Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is mainly performed for the purpose of restricting the movement of joints and supporting and reinforcing instability, assisting functions of ligaments, muscles, tendons, etc., and alleviating pain due to compression of affected parts such as joints, ligaments, muscles, tendons, etc. A new body orthosis that replaces the known taping.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Taping is to apply a tape made of cotton or chemical fiber with adhesive on one side to one part of the body, and to restrict, support, assist, and compress joints, ligaments, muscles, tendons, etc. as described above. It has been used for trauma prevention, first aid treatment, mild trauma treatment, recurrence prevention and rehabilitation, joint correction, etc. Recently, especially in the field of sports, prevention of trauma occurrence, training for early recovery of function Has become widely used for the purpose of participating in sports and play (athletic taping).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the tape used for taping is difficult to handle when pasting due to its adhesiveness, there is a concern that the skin may be irritated by the adhesive depending on the patient's constitution, and the tape peeled from the body can not be reused A new tape is required for each treatment because of the need to dispose of it.Furthermore, it is necessary to rely on a specialist to perform taping in the direction and the degree of tension according to the condition of the affected area. , There is a problem.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems of the conventional taping, and has a function similar to that of the conventional taping, but does not have the above-described problems, and is a new body orthosis (in the present application, an alternative to the conventional taping). Taping device).
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The taping device according to the present invention is made of a material in which the back surface is entirely in close contact with the skin and does not slip, the surface is entirely made of a pile to which a hook-and-loop fastener is adhered, is elastic, and has a hook-and-loop fastener for mounting on the back surface. A supporter member for attaching the hook-and-loop fastener to the pile of the front surface to be attached to the periphery of the target portion, and a pile having a hook-and-loop fastener on the back surface and the entire surface being bonded with the hook-and-loop fastener, It is composed of a plurality of belt members having elasticity separately from the support member. Here, the belt member has a plurality of hook-and-loop fasteners attached to the back surface thereof at intervals, and has a limited range of expansion and contraction, and is used together with a supporter member attached to the target portion and, if necessary, together with the support member. Is used in a state where tension is applied to the surface of the belt member.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, when the supporter member is attached to the target site, the back surface thereof is in close contact with the skin and does not substantially slip, and the tension and the compressive force applied to the supporter member are transmitted to the skin almost as it is. Accordingly, the belt member is used together with the surface of the support member and, if necessary, as in the case of conventional taping in which the support member itself is regarded as skin while the belt member is regarded as tape and the tape is directly applied to the skin. If it is affixed to the surface of another belt member with a hook-and-loop fastener, the same operation and effect as the conventional taping can be obtained.
[0006]
In the taping device, the supporter member is desirably made expandable and contractible. By attaching the stretchable supporter member with a slight tension, the back surface is strongly adhered to the skin and becomes less slippery, and the force applied to the supporter member from the belt member is transmitted more straightly to the skin. Preferred materials for the back surface of the supporter member include, for example, foamed resin (eg, urethane foamed resin) and silicone rubber. All of them have a feature that they are in close contact with the skin and are hard to slip.
The belt member of the taping device has, for example, a plurality of hook-and-loop fasteners attached to the back surface thereof at intervals, and the range of expansion and contraction of the belt member is limited.
[0007]
1 to 6 show a taping device according to the present invention and a mounting form thereof.
The taping device shown in FIG. 1 is a taping device including a supporter member 1 mounted on a right shoulder and three belt members 2 (arbitrary number). The supporter member 1 is made of a foamed urethane fabric on the entire back surface that is in close contact with the skin, and a mating fabric composed of a pile fabric on the entire surface, and has some elasticity. Further, hook-and-loop fasteners 1a are attached to several places on the back surface, and these are adhered to the pile material on the front surface at the time of attachment. On the other hand, the belt member 2 has a plurality of hook-and-loop fasteners 2a attached to the back surface at one-point intervals, and the entire surface is a pile ground, and has elasticity, but its elastic range is limited (pile between fasteners). Stretches until the ground is stretched).
[0008]
The supporter member 1 is attached so as to surround the shoulder as shown in FIG. 2, and the belt member 2 is attached to the surface as shown in FIG. In this example, the external rotation of the shoulder joint is limited, and the belt member 2 is attached diagonally from the rear to the front with tension in substantially the same manner as ordinary taping. When the tension of the belt member 2 is insufficient with one, a plurality of belt members 2 may be used as in this example.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, for example, if the belt member 2 is applied with an upward tension from the upper arm through the shoulder joint, the belt member 2 is taped for habitual shoulder dislocation. As described above, the taping device according to the present invention has an advantage in that the taping device can be freely used in various forms.
[0009]
FIG. 5 shows that the supporter member 11 is attached so as to surround the periphery of the knee, and the belt member 12 is attached under tension in such a manner that the belt member 12 becomes a cross mark outside the knee in substantially the same manner as ordinary taping. By wrapping the ends inward, a straightening force is applied to the knee from the outside to the inside, and the belt member 12 is attached to the knee in a state where the knee is bent, and tension is applied to the center of the knee, and the knee is attached to the knee to support muscles. And taping for osteoarthritis of the knee. The materials of the supporter member 11 and the belt member 12 are the same as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, and the supporter member 11 is wound around the knee and can be bonded with a hook-and-loop fastener.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, for example, when tension is applied to the front of the knee joint with an X mark and up and down, the tape is used as a muscle-assisted taping for so-called jumper's knees, which are common in volleyball players.
[0010]
FIG. 7 shows a state in which the supporter member 21 is attached so as to surround the circumference of the elbow, and the belt member 22 is tensioned from the inside of the upper arm to the outside of the forearm through the elbow joint in almost the same manner as normal taping. The outer rotation of the elbow joint is restricted, and it is taping for a so-called baseball elbow. The materials of the support member 21 and the belt member 22 are the same as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, and the support member 21 is wound around the elbow and can be bonded with a hook-and-loop fastener.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
Since the taping device according to the present invention does not directly stick to the skin using an adhesive, there is no concern that skin irritation occurs. In addition, the same taping device can be used any number of times, and even if the target site is the same, it can be applied to different symptoms by simply changing the attachment form of the belt member, so that conventional taping can be performed in terms of cost. It is cheaper than.
[0012]
Furthermore, in the conventional taping, it was necessary to always rely on the operation of a specialist. However, according to the taping device according to the present invention, the handling such as attaching and detaching the belt member is easy. If you know the type of taping and the limitations of taping, support, assistance, and compression after tapping, you can perform taping while checking the direction and degree of tension by yourself. There is an advantage that if the restriction, support, assistance, and compression are later uncomfortable, the user can easily start over.
