Abstract
Description
【0001】

In order to reduce the economic burden on such disposable diapers, there are also incontinence pants that can be used repeatedly by washing, and those that allow the absorbent to be replaceably attached to the pants body as an absorbent pad. It is proposed in JP-A-62-94155, JP-A-8-52174, and JP-A-9-75390.
[0004]
The above-mentioned incontinence pants are made mainly of fabric in order to enable repeated use by washing, and have a better feeling of wearing than in pants-type disposable diapers. Is effective. In addition, the one that allows the absorbent pad to be replaceably attached to the pants body is designed to hold the absorbent pad inside the pants body, so that the pants body can be used repeatedly for disposable absorbent pads. It is possible.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In conventional pants-type disposable diapers, since the pants body and the absorbent body are integrated, if the wearer has soiled the absorbent body due to incontinence, it was necessary to dispose the entire body including the pants body. . For this reason, there is a disadvantage that the economic burden on the user side is significantly increased.
[0006]
The incontinence pants which can be repeatedly used by washing can reduce such an economical burden, but since the portion constituting the absorber is mainly made of fabric, such as the absorbent used in disposable diapers, Does not have sufficient absorption power. For this reason, there is a problem that even if it can cope with light incontinence, it cannot cope with normal urination and defecation.
[0007]
Although the absorbent pad can be exchangeably attached to the inside of the pants body, although not as much as the incontinence pants described above, the user can use the pants body repeatedly and is more economical on the user side than the pants-type disposable diaper. It is possible to reduce the burden. Moreover, depending on the capacity of the absorbent pad, it is possible to cope with normal leakage and defecation. However, when replacing the absorbent pad, especially in the case of a bedridden sick person, lift the waist from the bed, slide down the pants body in this state to replace the absorbent pad, and then replace the pants body again. It had to be raised to a position, and this work had the drawback of imposing a great physical burden on the caregiver. When such troubles are intended for nursing care of bedridden sick persons, the above-mentioned incontinence pants and pants-type disposable diapers also occur. In addition, when the pants body is pulled up to the regular position of the wearer, the position of the absorbent pad may be shifted or bent.
[0008]
[Object of the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article that allows easy and quick replacement of an absorbent pad for a pants body in a worn state.
[0009]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a pants body and an absorbent pad which constitute such an absorbent article.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a pants body having a waist opening, a pair of leg openings, and a liquid passage portion, and an absorbent pad which is exchangeably joined from the outside of the pants body to cover the liquid passage portion. And a joining means for exchangeably joining at least both front and rear ends of the absorbent pad to the pants body.
[0011]
In the absorbent article according to the first aspect of the present invention, the liquid passage portion is formed of a liquid permeable sheet such as a porous sheet or a mesh sheet in which a large number of small holes are formed, and is disposed at least in a crotch region. can do.
[0012]
The liquid passage may be at least one crotch opening and may have a front opening for urine passage and a rear opening for stool passage.
[0013]
An elastic member is formed along the opening end of the waist opening to extend along the opening end of the waist opening, and an elastic member is formed in an extending state along the opening end of the leg opening around the waist to form the gather around the leg. Further provided with an elastic member.
[0014]
The absorbent pad may have joining means separable to the pants body at least at both ends in the longitudinal direction.
[0015]
A pants body having a liquid-permeable main sheet, and a liquid-impermeable or liquid-repellent cover sheet integrally joined to a part of the main sheet around which the liquid passage portion is overlapped with at least the absorbent pad. It may be.
[0016]
The absorbent pad may have a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorber disposed between these two sheets. In this case, a liquid-impermeable or liquid-repellent cover sheet having an opening formed in a shape corresponding to the liquid passage portion and arranged on the topsheet can be further provided. Further, the absorbent pad is provided with a pair of gather sheets arranged along both right and left edges of the top sheet, and is elastically arranged on the free end sides of the pair of gather sheets to form three-dimensional gathers. And a member.
