In general, drug administration for controlling urination and defecation in hospitals and homes, and
Elderly people who are under long-term medical treatment are likely to have watery stools due to nutritional supplementation by intravenous drip or tube feeding, and they often become incontinent, and even when they wear diapers, they often lie down and to prevent bedsores. Alternatively, when there is a bed sore that the body needs to be laid down from time to time, excrement easily leaks from the side of the diaper, making it difficult to handle. As a device that does not leak with conventional paper diapers, it is also proposed to add anti-leather gathers so that it fits the skin and crotch gathers that hit the thighs to prevent sideways, backs, bellies, etc. However, it is almost impossible to prevent the leakage of watery feces with the disposable diapers currently on the market, and it is said that there is no room for the amount depending on the amount of waste. Therefore, in hospitals, double diapers for such patients,
We deal with it by putting it in triple layers or by laying another paper diaper on the sheets, but it still does not prevent it and soils the sleepwear and sheets, which makes it difficult to dispose of it. The burden of care and nursing is very large. In the case of the elderly who are undergoing long-term medical treatment, these are deformed bodies,
There are many cases where it is not possible to apply it well with the current diapers, and in the leakage prevention gather, the body is in close contact and it is crushed and overflows, or it leaks out and lie down, back, There was a problem with not only being hungry but also getting a floor slump. The present invention is intended to eliminate these conventional drawbacks, and forms a space between the hips and the diaper to reliably prevent sideways, back and belly of urine and dirt. It is an object of the present invention to provide a paper diaper that is free from swelling and bed sores due to skin roughness, always keeps the buttocks in a comfortable state, and can be used with peace of mind in a simple and inexpensive form.

In the example of FIGS. 7 and 8, the sheet material including the water absorbing material 3 is folded back in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction from the front portion 11 of the paper diaper 10 to the back portion 13 through the crotch portion 12 and bent. A ridge 4 is provided, and a pair of the ridges 4 are provided in parallel at intervals. The front portion is raised to the abdominal side and the abdomen 15 having the joining tape 16 1 is joined to the front portion 11 to form a diaper. When it does, it can be firmly fixed in the abdomen, and the diaper can be prevented from moving without fail to prevent leakage. In this case, the thickness of the ridge 4 can be adjusted by the core material, but it is not limited to one fold in the horizontal direction while forming the gap 14 (FIG. 8a), and the fold is double folded. It is possible to select the height of the ridges by using a bent piece (FIG. 8b) or a folded piece (FIG. 8c). In addition, the folding back can be performed by folding in the vertical direction, that is, it can be bent in a jagged manner to form the ridge 4. The bent portion can be bonded over the entire length or partially bonded, for example, only the both end portions can be bonded. Consideration is given to prevent loss of shape.

When a trial fitting experiment was carried out at the hospital using the paper diaper of the example of FIG. 1, the patient who was the most involved in nursing care, and was left as it was for 10 hours from 8 pm to 6 am the next morning. There was no leak at all. The patient usually changed her diaper every 4 hours, but she didn't want to change her diaper for 10 hours because she woke up and hurt her body each time, so she felt like she had a good night's sleep. . Also, when the night clothes and sheets were tried on a patient who had been soiled three times, the first one had urine and feces of 520 g in about 2 hours, but it did not leak.
Further, the second diaper also had 330 g of urine and feces, which did not leak. However, when I made a conventional diaper on the third piece, from 11:00 pm to 2:30 the next morning, that is, 3
After 30 hours, 260 g of urine and feces had leaked, and at this time I had no sleepwear, and after that I had to use a bath towel instead. As described above, it was proved that the disposable diapers of the examples had a remarkable effect as compared with the conventional ones.
