Description

【0001】

【0066】

Since it can do, it becomes possible to manufacture efficiently according to the kind of the decorative material 20.
[0057]
Other operations and effects are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0058]
(Embodiment 5)
12 and 13 show a cosmetic material fixture 10 according to the fifth embodiment. FIG. 14 shows a cosmetic material attachment structure in which the cosmetic material 20 is attached to the base 30 using the cosmetic material fixture 10. In addition, the part of the same name as the thing of Embodiment 1 is shown with the same code | symbol.
[0059]
The decorative material fixture 10 is provided on a base plate (fixed portion) 11, an upper side and a central engaging portion (first engaging portion) 12 provided on the upper end portion of the base plate 11, and a front surface of the central engaging portion. A lower engaging portion (second engaging portion) 14.
[0060]
The base plate 11 is made of, for example, a stainless steel plate or a steel plate having a thickness of about 0.8 to 1.5 mm, and is formed in a vertically long substantially rectangular shape.
[0061]
The upper engagement portion 12 is formed by a tongue piece cut out in a rectangular shape from the upper half of the base plate 11 and has a substantially L-shaped cross section extending so as to rise substantially vertically after standing substantially horizontally. Is formed.
[0062]
The central engaging portion 13 is formed by a tongue piece cut out in a rectangular shape from the lower portion of the base plate 11 and has a substantially L-shaped cross section that extends substantially horizontally forward and then rises substantially vertically upward. It is formed in a shape.
[0063]
The lower engagement portion 14 is made of an elastic material such as a stainless plate having a thickness of about 0.3 to 0.8 mm, for example, and is formed in an elongated elliptical shape in a front view and an arc shape in a side view. . The lower engaging portion 14 has one end in the longitudinal direction fixed to the center of the front surface of the central engaging portion 13, thereby extending from the base plate 11 obliquely downward on the decorative material mounting side. It has become. Further, as shown in FIG. 15, the lower engaging portion 14 can elastically hold its state when folded back so as to extend to the side opposite to the decorative material mounting side, that is, it is folded and reversibly shaped. It is constructed like a hairpin with an arcuate cross section that can be held.
[0064]
Next, a method for attaching the decorative material 20 using the decorative material fixture 10 will be described.
[0065]
Here, the decorative material 20 is formed by extruding a water-curable material such as calcium silicate in a long shape. The decorative material 20 has upper and central engaging recesses 22 and 23 extending in the longitudinal direction so as to correspond to the upper engaging portion 12 and the central engaging portion 13 of the decorative material fixture 10, respectively. Each of the upper and central engaging recesses 22 and 23 is a projection having an upper side wall of the recess hanging downward, and the recess shape is formed in a substantially L-shaped cross section. Further, the lower side wall of the center engaging recess 23 of the decorative material 20 is formed on an inclined surface 24a extending obliquely downward as it goes from the front side to the back side. The base 30 has a configuration in which a drainer 33 is provided between the plywoods 32.
[0066]
In attaching the cosmetic material 20 using the cosmetic material fixture 10, the lower engagement portion 14 is attached after the cosmetic material fixture 10 is attached to the front position of the drainer 33 of the base 30 and before the cosmetic material 20 is attached. Is folded back to the side opposite to the decorative material mounting side (the base side) to hold the state elastically.
[0067]
Next, the upper protrusion 12 a of the upper engagement recess 22 of the decorative material 20 is inserted into the upper engagement portion 12 of the decorative material fixture 10 from above, and the upper protrusion 12 of the upper engagement recess 22 of the upper engagement recess 22 is inserted. 22a is engaged. At this time, since the lower engaging portion 14 does not engage with the decorative material 20 at the same time, the position adjustment of the decorative material 20 can be achieved with high accuracy.
[0068]
Next, the lower engagement portion 14 is elastically returned to the decorative material attachment side, so that the lower engagement portion 14 extends obliquely downward on the decorative material attachment side, and is below the back surface side concave portion 25 of the decorative material 20. The side wall is brought into contact with the inclined surface 24a.
[0069]
As described above, the upper side and the center engaging portions 12 and 13 of the decorative material fixture 10 are engaged with the upper protrusions 22a and 23a of the upper and lower center engaging recesses 22 and 23 of the decorative material 20, respectively. While the forward movement is restricted, the lower engagement portion 14 of the cosmetic material fixture 10 engages with the inclined surface 24a of the lower engagement recess 24 of the cosmetic material 20 and the upward movement of the cosmetic material 20 is performed. And the attachment of the decorative material 20 to the base 30 is completed. In this decorative material mounting structure, sidings 34 are provided on the upper and lower sides of the decorative material, respectively, and a dry sealing 35 is provided between the upper siding 34 and the decorative material.
[0070]
Other parts of the attachment method and the removal method of the decorative material 20 are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0071]
According to the decorative material fixture 10 having the above-described configuration, the engagement of the upper and central engaging portions 12 and 13 with the decorative material 20 and the engagement of the lower engaging portion 14 with the decorative material 20 are separately performed. Since it can be performed, it is particularly suitable when it is necessary to attach the decorative material 20 with high accuracy.
[0072]
Other operations and effects are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0073]
(Other embodiments)
In the first to fifth embodiments, the decorative material fixture 10 is used for attaching the decorative material 20 so as to extend in the lateral direction, but is not particularly limited thereto, and the decorative material 20 is extended so as to extend in the vertical direction. Can also be used to attach.
[0074]
In the first to fifth embodiments, the tip of the lower engagement portion 14 is formed in a straight line. However, the present invention is not particularly limited to this, and the back side recess 25 is formed in a sawtooth shape. Alternatively, the coefficient of friction with the inclined surfaces 24a and 25b of the lower engagement recess 24 may be increased so that the contact engagement with the decorative material 20 becomes stronger.
[0075]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to firmly attach the decorative material to the base by fixing the fixing portion to the base and engaging the first and second engaging portions with the decorative material. On the other hand, the cosmetic material can be easily removed only by elastically deforming the second engagement portion and releasing the contact engagement with the cosmetic material. In addition, since the first and second engaging portions can be engaged with the respective decorative materials separately, it is particularly suitable when it is necessary to attach a highly accurate decorative material.
