本発明は、化粧材を下地に取り付けるために用いられる化粧材取付具及びそれを用いた化粧材取付構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
建築物の外壁、破風等の美観を向上させるために化粧材が用いられる。近年、かかる化粧材の取付は、ビスや釘で直接化粧材を下地に打ち付けて取り付ける工法から、下地に化粧材取付具を装着してその化粧材取付具を介して化粧材を取り付ける工法に移行してきている。

特許文献１には、外壁の表面に、上下２段の嵌合溝部を有する取付金具を横方向に間隔をおいてビス止めし、これら取付金具に架け渡すようにして、化粧パネルを取り付ける場合において、化粧パネルの裏面に、嵌合溝部に嵌め込まれる嵌合凸部を上下２段形成し、これら嵌合凸部を嵌合溝部内に上から押し込んで嵌め込み、嵌合凸部を、上方に向かうにしたがって厚さが小さくなる断面テーパ状とする構成が開示されている。そして、それによれば、嵌合溝部内に押し込む際に、前後面のうちの一方の下端縁が嵌合溝部の内面に線接触することにより、抵抗が少なくなって嵌め込みやすく、また、上下方向の調整も可能である、と記載されている。

特許文献２には、躯体の表面に固定される取り付け金具本体に、複数の嵌合部を形成すると共に、取り付け金具本体から外方側へ屈曲された連結部と、連結部からそれぞれ一方へ取り付け金具本体に沿って延ばされた係止片部とから嵌合部を構成し、躯体に取り付けた取り付け金具の嵌合部を、内面側に形成された溝部内に配置させた状態にて外装材を移動させ、外装材の溝部の側壁に形成された突条部を、取り付け金具本体と係止片部との間へ嵌合させて挟持させることにより保持させる構成が開示されている。そして、それによれば、建築物の躯体へ外装材を容易にかつ低コストにて取り付けることができる、と記載されている。

特許文献４には、化粧板が下地に対し施工金具を介して取り付けられるが、施工金具は、下地に固定する本体部と、その本体部の表側面から前方上方へ突出し化粧板を支承するための支承片と、化粧板における係止凹部を係止するように下方へ突出した係止爪片とを有している一方、化粧板は、支承片を嵌入するための嵌入凹部と、係止爪片に係止されるための係止凹部とを有しており、係止凹部が係止爪片に係止されることによって化粧板の上方への抜け出しが防止された構成が開示されている。そして、これによれば、施工が容易であり、外力に対して高い施工強度を有する化粧板の施工構造となる、と記載されている。

特許文献５には、化粧材を取付金具を用いて建物躯体に取付ける化粧材の取付構造であって、取付金具は、上方に向けて開口部を有する第１受部と、この第１受部の内部に設けられ、建物躯体側に延びる舌状片とを備え、化粧材は、第１受部に上方から挿入され下方に延びる第1垂下部と、第１垂下部において建物躯体とは反対側に設けられる突出部とを備え、第１受部に化粧材の第１垂下部が挿入されることにより、突出部が舌状片を乗越え、取付金具に化粧材が固定されたものが開示されている。そして、これによれば、化粧材の取付金具への取りつけ後、取付金具から化粧材が外れることがない容易な取付け形状を有する化粧材の取付構造が得られる、と記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、化粧材を下地に取り付けても、施工状態が思わしくない場合等には、一旦、化粧材を下地から取り外す必要が生じることがある。しかしながら、従来の化粧材取付具では、化粧材を下地に強固に取り付けることについては考慮されているものの、化粧材を取り外すことについては考慮されておらず、むしろ化粧材を取り外すのが困難である。

本発明は、かかる点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、化粧材を下地に強固に取り付けることができると共に、その取り外しを容易に行うことができる化粧材取付具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成する本発明は、化粧材を下地に取り付けるために用いられる化粧材取付具であって、
下地に固定される固定部と、
上記固定部に一体に設けられ、化粧材に対してその前方及びそれに垂直な一の方向への移動を規制するように係合する第１係合部と、
上記固定部に一体に設けられ、上記一の方向の化粧材取付側に斜めに延びると共に正面視で楕円形の細長環状で且つ側面視で弓形の弾性板により構成され、化粧材に対して該一の方向とは反対の他の方向への移動を規制するように当接係合する第２係合部と、を備え、
上記第２係合部は、上記化粧材取付側に斜めに延びた状態から該化粧材取付側とは反対側に斜めに延びるように折り返された際に、その反対側に折り返された状態を維持でき、また、その反対側に折り返された状態から上記化粧材取付側に斜めに延びた状態に復帰できるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする。

