Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the antistlip tape which is simple in construction, is easily produced and surely holds an outfit mounted to a body to the initial mounting position even if the bodily movement is vigorous. CONSTITUTION:The tape has a soft base material 1 having <=0.08kgf/cm<2> compressive strength. The coefft. of friction of the front surface 2 of the base material facing the inside surface material of the outfit to be mounted is >=0.9. A tacky adhesive is applied on the surface on the other side.

2. Description of the Related Art Supporters for heat insulation, functional supporters for various joints, fixation bands for rib fractures, back pain bands, knee joint orthosis, ankle joint orthosis, medical devices such as clavicle fracture fixation band, and also ankle, knee, and wrist joints. Supporters such as, sports equipment such as protectors for lower limbs, forearms and the like need to be worn and maintained in the correct position in order to attach them to the body and obtain a desired effect. As described above, various measures have been conventionally performed in order to maintain the medical orthosis or sports equipment in the correct wearing position. For example, in terms of structure, we design three-dimensionally to match the body shape, finish with three-dimensional cutting, three-dimensional sewing,
In addition, by devising such as attaching a lot of strings and belts, we adopted an elastic material on the material side, and even when using this elastic material, we can combine various parts of modulus or partially incorporate it, and also elastomer on the side of the skin. Some measures have been taken such as applying anti-slip treatment such as partially adhering to, and adopting a non-slip material.

The various conventional methods as described above make the manufacturing complicated in terms of structure,
In terms of material, the material cost is high and special manufacturing technology is required, and the one with many strings and belts has a drawback in operability that it is difficult to use for elderly people and handicapped people because the attaching and detaching operation is complicated. In addition, a material having a non-slip treatment or a non-slip material on the skin side can cope with a relatively slow movement, but cannot cope with a large movement range or a strong movement. That is, the body shape is complicated, and most of the body has a conical shape, and since the muscles alternately undergo hypertrophy and contraction due to movement, it is difficult to maintain the medical or sports equipment in the initial wearing position, Especially when there was a large amount of activity, it was necessary to correct the position frequently because slippage occurred during mounting. Especially in the case of a trunk brace, it is necessary to remove or take off clothes in order to correct the slippage, and it is difficult to correct it when going out, and the sport brace has a drawback that it is necessary to temporarily suspend the game and correct the problem.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, in the present invention, a non-slip tape for preventing slippage of the orthosis to be inserted between the orthosis to be attached and the body surface is compressed. Of a flexible base material having a thickness of 0.08 kgf / cm 2 or less, the surface of the base material facing the appliance inner surface material has a coefficient of friction of 0.9 or more, and the other surface has an adhesive agent. Is applied.

In the present invention, the adhesive-coated side of the base material is attached to the body surface, and the brace is mounted on the other side. The surface of the base material on the brace side has a friction coefficient of 0. Since it is as large as 9 or more, it is difficult to slip between the brace and the base material, and the base material and the skin surface are firmly fixed by the adhesive, and when a force acts on the brace and therefore a force is also applied to the base material, 0.08k of base material
The base material is deformed by the compressive strength and flexibility of gf / cm 2 or less, and the relaxed stress acts on the body surface.

As the base material having a compressive strength of 0.08 kgf / cm 2 or less, a foam structure or a non-woven fabric structure can be used. These structures are the softness of the material itself,
The compressive strength changes depending on the foam density, the nonwoven fabric density, the pile density, etc. In general, the softer the material itself and the smaller the density, the smaller the compressive strength, and vice versa.
Examples of the foam structure include soft vinyl chloride, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, natural rubber, isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, butyl rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, acrylic rubber, urethane rubber and the like. A modified elastomer foam having a density of 20 to 150 kg / m 3 can be used. Further, as the non-woven fabric structure, urethane,
A non-woven fabric made of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer by a Fischer method or a spun bond method, having a density of 80 to 200 kg / m 3 , preferably 100 to 150 k.
Those having g / m 3 can be used. The thickness of the substrate is 3

[0013] The inner surface materials of various supporters, bandages, fixing bands, braces and the like which are generally used in the medical field and sports field are in contact with the skin for a long period of time, so that the prevention of dermatitis, sweat absorption, skin contact, etc. From cotton, polyester, vinylidene chloride, polyamide, polyacrylic,
The structure is knit, woven or non-woven,
The frictional resistance between the inner surface of these appliances and the facing surface of the anti-slip tape must be high. In the present invention, the limit value is obtained from both the coefficient of friction and the compressive strength. That is, if the coefficient of friction is 0.9 or less, it is impossible to hold the brace at the mounting position, the mounting time becomes long, and a shift occurs when the amount of exercise increases. Further, if the affected part is tightened with a strong force in order to prevent the dislocation of the brace, an uncomfortable feeling during wearing and an obstruction of blood circulation will be caused.

If the compressive strength is not less than 0.08 kgf / cm 2 , the back stretch is concentrated on the non-slip portion when wearing the brace, which causes discomfort or a pressure sore. Compressive strength is 0.08kgf /
In the case of cm 2 or less, when the brace is displaced due to exercise, structural deformation occurs, the displacement stress is buffered, and a feeling of discomfort to the skin adhesive portion of the anti-slip tape is reduced.

Next, a method of using the anti-slip tape of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The figure shows an example in which a knee joint supporter is used as a brace to be attached. Reference numeral 11 denotes a knee joint supporter made of a stretchable circular knit, and is worn from the thigh 12 to the lower leg 13. Reference numeral 14 is a non-slip tape of the present invention, and after removing the protective paper, the tape is wrapped around the thigh 12 and the lower leg 13 so that the side coated with the adhesive is on the skin. In this case, the width of the non-slip tape is preferably about 30 mm. The knee joint supporter 11 is mounted on the tape. The winding position of the tape 14 should be near the upper end and the lower end of the supporter 11.

By inserting the non-slip tape of the present invention between the equipment to be attached and the body surface, the friction coefficient between the equipment and the anti-slip tape is 0.9 or more,
In addition, the non-slip tape and the skin surface are held by being bonded with an adhesive, so the position of the brace can be corrected even if the brace is worn for a long time and does not shift even when subjected to intense movement. No operation is required. In addition, when the brace is stretched due to bending and stretching of the body, even if a tensile force is applied to the anti-slip tape, the base material is flexible, so stress distribution occurs in this part, so that no large stress is applied to the skin and it is used comfortably be able to.