[0017]
A second aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the pants body includes an opening around the waist, a pair of openings around the legs, and a liquid passage covered by an absorbent pad that is exchangeably joined from the outside. It is in.
[0018]
A third aspect of the present invention is an absorbent pad that is exchangeably joined from the outside of a pants body having a waist opening, a pair of leg openings, and a liquid passage portion to cover the liquid passage portion. A liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, an absorber disposed between these two sheets, and provided at least at both front and rear ends on the top sheet side with respect to the pants body. And a joining means that can be exchangeably joined.
[0019]
According to the present invention, the pants body is worn such that the waist opening of the pants body surrounds the waist of the wearer and the pair of leg openings surround the base of the wearer's leg. Thereafter, the absorbent pad is attached to an appropriate position of the pants body via the joining means so as to cover the liquid passage portion of the pants body, but the absorbent pad is attached to the pants body at the time of wearing the pants body. Is also possible. The excrement of the wearer of the absorbent article is absorbed and held by the absorbent pad from the liquid passage portion of the pants body. If it becomes necessary to replace the absorbent pad, remove the absorbent pad holding the excrement from the pants body through the joining means while wearing the pants body, and replace the new absorbent pad with the liquid in the pants body. It is mounted again at an appropriate position on the pants body via the joining means so as to cover the passage portion.
[0020]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The pants body in the present invention is made of a hydrophilic or hydrophobic non-woven fabric, such as a single fiber such as cotton, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, and nylon, or a composite fiber obtained by combining two or more kinds of polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, and nylon. It can be made of a woven cloth or the like, but is not limited to such a thing, and an optimum one may be adopted according to the request for the pants body. In order to improve the feeling of wearing the pants body, the pants body is divided into multiple parts such as the front body and the back body, and these are sewn to each other or joined to each other using an adhesive or heat seal, etc. It is desirable to form.
[0021]
As a joining means for exchangeably joining the absorbent pad to the pants body, a hook-and-loop fastener, an adhesive tape, or the like can be used in addition to a button or a hook.
[0022]
The absorbent pad may have a joining means that can be separated from the pants body at least at both ends in the longitudinal direction.
[0023]
The top sheet of the absorbent pad can have the same or larger dimensions as the back sheet and may be composed of a single sheet, but is not limited to a single sheet, It may be configured by joining a plurality of sheets, such as covering the left and right side edges with separate sheets. When the topsheet is composed of a plurality of sheets, each sheet may be made of a different material, or may be made of the same material. The surface sheet is made of a hydrophilic or hydrophobic non-woven fabric, woven fabric, or porous fiber using a single fiber such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, or nylon, or a composite fiber obtained by combining two or more types of polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, or nylon. It can be composed of a conductive plastic film or the like. In particular, although composite fibers of polyester / polyester, polyester / polyethylene, and polypropylene / polyethylene are preferable from the viewpoint of strength, the present invention is not limited to these, and an optimal fiber may be employed according to the requirements for the topsheet.
[0024]
The absorbent of the absorbent pad is composed of cotton-like pulp, superabsorbent polymer (hereinafter abbreviated as SAP), hydrophilic sheet, etc., without any particular limitation. It may be a known absorber usually used for an absorbent article. That is, a single-layer or multi-layer mat composed of absorbent fibers such as cottony pulp or rayon is covered with a hydrophilic sheet, and SAP is uniformly mixed in each mat or interposed between each mat in a layered manner. Good. Alternatively, 3 to 60% by weight of a heat-fusible substance may be mixed with the cotton-like pulp and thermocompression-bonded, or only SAP may be surrounded by a hydrophilic sheet.
[0025]
As the above-mentioned hydrophilic sheet, a tissue, an absorbent paper, a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric, or the like can be used.
