(Prior Art) Conventionally, as a device for orderly supporting articles in the interior of a packaging box such as a cardboard box, for example, a large number of partition plates are connected orthogonally connected to store the articles in a square-shaped space, or they are stored in a rectangular U-shape. A bent shelf board material was previously installed inside the box. In addition to the upside-down U-shaped structure, there are other methods for installing shelf board materials, such as a structure in which a rectangular cylinder with a rectangular cross section is installed sideways.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) Among the above-mentioned conventional techniques, the configuration of the known technique of forming a box-shaped space is designed to fit the dimensions of the stored articles individually, since the stored articles move within the space. It is impossible to do so. In addition, the configuration of the known art for installing shelves does not pose a problem if the items to be stored are very light, but if the area of the shelf is large and the weight of the items is considerable, corrugated cardboard may not be suitable for the board. Since it does not have much strength, its practical use is greatly limited. There is a problem.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Among the above conventional techniques, the latter technique for installing shelves is the one that is practically inexpensive, easy to manufacture, and frequently used. By improving this technology, we have provided a structure that greatly improves the support strength of articles while using the same material and retaining the folding function, and this can be installed and stored inside a packaging box H made of corrugated cardboard, for example. The purpose is to insert and fix articles.

(Function) The article support shelf main body 1 having the above structure is installed in the hollow bottom of an arbitrary packaging box H, such as one made of cardboard, in the attitude shown in FIG. The main body 1 may be stored in a plurality of stacks in a relatively shallow box or in a deep box (not shown).

When not in use, if one of the standing plate parts 4, 4', for example, the standing plate part 4, is pushed down inward, the girder parts 5, 5' will gradually bend at right angles along the bending lines C, C'. The angle shifts to an obtuse angle, and finally returns to the space separated by the horizontal U-shaped cut lines K and K' in the center of the bottom plate part 3, and the crushed part that joins the bottom plate parts 3 and 7 to each other. There will be a change in posture.

(Effects) The present invention is as described above, that is, the fold lines A and A' are provided with the same raised width left at both ends, and the standing plate parts 4 and 4' are integrally formed at both ends of the bottom plate part 3. The center part of the bottom plate part 3 is separated from left and right by horizontal U-shaped cut lines K and K', folded vertically at fold lines B and B', and horizontally folded at fold lines C and C'. A sheet of horizontally long rectangular punched corrugated cardboard material 2 having at least horizontal bent portions 9, 9' and girder portions 5, 5' exhibiting an inverted L-shape, and a front and rear width of the material 2. The left and right widths are the same, and the left and right widths are slightly narrower, leaving a rising width of the same left and right dimensions at both ends, and a fold line D,
A horizontally long rectangular punched cardboard fabric body 6 is formed with vertical plate parts 8 and 8' integrally formed at both ends of a bottom plate part 7 having the same width as the bottom plate part 3, and is bent upward into a U-shape. The corrugated cardboard fabric body 6 bent in the same position is placed on top of the corrugated cardboard fabric body 2 in the stretched position, and the upright plate parts 4 and 8 and the same 4' and 8' are joined, respectively, and the upper end part are aligned and fastened 10 with staples, and the bottom plate 7 which is joined to the horizontal bent parts 9, 9' of the girders 5, 5' of the bottom plate 3 are fastened 10a, 10a' with staples, Since the article support shelf in the packaging box H is constructed by drilling a large number of holes 11 vertically and horizontally at appropriate pitches on the surface of the bottom plate 7,
As shown in FIG. 2, when the articles to be stored are installed in the hollow bottom of the packaging box H and inserted and fixed into the numerous through holes 11 of the bottom plate part 7, the girders 5 and 5' hold the bottom plate part 7 firmly. Since the article support shelf body 1 is supported in the same position, it does not collapse and impair the bottom plate function of the bottom plate part 7, and the article support shelf body 1 can be easily pushed down to either the right or left direction while in the same position. Since it can be folded into a crushed position as shown in Figure 3, it is extremely convenient to store when not in use or to handle when transporting, and the overall configuration is simple, making it possible to provide the product to the market at a low price. This is a device that exhibits excellent benefits.
