Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to an excrement absorber suitable for the disposal of excrement of a seriously injured patient including a bedridden elderly person and a patient who needs to be cared for due to a trauma such as a fracture.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, the aging society is rapidly progressing in Japan, and the number of bedridden elderly people is increasing accordingly. The use of disposable diapers is increasing more and more to help the elderly.
As the disposable diaper, there are currently a flat type, a pants type, a pad, a paper urinal and the like, which are used in accordance with the condition of the wearer and the care situation.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Many absorbers of these disposable diapers are sheet-shaped, are applied so as to cover the wearer's crotch to substantially the waist, and do not consider separation of manure. Also, there was a gap between the crotch and the paper diaper, and the fit was poor. For this reason, there was a fear of leakage from the gap. Moreover, the excrement spread widely on the inner surface of the disposable diaper, contaminating the buttocks and the waist of the wearer, causing discomfort to the wearer and causing the pressure ulcer easily. In addition, the burden on the caregiver for diaper changing operations such as wiping, cleaning, and disposal of sewage is increased.
In addition to disposable diapers, which are used alone or in combination with, for example, a pants type and a pad, they have not been able to solve the above problems including prevention of pressure sores.
On the other hand, the present inventors have previously proposed a novel excrement absorber for bedridden elderly people etc. as Japanese Patent Application No. 5-258920. However, an absorber excellent in usability and excellent in usability has been proposed. It has been demanded.
Further, in the conventional disposable diapers, even if the bedridden elderly are to be seated in order to stand on their own, it is difficult to fix them when exercising because of poor fitting properties, and as described above, there is a problem that the old people tend to spill over.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in view of these problems, and as a result of the study, has been made to provide an excrement absorber that does not cause discomfort of a wearer and that is less burdensome for a caregiver.
[0005]
That is, the absorbent body of the present invention is provided with an absorbent sheet on the inner surface side of an outer member made of a long water-impermeable sheet that covers the crotch in the front-rear direction. In addition, an absorber block whose rear end is covered with a water-impermeable sheet is provided, elastic elastic members are provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction, and a cushion member with a notched central portion is detachably attached so as to protrude backward. It is characterized by having.
[0006]
And in this absorber, the thickness of the absorber block is gradually increased from the front part to the rear part so that the thickness of the rear end part is 3.5 cm or more, the length is 15 to 26 cm, and the width is 3 cm or more and 12 cm. Or less, and the width of the absorber sheet is equal to or greater than the width of the absorber block, and the length of the absorber sheet extends at least 15 to 25 cm behind the rear end of the absorber block. It is installed higher than the upper surface, and the elastic member expands and contracts the outer surface member in an arc shape. One end of the cushion member can be attached to and detached from the rear end of the outer surface of the outer member with an adhesive. consists absorber of sexual fibers and superabsorbent polymer, 1 or more kinds thereof or as 100~6000g / m 2 basis weight of the rear end portion, the absorbent sheet hydrophilic fibers or the superabsorbent polymer It consists of absorbent material, or the basis weight and 200 ~3000g / m 2, or recessed at least the central portion of the absorber block, or longitudinal folded into two inwardly in the central portion of the cushion member is separate It is more effective to wrap it in a package.
[0007]
【Example】
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0008]
(Example 1)
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a female excrement absorber according to one embodiment of the present invention.
The outer member (1) is made of, for example, a water-impermeable sheet such as polyethylene. The absorber block (2) has a structure in which the height increases from the front part to the rear part as shown in the figure, and the height at the rear end part needs to be 3.5 cm or more for the reason described later.
As an example, this structure may be formed by laminating an absorbent mat having a basis weight of about 100 to 1,000 g / m 2 made of hydrophilic fibers such as wood pulp and a superabsorbent polymer, or by using a material such as tissue or the like. It is obtained by wrapping in a water-permeable sheet.
At the time of attachment, the rear end of the absorber block (2) is located at a position where a large amount of urine and other exudates are concentrated, so that the thickness and the concentration of the superabsorbent polymer are set to be high. As a result, much of the excreted urine and the like is retained in the absorber block (2) during the wearing time.