上記の構成によれば、固定部を下地に固定すると共に第１及び第２係合部を化粧材に係合させることによって化粧材を下地に強固に取り付けることができる。その一方、第２係合部が一の方向の化粧材取付側に斜めに延びるように形成されて化粧材に当接係合するように構成されているので、その第２係合部を弾性変形させて化粧材への当接係合を外すだけで化粧材を容易に取り外すことができる。

また、第１及び第２係合部のそれぞれの化粧材への係合を別々に行うことができるので、特に精度の高い化粧材の取付を行わなければならない場合に好適である。

本発明の化粧材取付具を用いて化粧材が下地に取り付けられて構成される化粧材取付構造は、
上記化粧材取付具が、固定部と、該固定部に一体に設けられた第１及び第２係合部と、を有し、
上記固定部が、上記下地に固定されていると共に、
上記第１係合部が、上記化粧材にその前方及びそれに垂直な一の方向への移動を規制するように係合し、
且つ、上記第２係合部は、上記一の方向と反対の他の方向の化粧材取付側に斜めに延びると共に正面視で楕円形の細長環状で且つ側面視で弓形の弾性板により構成されて上記化粧材に対して該他の方向への移動を規制するように当接係合しており、
上記第２係合部は、上記化粧材取付側に斜めに延びた状態から該化粧材取付側とは反対側に斜めに延びるように折り返された際に、その反対側に折り返された状態を維持でき、また、その反対側に折り返された状態から上記化粧材取付側に斜めに延びた状態に復帰できるように構成されているものとなる。

本発明の化粧材取付具は、金属板に対して切断加工及び折り曲げ加工のみが施されて形成されたものであってもよい。

樹脂成形品の化粧材取付具では大量生産には好適であるが化粧材の種類に応じた成形が困難であり、また、金属材を溶接した化粧材取付具では化粧材の種類に応じた成形には好適であるが生産性が低い。しかしながら、上記の構成によれば、金属板に切断加工及び折り曲げ加工のみ施して形成された化粧材取付具であり、種々の形状のものを容易に成形することができるので、化粧材の種類に応じたものを効率的に製造することが可能となる。ここで、切削加工とは、切断する加工だけでなく、穿孔する加工も含む。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、実施形態を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

（実施形態１）
図１は、実施形態１に係る化粧材取付具１０を示す。図２は、この化粧材取付具１０を用いて下地３０に化粧材２０を取り付けた化粧材取付構造を示す。

この化粧材取付具１０は、土台プレート（固定部）１１と、土台プレート１１の上端部に設けられた上側係合部（第１係合部）１２と、土台プレート１１の下端部に設けられた下側係合部（第２係合部）１４と、を備えている。

土台プレート１１は、例えば厚み０．８〜１．５ｍｍ程度のステンレス板や鋼板からなり、横長の略長方形に形成されている。

上側係合部１２は、例えば厚み０．８〜１．２ｍｍ程度のステンレス板や鋼板からなり、断面略「コ」の字状に形成されている。この上側係合部１２は、断面「コ」の字の開口を上にしたときの一方の側面が土台プレート１１の上端部に横方向に沿って重ね合わされ、左右２箇所のかしめ部１２ａでかしめ留めにより土台プレート１１に固定されている。その一方の側面の中央及びそれに対応した土台プレート１１には、下地３０への取付用のビス４０を挿通するためのビス穴１１ａが形成されている。上側係合部１２の他方の側面は、横方向の中央部分に略矩形状の欠損部を有し、また、縦方向の中央部分で屈曲してやや外向きに開口するように形成されている。

