【考案の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【産業上の利用分野】本考案は、段ボール紙の角筒状の
主体部に底蓋と上蓋とをかぶせて構成した段ボール紙製
容器に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】図5に示すように、それぞれ容器Aを構
成する段ボール紙角筒状の主体部1に、底蓋2と上蓋3
とをかぶせパレット4上に載置し、主体部1、底蓋2、
上蓋3及びパレット4とをスチールバンド5、5で結束
すると、主体部1のコーナ部1aに荷重が集中的にかか
ることは周知である。 【0003】この集中荷重に対処するため、段ボール紙
に多層(例えば3層)段ボール紙を用いると、コスト高
になる。また、薄い段ボール紙を用い、コーナ部外側に

号公報にも開示されている。しかしながら、かかる公知
技術はコーナ部のみを保護するものであり、上下から蓋
をかぶせる形式の容器には高さ方向の力を支持できず、
不適当である。 【0006】また実開昭56−6736号公報には、容
器の積み重ねを可能とする隅部補強具が開示されてい
る。しかしながらかかる公知技術は比較的に高さの低い
容器に適用されるものであり、特に上下から蓋をかぶせ
るものには適用できない。 【0007】さらに実開昭51−58736号公報に
は、厚紙箱のコーナ部にアングル材を取付ける技術が開
示されている。しかしながら、この公知技術では箱体の
蓋および底にアングル材の貫通孔を設けねばならず、ア
ングル材の取付作業が面倒である。 【0008】 【考案が解決しようとする課題】したがって本考案は、
比較的高さが高く、かつ上下に蓋体をかぶせる形式のも
ので取付取外し作業が簡単でかつ補強効果の高い段ボー
ル紙製容器を提供することを目的としている。 【0009】 【課題を解決するための手段】本考案によれば、段ボー
ル紙の角筒状の主体部に底蓋と上蓋とを取付けて構成し
た段ボール紙製容器において、主体部のコーナ部には金
属製のアングル状の本体よりなる補強材が設けられ、そ
の本体の一方の縁部には2回折曲げて断面コ字状の保持
部が形成され、その本体の他方の縁部には1回折曲げた
フランジ状の掛止部が形成され、保持部と掛止部との間
の内側高さは主体部の高さと等しくしてある。 【0010】補強材は主体部のコーナ部の内側からでも
外側からでも取付けられるよう保持部および掛止部を設
計することができる。また主体部に対して上下のいずれ
かの側に保持部又は掛止部を設けることができる。そし

上蓋を取付ければ容器が完成する。このようにコ字状の
溝のある保持部と平らな掛止部とにより主体部への補強
材の取付けが容易となる。そして補強材と主体部とは同