If the absorbent block (2) is covered with a nonwoven fabric used as a surface material for infant diapers or adult diapers, for example, a nonwoven fabric made of polypropylene or polyester, the skin is kept dry even after urine absorption.
[0009]
The absorber sheet (3) is located below the absorber block (2), that is, between the absorber block (2) and the outer member (1), and is made of substantially the same material as the absorber block (2). However, the basis weight is preferably about 200 to 3000 g / m 2 , and desirably thinner than the absorber block (2). The absorber sheet (3) has the following functions.
[0010]
Urine volume varies greatly depending on individual differences and dietary conditions. For this reason, the urine absorption rate of the absorber block must be kept large. Desirably, if an absorbent block having an absorption rate of 10 cc / sec or more is employed, even if urine cannot be absorbed instantaneously, urine is absorbed. Can cope and maintain comfort for the wearer. Note that in order to obtain such characteristics, a structure in which a wool fiber or a polyester nonwoven fabric or the like having a high water absorption rate is filled in the vicinity of the urethral opening of the absorber, or a structure having a pleated surface, or a thin thickness A structure in which the absorber block pieces are stacked in the width direction, or a structure in which the absorber block long body is folded in a wave shape and stacked in the width direction may be adopted.
Further, even when urine exceeding the absorption capacity of the absorber block (2) is discharged from the lower layer of the absorber block (2), the water-impermeable sheet covering the rear end of the absorber block (2) The urine overflowing from (4) moves to the absorber sheet (3) and is sequentially absorbed, minimizing the re-wetting of the human body.
[0011]
In addition, the absorbent block (2) provided at the front part of the absorbent body of the present invention forms the feces accommodating part (A) with the rear end and the absorbent sheet (3) extended to the rear part of the absorbent body. Since the elastic members (5) are also provided on the outer surface members (1) on both sides of the housing portion (A), soft stools and the like received in the housing portion (A) can be removed from the absorber block (2) side and Moisture is effectively absorbed by the absorber sheet (3) without moving to the outside from both sides.
[0012]
The size of the absorber block (2) is preferably 15 to 26 cm in length and 12 cm or less in width, and the absorber sheet (3) has a total length of 20 cm to 55 cm and forms a stool container (A). It was recognized by a wearing test that the present effect could be exhibited well when the thickness was 15 to 25 cm and the width was 7 cm or more.
[0013]
Further, in the present invention, the absorber block (2) has a high absorbing power for excreted urine, and further includes an absorber sheet (3) for supplementing the absorbing action, so that the size of the absorber in contact with the skin is sufficiently small. Because it is suppressed, stuffiness during installation can be minimized.
[0014]
The thickness of the absorber block (2) is determined according to the shape of the human body when the block (2) is attached to a predetermined position on the absorber sheet (3) and pressed against a human body. ) Is flexibly deformed, and is required to secure a space for the feces accommodating portion (A) between the upper surface of the absorbent sheet (3) and the human body. The absorbent sheet (3) located on both sides in the width direction by the elasticity of the elastic wall (5) and the waterproof wall of the impermeable sheet (4) covering the rear end of the absorber block (2). And the outer surface member (1) is surrounded by a water-impermeable sheet, and is provided with a function of independently holding feces.
[0015]
The impermeable sheet (4) covers the upper surface of the rear end of the absorber block (2) in the length direction, or covers the upper and lower surfaces of the rear end, and at least the absorber block (2) in the width direction. It covers the side surface of the rear end portion and serves as a partition wall between the elastic member and the elastic member. Manure is separated and stored by the water-impermeable sheet (4). That is, the water-impermeable sheet (4) constituting a part of the stool storage part (A) prevents the urine, which is the main excretion, into the absorber block (2) from being transferred to the stool storage part (A). At the same time, movement of stool, especially loose stool, to the absorber block (2) is prevented.
The non-permeable sheet (4) is desirably used by attaching a nonwoven fabric or the like, for example, so that it is comfortable even when in contact with the skin while wearing. The front end of the portion of the sheet (4) covering the upper surface of the absorber block (2) has a curved shape as shown in FIGS. Adhesion area can be secured.