下側係合部１４は、例えば厚み０．３〜０．８ｍｍ程度のステンレス板などの弾性を有する材料からなり、略長方形状板が長辺方向に断面「へ」の字状に屈曲形成されている。この下側係合部１４は、その断面「へ」の字の短片側が土台プレート１１の下端部中央に重ね合わされ、かしめ部１４ａでかしめ留めにより土台プレート１１に固定されている。そして、これにより、下側係合部１４の断面「へ」の字の長片側が土台プレート１１から化粧材取付側斜め下方向に延びたものとなっている。

次に、この化粧材取付具１０を用いた化粧材２０の取付方法及び取り外し方法について説明する。

ここで、化粧材２０は、ケイ酸カルシウム等の水硬化性材料等を長尺に押出成形して形成されたものである。この化粧材２０は、裏面に化粧材取付具１０の取付のための裏面側凹部２５が長手方向に沿って延びるように形成されている。この裏面側凹部２５は、上側壁が下方に垂下した垂下突起２５ａに形成されていると共に、下側壁が表側から裏側に行くに従って斜め下方に傾斜して延びた傾斜面２５ｂに形成されている。

化粧材２０を下地３０に取り付けるときには、まず、化粧材取付具１０を下地３０表面に横方向に間隔をあけて複数装着固定する。このとき、化粧材取付具１０の装着固定は、ビス穴１１ａにビス４０を挿通させて下地３０にねじ込み、ビス穴１１ａにビス４０の頭部を係合させることにより行う。

次いで、図３に示すように、化粧材２０の裏面側凹部２５の上側壁の垂下突起２５ａを化粧材取付具１０の上側係合部１２に上方から挿入するようにして上側係合部１２をその裏面側凹部２５の上側壁の垂下突起２５ａに係合させる。このとき同時に、化粧材取付側斜め下方向に延びた化粧材取付具１０の下側係合部１４が化粧材２０の裏面側凹部２５の下側壁の傾斜面２５ｂに当接係合する。なお、必要に応じて、上側係合部１２の内側に弾性接着剤を付着させてもよい。また、下側係合部１４を下側から上向きに押圧して係合の補助を行ってもよい。ここで、図４（ａ）に示すように、下側係合部１４の斜め下方に延びる部分の長さがａに設定されていても、実寸法がそれよりも長くなったり、短くなったりすることがあり、また、化粧材２０にも寸法誤差が生じる場合もある。しかしながら、図４（ｂ）に示すように、下側係合部１４の斜め下方に延びる部分の基端部から傾斜面２５ａの上端までの長さがａより短いｂとされ、傾斜面２５ａの下端までの長さがａより長いｃとされており、上記のような寸法誤差が吸収され、下側係合部１４が必ず傾斜面２５ａに当接係合する。

以上によって、化粧材取付具１０の上側係合部１２が化粧材２０の上側壁の垂下突起２５ａに係合して化粧材２０の前方及び下方（一の方向）への移動が規制されると共に、化粧材取付具１０の下側係合部１４が化粧材２０の下側壁の傾斜面２５ｂに当接係合して化粧材２０の上方（他の方向）への移動が規制され、下地３０への化粧材２０の取付が完了する。

また、下地３０からの化粧材２０を取り外すときには、まず、図５（ａ）及び（ｂ）に示すようなＬ字板状の板材を捻って形成した化粧材取り外し治具５０の長辺部を持ち、図６（ａ）に示すように、化粧材取付具１０の設けられたの位置の側方の下側からその化粧材取り外し治具５０を、その短辺部の先端が化粧材取付具１０側となるように化粧材２０と下地３０との隙間に挿入する。

次いで、図６（ｂ）に示すように、化粧材取り外し治具５０を化粧材取付具１０側に移動させて短辺部を化粧材取付具１０の下側係合部１４の上方に位置付ける。

次いで、図６（ｃ）に示すように、化粧材取り外し治具５０を下方に引くことにより化粧材取付具１０の下側係合部１４の化粧材２０の下側壁の傾斜面２５ｂへの当接係合を外す。このとき、化粧材２０の上方への移動の規制が解除される。