[0026]
As the cotton-like pulp, those having a fiber length of 5 mm or less obtained by defibrating a chemical pulp sheet or a mechanical pulp sheet with a crusher are used. The pulp raw material is not limited to conifers, but hardwoods, straws, bamboos, kenafs and the like can be used, and waste paper pulp may be used. The amount of the cotton-like pulp used varies depending on whether it is used alone, a plurality of layers are used, or another absorbent is used in combination, depending on the intended absorption characteristics of the absorbent pad. ~ 400g / m 2 Is set to
[0027]
SAP absorbs water such as urine or body fluid that is 20 times or more its own weight, and examples thereof include starch-based, cellulose-based, and synthetic polymer-based SAPs. That is, saponified starch-acrylic acid (salt) graft copolymer, starch-ethyl acrylate graft copolymer, saponified starch-methyl methacrylate graft copolymer, saponified starch-acrylonitrile graft copolymer , Starch-acrylamide graft copolymer saponified product, acrylic acid (salt) polymer, polyethylene oxide cross-linked with acrylic acid, cross-linked product of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, cross-linked product of polyvinyl alcohol-maleic anhydride reactant, etc. In particular, sodium polyacrylate is most preferable from the viewpoint of absorption performance. The distribution amount of the SAP is 10 to 500 parts by weight, preferably 15 to 300 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the dried cotton-like pulp, and the SAP is distributed substantially uniformly in the cotton-like pulp. When the SAP absorbs urine or body fluid and swells, the interference between the particles is minimized, and there is little chance that the SAP will continuously contact and form a permeation barrier. It is desirable to absorb it.
[0028]
In order to improve the discomfort of the absorbent pad when worn, it is effective to compress the absorbent to increase the bulk density. Specifically, the absorber may be compressed by a roll or the like having a smooth outer peripheral surface into a continuous surface shape so that the density of the absorber is substantially uniform over the entire surface. It is also effective to apply embossing to the absorber with a partly different bulk density by means of a formed roll or the like, and to compression-mold such that urine, body fluid, or the like is guided in a vertical direction or an oblique direction. When performing this embossing, the compressed portion and the non-compressed portion may be continuous or discontinuous.
[0029]
The shape of the absorber may correspond to the contour shape of the liquid passage section, but it is not necessary to correspond, and may be rectangular or hourglass-shaped, and is usually used in conventional disposable diapers and other absorbent articles. Any known shape may be used and is not particularly limited.
[0030]
When a liquid-impermeable or liquid-repellent cover sheet is provided so as to overlap the top sheet of the absorbent pad, the top sheet itself may have liquid diffusivity. Alternatively, it is also effective to interpose a diffusion sheet as a diffusion layer on at least a part of the surface layer side of the absorber facing the topsheet. Even when it is difficult to form a sufficient gap for trapping between the topsheet and the absorber due to the wearer's body type and wearing condition, urine and body fluids can be quickly transferred to the absorber through this diffusion sheet. Since it can be guided, it is possible to prevent leakage of urine, body fluid, and the like without reducing the absorption speed by the absorber. The diffusion sheet is made of hydrophilic and liquid-permeable non-woven fabric, woven fabric, porous plastic, cotton-like pulp, etc. using polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, rayon, pulp or their composite fibers. It is fixed with an adhesive or the like between the body and the surface of the absorber, but is not particularly limited thereto.
[0031]
The back sheet of the absorbent pad can be composed of a liquid-impermeable film such as polyethylene, a bonding material of a liquid-impermeable film and a nonwoven fabric, or a bonding material of a liquid-impermeable film and a woven fabric. .
[0032]
The gather sheet provided on the absorbent pad is made of a single fiber such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, or nylon, or a composite fiber obtained by combining two or more kinds of polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon, or the like. It is composed of woven fabric, porous plastic film, etc. In particular, although composite fibers of polyester / polyester, polyester / polyethylene, and polypropylene / polyethylene are preferable from the viewpoint of strength, the structure of the gather sheet is not limited thereto.