[0016]
Further, elastic members (5) are provided in the longitudinal direction on the outer surface member (1) on both sides in the width direction of the absorber sheet (3) or on the outer side thereof, and both sides of the absorber sheet (3) are provided with the elastic members. It is preferable to stand up along the wall provided with the elastic member (5). Further, by further providing another elastic elastic member inside the elastic elastic member (5), the fitting property and the leakproofness can be improved.
The other elastic elastic member is attached using either a water-permeable sheet or a water-impermeable sheet, and is adhered to the side surface of the water-impermeable sheet (4) so that the fecal container (A) Can be configured.
The elastic body includes the absorber block (2) and the absorber sheet (3) and is somewhat contracted and curved in an arc shape by these elastic expandable members, so that the wearability to the human body is further improved. I do.
[0017]
The cushion member (10) has a structure in which a portion to be touched by the tail base bone is missing, and an adhesive tape (11) is provided at an end thereof, and the cushion member (10) is detachably attached to an outer surface of a rear end of the absorbent main body. Since the cushion member (10) is detachable as described above, the position of the cushion member (10) with respect to the absorber main body can be finely adjusted by the fastening means, so that the cushion member (10) can be attached to a predetermined position regardless of the wearer's physique.
[0018]
(Example 2)
FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a male excrement absorber main body according to one embodiment of the present invention. At least the central portion of the absorber block (2 ') has a concave shape so as to surround the urology. The absorber block (2 ') having such a shape may be manufactured integrally, but the side wall members (6) and (6) and the rear end member (7) may be manufactured separately and combined. In the drawing, (12) indicates the above-mentioned other elastic contraction member.
[0019]
FIG. 6 is a developed plan view showing an example of an absorber cover (8) used when the above-mentioned excrement absorber of the present invention is attached to a crotch. The main body of the absorber cover is formed of a thin knitted sheet that expands and contracts particularly in the width direction, and is provided with an index (9) indicating a mounting position in consideration of mounting of the absorber of the present invention. The entire surface of the main body has air permeability, and when used in combination with the absorber of the present invention, stuffiness during mounting is kept to a minimum necessary area. Of course, without using such an absorber cover (8), it is also possible to use underwear, a commercially available diaper cover, or a pants-type diaper for mounting the present excrement absorber.
The procedure for using the absorber cover (8) is as follows. First, in order to install the absorber of the present invention, the absorber of the present invention is used based on the index (9) attached to the absorber cover (8). It is applied to the absorber cover as it is, or temporarily fixed using an adhesive or the like. Next, when mounted on a human body, it can be easily mounted by touching the body together with the absorber cover, finely adjusting the position, and pressing the elastic band (13) provided with an adhesive tape (11) at the tip. In the drawing, (14) indicates an elastic member.
In addition, at the time of wearing, by stretching the main body contracted in an arc shape by the effect of the above-mentioned elastic contracting member in the forward direction and mounting, the present effect can be exerted regardless of the body shape of the wearer.
[0020]
If the absorbent body and the absorbent body cover are mounted in the above-described manner, the discharged urine is absorbed by the absorbent body block (2) or the absorbent body sheet (3) and is covered with the non-permeable sheet of the outer member. Does not leak outside. The discharged stool is stored in the stool storage section (A) surrounded by the elastic block (2) and the elastic sheet in addition to the absorbent block (2).
[0021]
Furthermore, the cushion member detachably installed at the rear of the absorber has a structure in which a portion around the tail base bone where a pressure ulcer easily occurs is cut out, and the pressure on the skin due to the weight of the wearer himself in the periphery is reduced. It relieves and secures air permeability to prevent pressure sores that often occur around the tail base bone.
In order to prevent pressure ulcers, it is important to prevent pressure and to keep the skin around the tail base dry. However, according to the present invention, the excreted manure remains in a limited area, so that the area around the skin is Can be kept dry, clean.
[0022]
In a conventional disposable diaper, there is a space between the skin and the absorber when worn, and excrement is discharged into the same space, so that there is a problem that the movement of the wearer contaminates the skin over a wide area. In particular, contamination of the area around the tail base and the urinary tract has been a cause of many diseases including pressure ulcers. According to the present invention, such problems can be avoided.
In addition, at the time of desorption, since the feces are separated, the burden on the caregiver such as waste disposal is reduced.