次いで、化粧材２０を上方に移動させることにより、上側係合部１２の化粧材２０に対する係合も外し、下地３０からの化粧材２０の取り外しが完了する。

上記構成の化粧材取付具１０によれば、土台プレート１１を下地３０に固定すると共に上側及び下側係合部１２，１４をそれぞれ化粧材２０の上側壁の垂下突起２５ａ及び下側壁の傾斜面２５ｂに係合させることによって化粧材２０を下地３０に強固に取り付けることができる。その一方、下側係合部１４が下方の化粧材取付側に斜めに延びるように形成されて化粧材２０の下側壁の傾斜面２５ｂに当接係合するように構成されているので、その下側係合部１４を弾性変形させて化粧材２０へのその当接係合を外すだけで化粧材２０を容易に取り外すことができる。

土台プレート１１の上側係合部１２と中央係合部１３との間には、下地３０への取付用のビス４０を挿通するためのビス穴１１ａが形成されている。また、土台プレート１１の左右両辺の略中央には、略三角形状の欠損で構成された位置決め標１１ｂが形成されている。

次に、この化粧材取付具１０を用いた化粧材２０の取付方法について説明する。

ここで、化粧材２０は、ケイ酸カルシウム等の水硬化性材料等を長尺に押出成形して形成されたものである。この化粧材２０は、裏面に化粧材取付具１０の上側係合部１２及び中央係合部１３に対応するように長手方向に延びる上側及び中央係合凹部２２，２３がそれぞれ形成されている。これらの上側及び中央係合凹部２２，２３は、それぞれ凹部上側壁が下方に垂下した突起となっており、凹部形状が断面略Ｌ字状に形成されている。また、この化粧材２０は、裏側の中央凹部の下方に表側から裏側に行くに従って斜め下方に傾斜して延びた傾斜面２４ａを有する下側係合凹部２４が形成されている。

また、下地３０は、横方向に延び且つ並列に設けられた複数の長尺の下地材３１により構成されたものである。

化粧材２０を下地３０に取り付けるときには、まず、化粧材取付具１０を下地３０に横方向に間隔をあけて複数装着固定する。この化粧材取付具１０の装着固定は、位置決め標１１ｂを下地３０に標したラインに合わせて化粧材取付具１０を所定箇所に配置した後、ビス穴１１ａにビス４０を挿通させて下地３０にねじ込み、ビス穴１１ａにビス４０の頭部を係合させることにより行う。

次いで、化粧材２０の上側係合凹部２２の垂下突起２２ａを化粧材取付具１０の上側係合部１２に上方から挿入するようにして上側係合部１２をその上側係合凹部２２の垂下突起２２ａに係合させる。それと同時に、化粧材２０の中央係合凹部２３の垂下突起２３ａを化粧材取付具１０の中央係合部１３に上方から挿入するようにして中央係合部１３をその中央係合凹部２３の垂下突起２３ａに係合させる。このとき同時に、化粧材取付側斜め下方向に延びた化粧材取付具１０の下側係合部１４が化粧材２０の裏面側凹部２５の下側壁の傾斜面２４ａに当接係合する。なお、必要に応じて、上側及び中央係合部１２，１３の内側に弾性接着剤を付着させてもよい。また、下側係合部１４を下側から上向きに押圧して係合の補助を行ってもよい。

次いで、化粧材取付具１０の下側係合部１４を下側から上向きに押圧して先端を化粧材２０の下側係合凹部２４の傾斜面２４ａに当接係合させる。

次に、この化粧材取付具１０を用いた化粧材２０の取付方法について説明する。

ここで、化粧材２０は、ケイ酸カルシウム等の水硬化性材料等を長尺に押出成形して形成されたものである。この化粧材２０は、裏面に化粧材取付具１０の上側係合部１２及び中央係合部１３に対応するように長手方向に延びる上側及び中央係合凹部２２，２３がそれぞれ形成されている。これらの上側及び中央係合凹部２２，２３は、それぞれ凹部上側壁が下方に垂下した突起となっており、凹部形状が断面略Ｌ字状に形成されている。また、この化粧材２０の中央係合凹部２３の下側壁は表側から裏側に行くに従って斜め下方に傾斜して延びた傾斜面２４ａに形成されている。下地３０は、合板３２間に水切り３３が設けられた構成のものである。

この化粧材取付具１０を用いた化粧材２０の取付においては、化粧材取付具１０を下地３０の水切り３３の前方位置に装着した後、化粧材２０を取り付ける前に、下側係合部１４を化粧材取付側とは反対側（下地側）に折り返してその状態を弾性保持させる。
