Description

【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in the above-mentioned tunnel segment, as shown in FIG. 11, for example, the butt portion 1a is a butt portion along the tunnel axis direction, the first dovetail groove portion 3a is on the wellhead side, and the second dovetail groove portion 3b is on the face side. At the same time, the contact surface of each of the first and second dovetails 3a and 3b is formed so as to be more inward from the butting portion 1a toward the inner side of the segment. Then, the second dovetail members 5B are fitted into the second dovetail grooves 3b from the face side (see, for example, JP-A-6-299796).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned prior art, the dovetail members 5A and 5B need to be inserted into the dovetail grooves from both sides in the longitudinal direction of the butted portion (the wellhead side and the face side), and the segment assembling work becomes troublesome. In particular, since the already formed segments are arranged from the wellhead side, the work of inserting the dovetail members 5A and 5B is not easy, and the work efficiency of the tunnel lining work is low.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art by inserting each dovetail member into each dovetail groove at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the butted portion of the segment. An object of the present invention is to provide a tunnel segment that can be performed from one side (for example, the face side) in the longitudinal direction of the butt portion.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A first characteristic configuration of the tunnel segment according to the present invention is that the dovetail portion is formed of first and second dovetail portions provided on both ends of the segment in the longitudinal direction of the butting portion, and the first and second dovetail portions are provided. Each contact surface is formed so as to be more distant from the butting portions toward the inner side of the segment, and the dovetail members fitted into the first and second dovetail portions are drawn along the butting portion longitudinal direction. A communication hole for inserting the rod body is provided over the first and second dovetail portions.

【The invention's effect】
Therefore, according to the first characteristic configuration of the tunnel segment according to the present invention, each dovetail member press-fitting operation at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the butting portion of the segment can be performed from one side (for example, the face side) in the longitudinal direction of the butting portion. Since the ant member press-fitting operation is performed from both sides (for example, the wellhead side and the face side) in the longitudinal direction of the butt portion as in the prior art, the segment assembling operation is troublesome. In particular, the already formed segments are arranged. This eliminates the problem that the work of press-fitting the dovetail member from the wellhead side is not easy, and thus a tunnel segment capable of improving the work efficiency of the tunnel lining work can be obtained.

An example of another tunnel segment assembling method using the above-described tunnel segment will be described. According to the procedure shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the first and second dovetail members 5A and 5B are press-fitted into the first and second dovetail grooves 3a and 3b to obtain the state shown in FIG. Next, as a second example, as shown in FIG. 8, the nut 9 is rotated in a direction opposite to the tightening direction by using the tool 10 and removed, and then, for example, a male screw portion on the base end side of the round bar 8 is removed. The male screw portion 8a on the distal end side of the round bar 8 is made into a female screw of the first dovetail member 5A by using a removal tool (not shown) at a portion having a semicircular cross section formed on the base end side further than 8b. Remove by rotating in the direction opposite to the direction of screwing into the part 5b. Thereby, the material cost can be reduced by repeatedly using the round bar 8 and the nut 9. A filler is injected into the first and second dovetail grooves 3a and 3b and the press-fitted portions of the first and second dovetail members 5A and 5B from the space from which the round bar 8 and the like are removed to reinforce the press-fit state. You may.
[0021]
In the first example , a male screw portion 8a is formed on the distal end side of the round bar 8, and a female screw portion 5b screwed to the male screw portion 8a is formed on the first dovetail member 5A to form a connection portion. However, in addition to this, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B as a third example, a head 8A for locking is formed on the tip side of the round bar 8 and the head 8A is engaged. The locking portion 5d for stopping may be formed on the first dovetail member 5A to serve as a connecting portion. Although not shown, the distal end side of the round bar 8 may be integrally fixedly connected to the first dovetail member 5A.
[0022]
Further, in the above embodiment, the male screw portion 8b is formed on the base end side of the round bar 8, and the fastening member is configured by the nut 9 screwed to the male screw portion 8b . As four examples, as shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, a locking head 8B is formed on the base end side of the round bar 8, and the second dovetail member 5B is used to form the head on the inner side of the segment. may be in received was state constituting a fastening member in the fastening tool 11 for moving the head 8 B to the segments outward. Specifically, the engagement portion of the movable arm 11A provided in the fastening tool 11 is moved to the segment outward in a state where the locked to the head 8 B, first, second ant groove 3a, 3b The first and second dovetail members 5A and 5B are press-fitted.
[0023]
Further, in the above embodiment, the fastening member (nut 9) is engaged with the base end side of the rod body 8 in a state of being received by the second dovetail member 5B on the inner side of the segment so as to be drawn toward the outer side of the segment. but was, in addition to this, the fastening member also be pulled in (nut 9) the segment segment outer side engages received at the working face side of the end portion such as the base end side of the rod 8 of the 1 Good. In this case, it is necessary to push the second dovetail member 5B into the segment inside from the face side using a jack or the like.
