) between the blade and the arm protrudes from the surface of the arm. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the head from hitting the end face of the aperture during running. Further, since each blade bends during traveling, it is necessary to prevent its end face from colliding with the end face of the aperture. For that purpose, it is necessary to keep the blade surface as far as possible from the aperture forming surface. The front blade holding plate and the rear blade holding plate are arranged only on the tip end side of the blade and have a substantially U-shape, thus playing this role. For this reason, recently, by increasing the thickness of a part of the two substrates, that is, a portion in contact with the front blade holding plate and the rear blade holding plate, it is not necessary to provide these holding plates. Has been considered and its existence is no longer essential.
[0005]
On the other hand, in this type of focal plane shutter, since each blade group travels at an extremely high speed, it bounces when the travel stops, and in the case of the front blade group, it partially covers the exposure aperture again temporarily, and It is known that in the case of a blade group, exposure unevenness is generated by temporarily reopening a part of the exposure opening. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a braking means for each blade group, and many proposals have been made and implemented so far. These braking means can be roughly divided into those that directly apply a braking force to the blade, those that apply a braking force to a pivot axis between the blade and the arm, those that apply a braking force to the arm, and those that apply a group of blades. Some of them apply a braking force to a driving member, and recently, they are often used together.
[0006]
Among these, those that directly apply a braking force to the blade include those that cause the end surface in the running direction of the blade to collide with a cushioning member provided at the stop position of the blade, and those that are elastic by a leaf spring or the like. There is a device that pushes in the direction of the optical axis, but the former braking device is not suitable for the main braking device because it collides with the end face of the thin blade directly in front. However, the latter braking means can be used both as a main braking means and as a sub-braking means, and when applied to the rear blade group, the slit forming blade is pushed in the optical axis direction at the deployed position. Therefore, it is possible to help prevent light leakage as described above. An example in which the blade is pushed in the optical axis direction by a leaf spring is described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-16893.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the braking means is originally for preventing the blade from bouncing. Therefore, it is very preferable to use a leaf spring or the like to directly push the blade traveling at a high speed in the optical axis direction to brake the blade. However, such a braking method has a drawback in that the charge torque increases because the force pressing the blade in the optical axis direction also acts during shutter charge. In view of this, it is conceivable to operate the pressing / releasing by the leaf spring using an electronic circuit that controls the shutter opening / closing operation. In this case, an electromagnetic actuator is required. However, it is not very realistic to arrange such components in the running area of the blade in the shutter having the above-described configuration.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a brake pressing force against a shutter blade mechanically and reliably acting in conjunction with the operation of the shutter blade. Thus, there is provided a focal plane shutter for a camera in which the pressing force is released when the shutter is charged.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a focal plane shutter for a camera according to the present invention includes two substrates each having an aperture at a substantially central portion and forming two blade chambers by dividing the two with an intermediate plate. One end of each of the plurality of blades is separately arranged in the blade chamber, and one end of each of the plurality of blades is pivotally supported by a plurality of arms, and the bases of the two arms are pivotally attached to one of the substrates at a position lateral to the aperture. A first blade group and a second blade group configured to open and close the aperture by reciprocating arms; and a first blade group and a second blade respectively rotatably attached to one of the substrates at the lateral position. A first driving member and a second driving member for reciprocating the arms of the two blade groups, and a rotational urging force in one direction applied to one of the substrates at a position above or below the aperture; One end is attached to the operating trajectory of the first drive member and the other end faces the blade chamber of the first blade group in a region where the other end of the blade of the first blade group travels. An interlocking lever, the interlocking lever being moved against the urging force by a first driving member immediately before the end of the exposure travel of the first blade group, and causing the blades of the first blade group to move by the other end. The pressure is applied in a direction substantially perpendicular to the surface, and in the initial stage of the charging operation of the first drive member, the urging force follows the first drive member to release the pressure on the blade surface.
[0010]
Further, the focal plane shutter for a camera of the present invention is preferably provided with a rotational urging force in one direction applied to one of the substrates at one of the upper and lower positions of the aperture and attached to one end. Another interlocking lever facing the operating trajectory of the second driving member and having the other end facing the blade chamber of the second blade group in a region where the other end of the blade of the second blade group travels, The interlocking lever is moved by the second driving member against the urging force immediately before the end of the exposure travel of the second blade group, and the other end portion causes the blades of the second blade group to be substantially perpendicular to the blade surface. In the initial stage of the charging operation of the second driving member, the urging force follows the second driving member to release the pressing.
[0011]
Preferably, the focal plane shutter for a camera according to the present invention is rotatably attached to one of the substrates at the one side position and applies braking to the driving member immediately before the end of the exposure travel of the blade group. A brake member is provided, and the interlocking lever can be operated via the brake member.
In the focal plane shutter for a camera according to the present invention, preferably, the other end of the interlocking lever is formed as a bent portion, and the end is formed with a hole or a hole formed in a substrate to which the interlocking lever is attached. It penetrates the notch and faces the blade chamber, and the end face of the hole or the notch serves as a stopper when the interlocking lever is operated by the urging force.
[0012]
Further, in the focal plane shutter for a camera according to the present invention, preferably, a pressing plate is disposed in the blade chamber, and the other end portion presses the pressing plate immediately before the end of the exposure run of the blade group, and the pressing plate Thereby, the blades of the blade group are pressed in a direction substantially perpendicular to the blade surface.
In the focal plane shutter for a camera according to the present invention, preferably, the pressing plate is formed with a convex portion protruding out of a blade chamber in which the pressing plate is housed. 6. The focal plane shutter for a camera according to
Further, in the focal plane shutter for a camera according to the present invention, preferably, the driving members and the interlocking lever are attached to one of the substrates, and a second blade group is provided in a blade chamber between the substrate and the intermediate plate. And a first blade group is disposed in a blade chamber between the intermediate plate and the other substrate, the first blade group is a rear blade group, and the second blade group is a front blade group. To be configured.