[0033]
The gather sheet can be formed by extending the top sheet or the back sheet from the left and right side edges thereof. However, the above-described diffusion sheet or a sheet independent of these may be formed by the top sheet or the back sheet. It is also possible to form by laminating.
[0034]
The elastic member for forming the waist gather, the elastic member for forming the leg gather, or the elastic member for forming the three-dimensional gather is made of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, urethane, or the like. String-shaped, net-shaped, and tape-shaped products are joined in a stretched state using a hot-melt, starch-based or water-soluble glue such as CMC (carboxymethylcellulose) or a highly fluid adhesive, heat, or ultrasonic waves. I do.

【The invention's effect】
According to the absorbent article of the present invention, the liquid passage portion is formed in the pants body, and the absorbent pad covering the liquid passage portion is exchangeably joined from outside the pants body via the joining means, so that the pants body It is possible to quickly change only the absorbent pad from the outside to an extremely easy and appropriate position as needed while wearing the pants, and it is possible to reduce the economic burden by repeatedly using the pants body. is there. Moreover, since it is not necessary to take off the pants body when replacing the absorbent pad, the physical burden and shame of the wearer can be further reduced, particularly as an absorbent article for nursing care.
[0106]
When the liquid passage portion is formed of a liquid permeable sheet such as a porous sheet or a mesh sheet, and this is disposed at least in the region of the crotch portion, the shape collapse when the pants body is worn hardly occurs, which is favorable. It is possible to obtain excellent wearability.
[0107]
When the liquid passage portion is at least one crotch opening, urine and the like can be quickly led to the absorbent pad side, and processing such as stool can be performed. In particular, when the crotch opening has a front opening for passing urine and a rear opening for passing stool, urine and stool can be absorbed separately.
[0108]
An elastic member for forming waist gathers is disposed in an extended state along the opening end of the waist opening of the pants body, while an elastic member for forming leg gathers is provided at the open end of the leg surrounding opening. When the pants are arranged in a stretched state, the wearing feeling of the pants body can be improved.
[0109]
When the joining means that can be separated from the pants body is provided at least at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent pad, the absorbent pad can be easily attached and detached.
[0110]

Thus, the part of the skin of the wearer in contact with the pants body around the liquid passage portion can be kept dry to further reduce discomfort.
[0111]
When the absorbent pad has a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorber disposed between these two sheets, the absorbent sheet is directly applied to the wearer's skin by the top sheet. Leakage can be reliably prevented by the back sheet without touching.
[0112]
A pair of gather sheets in which the absorbent pad is arranged along the left and right side edges of the top sheet, and an elastic member which is arranged in an extended state on the free edge side of the pair of gather sheets and forms a three-dimensional gather, respectively. If so, leakage from the left and right side edges of the absorbent pad can be prevented.
[0113]
According to the pants body of the present invention, the pants body is provided with the waist circumference opening, the pair of legs circumference openings, and the liquid passage portion covered by the absorbent pad that is exchangeably joined from the outside, so that the pants body is worn. If necessary, only the absorbent pad can be quickly changed from the outside to an extremely easy and appropriate position, and the economical burden can be reduced by repeatedly using the pants body. Moreover, since it is not necessary to take off the pants body when replacing the absorbent pad, the physical burden and shame of the wearer can be further reduced, particularly as an absorbent article for nursing care.
[0114]
According to the absorbent pad of the present invention, which is replaceably joined from the outside of the pants body having the waist opening, the pair of leg openings, and the liquid passage portion and covers the crotch opening, the liquid-permeable topsheet And a liquid-impermeable back sheet, an absorber disposed between these two sheets, and a joining means that is provided at least at both front and rear ends of the top sheet and can be exchangeably joined to the pants body. As a result, it is possible to quickly change only the absorbent pad to an extremely easy and appropriate position from the outside as needed while wearing the pants body.
