【従来の技術】
このようなトンネル用セグメントでは、従来、例えば図7に示すように、セグメント1の突合せ部1aをトンネル軸芯方向に沿った突合せ部として、一つのアリ溝部3aを坑口側に、他のアリ溝部3bを切羽側に設けると共に、各アリ部材5A,5B夫々の拡大頭部4及び両アリ溝部3a,3b夫々の接当面を、セグメント内方側ほど両突合せ部1aより遠ざかる形状に形成して、坑口側及び切羽側の両方から、各アリ溝部3a,3bに対して、各アリ部材5A,5Bを夫々挿入するようにしていた(例えば、特開平6−299796号公報参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述した従来技術による場合においては、突合せ部長手方向の複数箇所(図7では、坑口側及び切羽側の両端箇所)の各アリ溝部3a,3bに対して各アリ部材5A,5Bを嵌入させるのに、坑口側及び切羽側の両方からアリ部材5A,5Bを嵌入させる必要があるため、セグメントの組立作業が面倒になると共に、特に、坑口側には既に造成したセグメントが配置されているためにアリ部材の挿入作業が容易でなく、トンネル覆工作業の作業能率が悪いという問題があった。

本発明は、このような実情に着目してなされたものであり、上述した従来技術の不具合を解消すべく、セグメントの突合せ部長手方向の複数箇所での各アリ溝部に対するアリ部材嵌入作業が容易に行えて、セグメント組み付け時の作業性が改善される上、前記セグメントの組み換え作業も容易に行えるトンネル用セグメントを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係るトンネル用セグメント(以下、本発明セグメントという)は、冒記構成のトンネル用セグメントであって、前記アリ溝部を前記突合せ部長手方向のセグメント両端側に設けた一対の第1、第2アリ溝部で構成すると共に、それら第1、第2アリ溝部の前記接当面夫々を、前記突合せ部長手方向の一方側ほど前記両突合せ部より遠ざかる形状に形成し、前記突合せ部長手方向の一方側の第1アリ溝部に前記アリ部材をセグメント内周側から挿入するための凹部を、前記突合せ部の長手方向中間部に開口させ、前記突合せ部長手方向の他方側の第2アリ溝部の端部を、前記突合せ部長手方向の他方側のセグメント端面部に開口させてあることを第1の特徴構成としている。

また、上記第2の特徴構成を備えた本発明セグメントにあっては、前記アリ溝部を、前記突合せ部長手方向のセグメント両端側に設けた一対の第1、第2アリ溝部で構成し、それら第1、第2アリ溝部の接当面を突合せ部長手方向の一方側ほど又は他方側ほど両突合せ部より遠ざかる形状に形成し、しかも、前記第1、第2アリ溝部にアリ部材をセグメント内周側から挿入するための凹部を前記長手方向中間部に開口させてあるので、前記第1、第2アリ溝部へアリ部材を夫々挿入するときには、それら両アリ部材を前記セグメント内周側から前記凹部経由で容易に挿入することができ、それら両アリ部材の挿入によって、前記セグメントの確実な組み付け作業を行うことができる。更に、前記セグメントの組み付け直後に不具合が発見されて、その組み付け直後のセグメントの組み換え作業が必要となる場合には、前記組み付け直後のセグメントを分解しなくとも、前記両アリ部材を前記凹部経由で容易に抜き出すことができる。

従って、本発明によれば、セグメントの突合せ部長手方向の複数箇所での各アリ溝部に対するアリ部材の挿入作業を切羽側(他方側)から容易に行って、前記セグメントの確実な組み付け作業を能率的に行うことができる上、前記セグメントの組み換え作業も容易に行えるようになり、本発明の目的を達成することができる。
