従来の包装用固定具ないしはそれを用いた包装構造を図5を使って説明する。断面が略台形状の器具本体Aの両端部にソケットBが取付いた状態の直管形照明器具を包装箱35内に収納する。緩衝部45と固定部46を組合せ、固定部46に嵌合切欠き47を設けた固定具40を両端に配置する。実用上は、物流上の利便性を考慮して、多数の包装箱35をバンド結束するか、別の図外の大きな包装箱に詰め合わせる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
図5の固定具40は緩衝部45と固定部46を含む複雑な構造である。もっと簡単な包装用固定具が望まれる。
図5の方式では1台ごとに包装箱35に収納するため、直管形照明器具を安全に流通させることができる。しかし、多数の直管形照明器具を使用する工事現場等で、各包装箱35からいちいち取り出す手間が大変である。また、使用後に残る包装箱35材の物量が膨大となり、その廃棄処理が負担となる。
図6の方式は包装材料の削減や包装体積の縮減に有効である。しかし、器具本体A内にあるソケットBを所定位置にセットする手間が発生し、作業工数上の負担が嵩む。
本発明の目的は、特定な直管形照明器具に好適な簡単な包装用固定具を提供することである。また、3個以上の包装用固定具を組み合わせて用い、それによって包装廃棄物の発生を最小限にすると共に、包装箱からの取出し作業等の作業性を向上させることにである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の目的は次のようにして達成される。器具本体にソケットを普通に取付ける。ソケットと器具本体底部両側に内接し、器具本体底部で重ね合う段ボールシート等を折曲げた三角筒の重ね合った内側折曲片の一部を、三角筒の折曲方向と直角に折曲げて係止片を連設すると共に、その係止片に対向する三角筒の他の2面の斜面に係止片の先端角部が嵌入する切溝を設け、かつその切溝の長さを嵌入する係止片の先端角部の2倍の長さに設定した包装用固定具を組立て、照明器具両端に装着する。次に、装着した三角筒を180°逆向きにしながら密着させ切溝から突出した係止片の角部を相互の切溝に嵌入させた状態で複数台の照明器具を包装箱内に収納する。

【作用】
包装用固定具を両端に装着された照明器具は、ソケットと器具本体の底部両側が三角筒内に当接しているので、上下左右の動揺がなく確実に保持される。さらに、三角筒内に直立し先端が切溝に嵌入した係止片によって長手方向の移動が防止されると共に、包装箱との間に適当な空間が確保されるから輸送衝撃や包装箱のつぶれ等からも十分保護できる。
また、係止片は隣合った固定具の切溝にも嵌入しているから照明器具を係止する強度を増すことができ、それだけ三角筒の長さを短くして包装箱を小さくできると共に、固定具の位置がずれて照明器具の保持に支障をきたす恐れもない。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例を図1〜図4を使って説明する。断面が略台形状で、両端部にソケットが突出する直管形照明器具(A〜D)の包装用固定具を次のように形成する。一枚の平板1を折曲げ、一面が重ね合った面2・5を持つ中空の三角筒234を形成すると共に、重ね合った一面2・5を構成した内側の折曲面5の一部に、三角筒234を形成した折曲方向と直角に折曲可能な係止片6を連設し、その係止片6に対向する前記三角筒234の他の2面3・4に、係止片6の先端角部7・7が嵌入する切溝20・21を設ける。
以上の三角筒234を3個以上備え、任意1個の三角筒234における切溝20・21から突出した係止片6の先端角部7・7の少なくとも一方(7)が、他の三角筒234における切溝20・21に嵌入するように、以上の各三角筒234を組み合わせる。
説明を補足する。平板1は段ボール板であり、長辺を分割する折曲線10、11、12によって区画される各面2〜5が設けられる。各面2〜5片は、直管形照明器具(A〜D)のソケットB側を頂点とし器具本体Aの底部D側を底辺として、面2・5が底辺で重なり合う三角筒234を構成し、その折曲幅寸法は面3・4がソケットBと器具本体Aの底部側部Cに、内側で接する寸法とする。三角筒234の底辺の内側で重なる面5には、折曲線12と直角方向で三角筒234の端部から若干内側に折曲線13を設け、適当な折曲高さHを持つ係止片6を連設する。
三角筒234の斜面をなす面3・4には係止片6を垂直に折曲げたときに突当たる位置に、係止片6の先端角部7が嵌入する切溝20・21を設けると共に、切溝20・21の長さを嵌入する係止片6の先端角部7の2倍以上に設定する。以上のような平板1を図2に示すように係止片6を折曲げ、その先端角部7を切溝20・21の一端に嵌入させながら全体を三角筒状に折曲げ、直管形照明器具の端部を差込んで装着すれば、直管形照明器具の動揺を完全に防ぐことができる。
これを、図3に示すように隣り合う三角筒234が180°反転した状態で斜面3・4を密着させて所要台数組合せ、図4の断面図に示すように包装箱30に収納するが、このときそれぞれの三角筒234の切溝20・21から突出している係止片6の先端角部7は、隣り合う三角筒234の切溝20・21の一端に嵌入する形態となり係止強度が増すので、係止片6を支持する切溝20・21と面3・4の端部のギャップ寸法を小さくすることが可能となり、それだけ包装箱30の長さを小さくできる。
また、係止片6の先端角部7が相互にかみ合う状態で組合わされているので三角筒234がずれて直管形照明器具の保持が不完全になることもない。
さらに三角筒234は三角筒状となっているので使用する材料が少なくて済み、形状的にも強固であるから比較的小さな固定具でも有効である。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、安価かつ簡単な包装用固定具が得られる。また、一枚の平板を折曲加工するだけでソケットを取付けた状態の直管形照明器具を複数台数一括して包装箱に収納できるので、直管形照明器具の取り出しや取り付けの工数が少なくなると共に、包装材料の使用量が少ないので廃棄処理も容易となる。
三角筒を主体とする包装用固定具を組合せて用いる包装方法とすることにより、包装箱内のデットスペースを少なくできるので、一台ごとに包装箱に入れる場合に対して20%程度の体積縮小が計れ、輸送・保管効率が大幅に良くなる。

However, it is troublesome to take out each packing box 35 at a construction site or the like where a large number of straight tube lighting fixtures are used. In addition, the amount of material of the packaging box 35 remaining after use becomes enormous, and disposal of the material becomes a burden.
The method shown in FIG. 6 is effective for reducing packaging materials and packaging volume. However, it takes time to set the socket B in the instrument main body A at a predetermined position, and the burden on work steps increases.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a simple packaging fixture suitable for certain straight tube luminaires. Another object of the present invention is to use a combination of three or more packaging fixtures, thereby minimizing the generation of packaging waste and improving the workability such as taking out the packaging box.
