【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は包装用箱に関し、その目的とするとこ
ろは段ボール等強靭な紙材を利用して組立て及び
解体操作を簡易にすると共に内壁面に補強枠を一
体組付けすることによつて箱形態の堅牢性を保有
せしめ且つフオークリフトによる移動性をも併有
する包装用箱を提供せんとするものである。主た
る利用分野として航空貨物に利用する航空コンテ
ナについて考えると、通常の貨物輸送に比し、航
空輸送は極めて高価になることから、一般的要請
事項である堅牢、軽量、折畳み可能な取扱い操作
性、安価のうち、可及的最低重量にして最大の堅
牢性を得ることが特に重要な要請事項である。そ
の軽量対策として可能に限り資材に段ボール等紙
材を広く利用している。その従来の紙材製包装用
箱体はその生地自体の強度増加を促進すべく、合
成樹脂液を含浸硬化せる樹脂加工紙材を利用して
堅牢性及び軽量性に応えていたが、該樹脂加工紙
材が特殊加工品にして極めて高価となることを余
議なくされており、可及的軽量対策上このコスト
高は甘受してきた。そこで本考案は、樹脂加工処
理を施こさない通常の段ボール等安価な紙材を利
用して内空の収納能力を阻害しない木製補強枠と
組合わせることによつて堅牢性及ぼ軽量性を損わ
ず大巾なコストダウンを図ろうとするものであ
る。
