【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、外壁材の留め金具に関し、詳しくは壁板を壁下地材に固定する際にその壁板を支持する留め金具の改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、繊維補強セメント製壁板などの窯業系壁板1を、壁下地材2に固定する場合、図8に示すように外壁材1の下端を受け金具3で支持すると共に上端部は釘、ビス等の固定具4により壁下地材2に打ち付け固定することが一般に行なわれていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記の外壁材の止着構造では、壁板の上端に固定具挿通用の貫通孔を穿設する必要がある。従って、貫通孔から雨水が浸透する可能性があり、そのための防水処理が必要となる欠点があった。

さらに、これら固定具4は目立たないよう止着後に壁板と同系色に表面塗装されることが多いが、塗装のための手間がかかる問題があり、また、経年変化によって塗膜が劣化し発錆すると、錆流れなどを生じて壁面外観を著しく損ねるといった問題があった。

このような問題を解消するため、図9に示すように壁下地材2に釘、ビスなどで固定される基板5aに壁板1端面に係合する爪片5bを形成し、この爪片5bを壁板1の接合用段部1aの界面に沿わせて係合させることにより、止着具5を壁板1表面に露出させることなく固定することが行なわれる場合がある。

しかし、上記止着具5は、壁板1の接続段部に合致する位置に取り付けられるので壁下地面2への取り付け位置を、正確に調整する必要があり、壁板支持と金具の位置調整を同時に実施するのが面倒な作業となる問題があった。

さらに、止着時に止着具5が落下することがあり、作業が面倒となる欠点があった。

この発明は、上記問題を解消することを目的としてなされたものであって、壁板の止着が容易にできる外壁材の留め金具を提供することを目的としてなされたものである。

上記目的を達成するため、請求項1の外壁材の留め金具は、胴縁側面に当接される表面板に、壁板裏面と胴縁表面との間に隙間を形成する脚部が一体に形成され、さらに前記表面板には表面から起立し先端が壁板の側端面の接合段部に係合する係合片が折り起こされ、胴縁上面に係合可能な係合片が表面板の上下両縁に形成され、接合段部に係合する係合片を境とする表面板の両側位置に止着具挿通用の貫通孔を穿設したものである。

この外壁材の留め金具によれば外壁材を据え付ける際、脚部により壁下地材と壁板裏面との間に隙間が形成され、同時に壁板の端面が係合片により固定できるので二つの金具を使用する必要がなくなり取り付けが容易となる。

従って、金具の位置決めをする場合、係合片を胴縁上面に引っ掛けるように係合して位置決めができるので、取り付け作業が更に容易となる。

【実施の形態】
次にこの発明の実施の形態を説明する。
実施の形態1
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1の外壁材の留め金具の斜視図、図2は図1のX‐X線矢視断面図、図3は同外壁材の留め金具の使用状態を示す要部破断斜視図である。

図1において11はこの発明の外壁材の留め金具を示し、胴縁2側面2a(図3)に当接される表面板11aに、壁板1(図3)裏面と胴縁側面2aとの間に隙間を形成する脚部12、12が両側縁に折曲形成により一体に形成され、さらに前記表面板11aには表面から起立し先端が壁板端面1aの接合段部13、14に係合する係合片15、16が折り起こされて構成されている。

なお、係合片15、16は図3に示した壁板の接合用段部13、14の形状に応じて折曲成形されるが、嵌合力を発揮させるため図1に示すように係合片15、16を起立返に対し直角とせずにそれより大きい角度としても良い。

なお、このようにすることなく直角に折曲しても良いことは言うまでもない。

上記において、表面板11aは厚さ0.8〜2.0ミリメートル程度の鋼板、ステンレス鋼板等の金属板の打ち抜き折曲成形体とされている。

この実施の形態1の外壁材の留め金具11は、図3に示すように胴縁側面2aの壁板1が接合される位置毎に固定され、壁板1の接合用段部13の表面と接合段部14の基部に形成される溝14aを利用して壁板1に係合される。

従って、壁板1表面には止着具が露出されることはなく、しかも通気壁とするための空間も脚部12、12によって確保されるので一つの金具を固定するだけで、通気壁の壁板の固定ができる。

また、胴縁2の形状と外壁材の留め金具11との相関が決められている場合は図6に示すように外壁材の留め金具11の係合片11bを胴縁裏面側へ回り込むような形状としてもよい。

この場合は、外壁材の留め金具11の調整移動性を損なうことなく仮支持強度をさらに良くすることができる。

また、上記係合片11bを図7に示すように表面板11aの上下両端11b、11cに形成し、いずれの片11b、11cをも上辺として使用できるようにしても良い。

この場合、壁板の接合方向を接合段部の向きに応じ何れの方向にも使い分ける事ができるので、施工性がよくなる効果を有する。

以上説明したように、この発明の外壁材の留め金具によれば、壁板に対する取り付け容易性が非常に良くなる。また、胴縁に対し金具の仮支持ができるので、施工中に落下することがないなどの効果を有する。
